Taking just a minute, I step back from the noise, and busyness and become quiet. Letting go of every other thought, I focus on one thought: "I am a being of peace, I am a being of peace." Holding this thought in deep concentration, I feel the peace released into every corner of my being. This concentrated thought, this point of focussed energy, refreshes my mind and my day.
