Let me tell you a little bit about Steve before you get to meet him.

Steve Aniel Nobel is the author of five non-fiction books.

The most recent is a free e-book entitled Starseeds.

He was a director of a not-for-profit spiritual organization called Alternatives,

And this was based in the St.

James Church in Piccadilly,

London,

And he was there for 13 years,

Leaving on the winter solstice of 2012.

Subsequently,

He began his own healing and awakening work.

He has created a healing system called Soul Matrix Healing for Starseeds.

He has created a library of free resources,

Including meditations and transmissions to help Starseeds,

Which are freely available on his website and YouTube channel,

All of which we'll have in the show notes where you can find everything.

These meditations and transmissions are played all over the world,

And so far the platform has around 75,

Where do we begin?

Because for some tuning in,

So I know just from people who've reached out to me,

That we've got a whole variety of listeners,

Some who when we say star seed,

Will be like,

Oh yeah,

I understand,

And I'm into the ascension and 3D matrix,

And there are others that are like,

I really have no idea what you're talking about,

Other than I see the stars and I plant seeds.

I'm just thinking to reach everyone and anyone that's listening,

Maybe talk a little bit about your journey,

Your own awakening,

And would love to get into your healing process and the definition of star seeds,

And how you get this information for your unbelievable meditations.

So a lot of things to think about.

No,

No,

No tall order there.

So I was born in the late 50s in London to a working class family.

My parents,

Well,

I'll talk about star seed,

Later,

But they definitely were not star seeds,

And they were not interested in anything out of the box,

Or anything non-magical.

In fact,

If any of your listeners have seen Harry Potter,

Do you remember Harry Potter who kind of lived under the stairs,

And his uncle and auntie were very anti-magic or anti anything like that?

Well,

My family were a bit like that.

And my father must have had a sense of me being different,

Because he kind of gave me a few lectures about,

You know,

It's not okay to be too different.

And he blocked me watching a couple of magical programs.

In the 60s,

There was a program called Bewitched with Elizabeth Montgomery.

And he just said,

This is not suitable watching.

But I loved all that twitching of the nose and all that magic.

And so he was really against all this magical stuff.

He didn't like it.

And I had a few lectures from him about,

He didn't want any.

.

.

This was when I was an adolescent.

He said,

I don't want any drug-taking,

Layabout sons in this family or something like that.

I can't remember.

So he kind of had a sense of me being kind of hippie,

I think.

And he didn't really approve.

So as a child,

I was very into all the magical science fiction,

Doctor Who,

Star Trek,

Which came along,

I think,

When I was about 12 or 13,

Perhaps,

I think.

I was reading comics.

Comics was my way into the magical world,

The Marvel,

The DC,

And all the other.

.

.

There was loads of them back then.

Now there are all these graphic comics,

Which are very expensive.

But back then,

You can get them really cheaply.

And I could access all this magical thinking.

And a lot of it was kind of alien stuff.

And I just had this really amazing fascination for it.

And as I was growing up,

I had the sense of I had to make a choice between being normal and trying to conform with the world or keep going.

And I was finding it increasingly harder to keep going,

Because even though I was searching as a teenager for spirituality,

I actually wrote to a number of.

.

.

I wrote to a couple of authors.

I wrote to some spiritual organizations.

London's got a lot of these old spiritual organizations.

And they all said to me,

Come back when you're 21.

I was about 14,

I think.

And I thought,

Oh,

Well,

I better be normal,

Because actually nobody wants me.

And I was doing yoga and martial arts and I was macro-biotic.

I was doing all the weird stuff.

And I was being given ultimatums to be normal or else type of thing.

So I thought,

Well,

I'll just try and be normal.

And that didn't really work very well.

I tried it for a number of years.

And I went into a very ordinary job.

I went into international banking in the city of London,

Where literally millions and billions was flowing through every day.

But I just felt uneasy with what I was doing.

I felt I had a dilemma of ethics,

Because I thought a lot of the projects being invested in back then were unethical.

And the whole thing around lending to third world countries and putting them heavily in debt.

So I was raising objections to my colleagues.

And they were going,

Don't worry about it.

Just think about the money and your bonuses and all that.

I had such a crisis that this time I was married and my first wife,

Ex-wife,

She was also very much in the kind of,

This is the box and this is the way we are.

And this is what you do.

So I felt the golden bars surrounding me.

And after 10 years of it,

I just felt the only way out was to leave the planet.

I had this,

And it's actually common for some starseeds to want to escape.

It's too heavy,

Too dense,

Too difficult.

I feel trapped.

So I pressed the eject button.

Seriously,

I really wanted to leave the planet.

And as I was leaving,

I remember actually starting to leave the body.

And I remember a voice came in my energy fields.

And this is the first time I've ever heard a voice saying,

There's hope.

And I listened to that voice.

I thought that's not a voice that I recognize.

We have these voices in the head.

That wasn't one of my voices.

That was a different voice.

And I didn't feel any hope for quite a while.

So it was quite a strange something to say.

And it repeated it a few times.

And then I said,

Okay,

I won't go.

Basically,

It was telling me to go back.

And so I came back and I resigned from banking.

And that was a switch in my life.

I spent the next 10 years in local government.

And by that time,

I had explored psychotherapy and all of that,

Which was very slow and lovely.

But then I discovered actually on my father's death,

Spirituality,

Through incredible synchronicities,

I met this teacher who she was a witch actually,

Who taught me the tarot.

I went to her for language lessons and I forgot the language.

I thought,

I want to learn about this.

And I learned tarot.

She lent me all these spiritual books.

And I got introduced to all kinds of people very quickly and the whole path opened.

So I didn't have any word for synchronicity,

But I was experiencing synchronicity and an amazing sense of adventure,

Which I'd never felt since I was a child.

And I met an incredible spiritual teacher called Jill Edwards.

She's actually passed over now and I trained with her for nine years.

And she really opened my mind up.

She was a psychotherapist who became a spiritual teacher,

But she had the grounding of psychotherapy,

Which I really needed to trust that it was real.

And she showed me it was real.

And I experimented in my reality with all the principles and it started to work.

I started to explore,

We create our reality principle,

Which was made very mainstream by Abraham Hicks and The Secret and all of that.

But at the time,

It was very hidden when I learned this.

And I thought,

This is incredible.

And I started experimenting,

It started working.

And I thought,

This is just amazing.

So I started doing lots of workshops.

My life shifted.

I was forced.

I was on my path.

I found alternatives.

I stayed there as a volunteer.

I resigned from my next job as a kind of middle manager in local government.

And I was on the adventure.

And I was just trusting and following and having issues with money and everything.

And eventually found myself a director of this amazing company.

And the next 13 years had this amazing time.

I was really never been in a position.

I was working through a bank as a kind of cog in the machine,

Then going through this very politically correct organization,

Local government,

Which was very left-wing,

Politically correct.

And then I found myself in this very inspirational company.

And then I found myself as a director of it.

And I really had to download.

Well,

I thought,

I don't know how to hold a company.

Basically,

I was one of the directors and all the others had a fight and I was left holding the baby.

So I thought,

I have to ask the universe,

How do I hold this company?

And basically,

Spirit started saying,

Employ that person,

Employ that person and go find those type of authors and put them on.

And we turned the whole company around from one that was heading into the red,

Turned it into a very profitable organization,

A not-for-profit profitable organization.

It was making money,

Basically,

Which we invested in systems and things.

And I left it.

The reason I left it at the winter solstice,

Being a drama queen,

Partly because,

You know,

All of that.

But really,

I hit a real difficulty in my life.

And I was getting the impulse from my higher self or soul to leave and to do nothing else.

And I didn't want to do it.

And I refused.

I say,

What I discovered was it's easy to leave something you hate,

But it's not so easy to leave something you love.

Even though I was feeling a bit disenchanted,

I thought,

No,

This is a fantastic place.

I could just rejig it and make it more exciting and get myself some new projects.

But it wasn't to be.

And my life imploded.

And I went to this dark night at the solstice for six years,

From 2010 to 2016.

I was trying alternatives on the winter solstice.

I left.

They gave me a nice party,

Which was very nice.

And then I spent a few years being completely lost.

I had all connection to Spirit cut.

I had all intuition gone.

I didn't know where I was going.

I was being kicked by what I would call lower forces,

Darker forces,

Which made me realize that actually they were there pretty strongly.

And I had to find ways of neutralizing them.

And then beginning of 2016,

I really came out.

And when I woke up one morning,

I had Spirit speak to me.

And I was very used to Spirit speaking to me,

But it kind of went.

And it said,

It's time now to speak about star seeds and ascension and teach it.

And I was like,

Oh,

My goodness,

I don't know anything.

I don't know anything about that.

Really?

Well,

I'd heard about it and I read about it.

I didn't believe in it.

I didn't believe in that stuff.

But when I look back at my life,

It made sense that something massive had happened around that 2000 or just before the 2012 trigger point.

And then I started interviewing people and meeting other people that had similar experiences.

And I realized actually the 2012 trigger point was real.

And something major had happened.

And I had to kind of reverse engineer.

Well,

What happened to me?

And why is Spirit asking me to teach this stuff?

I guess I'll have to do it.

So I started to say yes.

It took me two weeks to say yes.

I remember sitting for two weeks going because Spirit was asking to sail out much further than I'd been before.

Even though I'd been a director of this company and I was a bit out there,

I hadn't been so publicly out there in terms of star seeds and everything.

So I had to sit for two weeks and then I decided I'm going to do it.

I'm going to go out there.

So I started running workshops and it was a fast learning curve.

I had to download stuff.

And then Spirit started downloading transmissions.

And when I first got the first one,

I was like,

What is this?

I was in Greece at the time running a writing retreat because that was kind of my midway normal.

I could do writing.

That's kind of normal.

I could do that stuff.

In Greece,

I got the first transmission and it took me a few days to realize what is this?

I think the first one I did was the Earth Star Goddess,

Which was an ancient Greek goddess energy that wanted to come through.

The goddess is part of the rising of the new age,

This goddess feminine energy.

But I argued with it.

I said,

Well,

I haven't got a womb.

You can't ask me to transmit this.

I can't do it.

And then eventually you just have to give up.

You can't argue too much with Spirit.

I said,

All right,

I'll do it.

And so then anything that I get offered,

I was downloading and putting it out.

But now the process has changed quite a bit because now I realize it's a two way street that I'm not just waiting with Spirit to give me transmissions.

I'm actually asking them,

How about doing something on X or Y or how about doing something on relationships?

And if I get a yes,

Then I start working with them.

OK,

Well,

How do we do it?

And they tell me.

So the last one I put up was shifting a relationship into light,

Which I got the impression was a very important thing for star seeds at the moment.

And so I sat there in a cafe in Wimbledon in England,

A beautiful cafe.

And I just sat there and I waited.

And then I was writing on my iPad and go,

Fine.

And then is it complete?

No.

OK,

What's missing?

And then is it complete now?

Yes.

Let's do it.

Let's record it.

And that one went out within the same day.

Some of them take a lot longer because they're more complicated.

But that one went out really quickly.

And I've listened to it myself a few times.

I do listen to my own ones occasionally.

They kind of useful listen to your own voice.

Yeah.

Kind of a free transformation.

So that's a bit about me.

So I was born kind of magical.

I was told to forget it.

I woke up,

Had a magical journey.

Then I had another magical awakening,

Which was more of a dark night of the soul.

Then I woke up again and spirit said,

Now really get on it,

You know,

Get going.

And so that's what I'm doing now.

Really.

Wow.

Wow.

So that's a lot to unpack there.

Yeah.

I have some questions.

I've been like writing madly as you're speaking.

Well,

I think even going back,

Back,

If we can,

I'm going to just kind of guide you through what you said and then we'll land in the,

I do want to really get into what is a star seed and the soul matrix and what came to you and even talking about ascension.

But before that you talked about studying with Jill Edwards and you said,

I could just sometimes I can hear questions that people are asking.

And I heard a question,

You know,

You were talking about these principles,

Which were not in the secret or Abraham Hicks yet.

And I was thinking,

I heard,

Are those the law of attraction principles?

What principles were those and how are you starting to implement them?

You said that you saw they were real.

I want to ask you about that a little bit.

Well,

Jill wrote a book called living magically that she wrote it in 90.

One or two,

I think.

I'm not sure what I'm not thinking around or maybe 1990.

So I was on my path 91.

So she was really kind of just launching.

She was working in the NHS,

The kind of British National Health Service as a clinical psychologist.

And she had this mystical awakening in the garden and spirit told her,

Write this book.

And so she did write this book,

Which was a combination of a lot of spiritual principles from channels at the time and a lot of her own psychotherapeutic understanding.

So it was very grounded,

But also very magical.

And just trying to think of the principle.

So one of the principles will be you're a multidimensional being.

You're not just here in this one lifetime.

So that's quite core,

Really,

That you think when I heard that principle,

I'm a multidimensional being.

That means I've lived many lifetimes.

Some of them past,

Some of them current with this parallel and some of them in the future.

Time started to go all kind of wibbly wobbly all over the place.

The conscious mind goes,

How can that be possible?

I'm living past is fine,

But how can I be living in the future?

So this is one of her teachings.

She was saying multidimensional soul.

Your time is very different in spiritual dimensions.

This dimension is just one of many.

So the earth plane is just one dimension of existence amongst many.

There are many different earth planes,

Actually,

With different,

Different probable timelines.

But there are other places and starseeds.

This connects in with starseeds because starseeds have experiences of a lot of other dimensions,

Higher frequency dimensions,

Other planetary system,

Other star races.

People who are not starseeds have been trapped in the solar system for a long time.

Not just the earth,

But the solar system,

Because there have been lives on other planets like Mars and another planet,

Maldic.

But those those and Venus,

I think,

As well.

But those certainly Mars and Maldic were destroyed and a lot of the souls on those systems came to the earth from what I understand.

So it's stars,

Earthseeds are people who have been trapped here a long time in the reincarnation cycle.

And this is not about,

You know,

Someone's better than,

You know,

We're better than you or anything like that.

It's just there's a difference in history,

Karmic history.

So if you say to someone,

You probably know people in your own life that are starseeds or open who are connected.

And signs of a starseed would be highly sensitive,

Highly sensitive to the point,

Which is ridiculous compared to people who are not,

You know,

They can feel things.

I mean,

When I worked in local government,

I could feel when my tyrannical boss was in a control room or not.

I was walking down the corridor and I just feel,

Is she in there or not?

And 100 percent,

I would know if she was there by my body,

Would just tell me she's in there.

I would get a kind of close,

Oh,

She's there.

And sensitivity,

The other thing,

Which is very common for starseeds is not belonging.

Starseeds belong to the club of not belonging.

And so not feeling belonging in the family,

Not feeling maybe cast as a black sheep,

Maybe not feeling a sense of belonging to the culture.

Very common.

It's so common not belonging.

That sense of sensitivity and not belonging.

And also there's a sense of slight,

You could say,

Divine discontent that goes on with starseeds that forces them to look for alternative ways of living,

Alternative solutions,

New solutions.

You know,

They might go into vegan lifestyles or macrobiotic lifestyles or yoga.

So they're the ones really searching for other lifestyles.

So these are the common signs.

And they're very interesting futuristic things,

Very interesting spiritual things.

And the more way out spiritual things like me and maybe you,

I don't know,

But the more way out,

The better.

They go,

We love it.

Now,

An earthseed,

If you say to an earthseed,

We're in a period of ascension,

You're a multidimensional soul,

You have a team in spirit,

There's angels,

There's ascended beings,

We're on a new timeline,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah.

They'll go,

You know,

What,

Can I have some of the weed that you're smoking?

No,

I understand that.

Yeah,

This makes sense to me.

And so one way to tell very,

Very easily,

Like if I'm sitting with people and you talk to them,

You can tell within like 30 seconds by the look on their face.

Now some starseeds are skeptical because it's not a bad thing to be skeptical,

But you can tell by their energy,

You're interested.

Whereas an earthseed is skeptical,

You are crazy.

You know,

I'm really worried about you.

That will be the natural response of an earthseed because they have been through thousands and thousands of years of empire building,

Slavery,

Violence,

Wars,

And you come along and say,

There's a magic solution to this.

And they'll go,

Yeah,

Right.

Right.

Whereas a starseed will get the feeling in their body.

This is what I've been waiting for.

My mind may distrust it a bit,

But my body goes,

Yes,

Trust it,

You know,

Let's go with it.

So it took me a long time to really trust the material.

I was very excited to hear the material when I first met Jewel.

But when I read her book five times and then I had five one-to-one sessions with her and I was asking her basically the question I was asking,

Which a lot of people ask,

How do I know this is real?

Right.

Exactly.

And everyone has to answer in their own way.

And what we need is an experience of real.

And once we have the experience,

Whatever the experience is,

We go,

It's real.

And so my first experiences of manifestation,

You know,

I said,

Let's see if this works.

And I tried it and at first it didn't work.

And then I was,

I had the impulse to try it again.

And then it worked.

And I'm like,

And then I tried it again and it worked again and again and again.

And I'm like,

This is amazing.

And then I pushed the,

I pushed it so far.

I wanted to test if it's true.

So,

For example,

I took my car down the West end of London and the West end of London is a no parking zone.

Okay.

It's double yellow lines and parking places you can go to.

But if you park it on the street in a double yellow line,

You know,

It's going to get towed away.

And I said to spirit,

Okay,

I'm going to protect this car.

I want it to be invisible.

I'm going to go and see a film.

And when I come back,

The car will be there.

And so that's what I did.

And the car was there.

It was fine.

And I did push the boat quite a few times to test it.

And then I realized,

You know what,

I,

You know,

There's a,

I should actually stop.

You know,

I get it now and maybe I don't need to push it so far.

I did do a lot of experiments and they did come,

You know,

And then I started right,

Uh,

Running manifestation retreats and rituals and all kinds of stuff.

And I went into shamanism and Wicca because I was so fascinated with a whole process of how do we create a reality.

That was my main hook in,

But then it expanded out.

Well,

There are guides in spirit and there are,

I wasn't really interested in star seeds because it didn't seem very practical to me or 2012,

But after the dark night,

Suddenly it all become practical.

So the idea of multi-dimensionality,

The idea that the energy of the earth is shifting,

There's a revolution in consciousness happening from the ground roots up.

And that revolution is going to change the planet over the next,

You know,

20,

30 years,

Probably.

Starseeds started to come here in the forties after World War II,

Really.

They were here before,

But they were very rare.

You know,

There were people like,

Um,

I guess Einstein or Tesla were the rarity before,

But after World War II,

Many of them came and a lot of them came into the easiest way a star seed could go would either be art or music,

Usually because they allowed the eccentricity or maybe writing possibly.

Um,

So someone like John Lennon,

David Bowie,

Jimi Hendrix,

All born in the forties were allowed.

And then,

Um,

Fifties and sixties and whole wave,

You know,

Were there in the sixties because they were born after World War II.

They were,

And some in the fifties,

I was the fifties.

Um,

I was a bit blocked from the beatniks and the hippies by my family,

But in America you had that whole Woodstock.

A good friend of mine went to Woodstock,

You know,

In 19 and all of that.

Millions were flocking because they were flooding there because they felt a shift.

They wanted to join in something that one in the sixties kind of was a wave that kind of kind of collapse in a way because flower power only would go so far.

You know,

There's a Vietnam War and all of that,

Which was difficult,

But then it arose again in the seventies.

There was lots of spiritual teachers in the eighties and nineties.

And then,

Um,

And then the millennium kicked off another little revolution in 2012,

Another big one.

So we've been in these waves that kind of roll up and then down and roll up and then down.

And,

Um,

But now we're on an unstoppable wave because the reason for that is star seeds are incarnating now at a much faster rate than ever before.

So probably on the planet is about 1% star seeds.

So this is why there's a not belonging because there's so few around,

You know,

Unless you're in the centers of like maybe Los Angeles or London.

If you're out in the sticks,

You're not going to meet many usually,

And you're going to feel very isolated.

But with after 2012,

The incarnational rate,

I understand,

Has gone up massively.

So rather than maybe one in a hundred coming,

It's now one in three coming.

So if you think the shift on the planet of one in three star seeds is tremendous,

And this is why a lot of the kids coming in now and a lot of the new wave star seeds,

They've never been here before.

And they need star seed parents to help them orientate mostly other because they're all over the place.

They can't bear authoritarian education systems.

They loathe it mostly.

They struggle with it.

Whereas I,

You know,

They're advanced guard star seeds who've been here a bit before.

I can tolerate.

I tolerated those systems.

But I see a lot of these kids now who just can't bear it.

They're they're on the spectrum.

They're the age ADHD.

They're they're on the spectrum.

They're the age ADHDs.

They're being drugged and they're being,

You know,

Home educated because the systems can't cope with them.

They're they're the ones which are coming in massive numbers.

And they're the ones with radical ideas about the Earth,

Radical ideas about the environment.

You can already see it in extinction rebellion kicking off.

They have a radical idea about the Earth and other things.

And a lot of star seeds are going in to save the Earth.

Some are going into light workers.

Some are going into science,

You know,

New technologies exploding because of star seeds.

You know,

They're the ones coming in and dreaming all these new possibilities.

You know,

Steve Jobs,

A star seed,

You know,

Streaming it into being.

And so a classic star seed,

Earth seed scenario would be Tesla versus Edison.

Tesla dreaming it and working out and experimenting in his head.

He didn't need to do it in the laboratory.

He just worked it out and go,

It's working.

Edison goes,

That's not scientific.

You have to do it laboriously.

Thousands of experiments,

You know,

And that's the difference.

So there will be another increase in star seeds,

I think,

After the 2000.

Well,

We're heading for another major shift in 2020,

21.

And this is why the energy is increasing on the planet.

But actually there'll be an increase in the incarnational rate,

I think,

After 2030.

We might see two out of every three star seeds being born.

So that means a massive shift further down the line.

And then after 2050,

It'll be all people coming here,

Probably be star seeds.

So that means the planet shifts into 5D over maybe the next 30,

40 years,

You know,

20,

30,

40 years.

So it's going to be quite dramatic,

But it's still a slow process.

Right.

For those.

Okay.

So good.

I've just downloaded a lot of stuff.

No,

It's amazing.

At some point,

With love for you to share with people how you receive information from spirit.

You were talking about that,

But you just mentioned 5D.

You also,

I just want to say with the star seeds versus Earth seeds,

So fascinating.

I don't want to get into my story because I really just want you to talk way more.

But I will tell you,

Listening and listening to your meditations,

I relate to all of this.

And this feeling oftentimes that there's almost like,

It's hard to explain,

Like another family that I belong to that's not necessarily even it's more in a light form and it's not here.

And I don't say that out loud very often,

But thank you for the permission to just,

You know,

I've had this feeling before.

And for me,

The awakening was being married to somebody,

Very good person,

Definitely an Earth seed based on what you're talking about.

And I it didn't my body woke me up.

I actually heard a voice that said,

You're not OK here.

And it was quite traumatic.

I had two children very young and I didn't understand.

Again,

This is vulnerable.

I don't share this part of it.

But I putting this together,

It it's like I had to move away from that because it was too confining for who I am in here to be.

And that was an awakening.

And all of what I do has shifted since then.

And so I'm relating and just thinking for people listening.

You know,

This can show up in so many different ways.

But I think a lot of people attracted to this podcast and what what I'm hoping to communicate,

I think are going to really relate and that not belonging,

Even if it seems like your belonging.

I've had that where I just I feel like the belonging is actually not on this planet,

Really.

But curious to hear if you could talk about what 5D,

The different dimensions.

I've heard there are 144 dimensions for some people listening.

They're like,

What are you talking about?

There's like so maybe a little bit about the dimensions,

About how you receive from Spirit,

How you get these downloads and transmissions.

And and then we can go to the soul matrix.

This is so awesome.

Well,

You know,

I don't know if there are 144 dimensions.

It's a bit beyond me,

Really.

But I know that there are probably as many as 12,

At least.

Yeah,

It could be this.

I mean,

12 is more than enough for me to cope with rather than,

You know.

Yeah.

You know,

I mean,

There's 12.

I think there's 12 dimensions,

There's 12 chakras opening as we open up.

I think there's the 12 strand DNA thing.

So I think 12 is the number that I work with.

Yeah.

I think there's a kind of one one man upmanship thing that goes on that goes,

Well,

I'm going to 14 or I'm going to,

You know,

I've heard this going on.

I'm going,

You know,

It's ridiculous,

Really.

And so I think 12 is a lot.

12 is a lot.

Yeah.

Even if it's free,

You know.

And so the shift from so 3D,

Which is what we've been on the planet for thousands of years,

What people are used to is separation consciousness.

It's yeah.

It's being asleep to anything over the first three chakras.

The base,

Sacral and solar plexus are open so we can function.

We can relate to people.

We can be in families.

We can have sex.

We can have power games,

You know,

And ego.

But the heart is the opening,

Which is a kind of pivotal opening and then the throat and further up and beyond and then also down.

So our energy field starts expanding as we start awakening.

Also,

Our genetics start expanding and the DNA starts opening the DNA,

The junk DNA,

So called junk DNA starts reassembling and in the etheric body.

Not in the physical body yet.

Okay.

In the physical body,

If someone looked under a microscope,

You'd see 3D physical strands.

But in the etheric field,

Which is a blueprint,

The other strands are forming.

Eventually,

I think further down the line,

We'll see people being born with more strands,

But we're not there yet.

That's a bit further down the line.

So 3D is separation consciousness.

It's us and them.

It's schisms.

It's violence.

It's war.

It's slavery.

It's oppression.

It's the 1% over the 99%.

It's that.

It's read the papers.

And you'll see 3D.

It's watch CNN and Fox News probably.

And you'll get 3D.

Who's to blame?

Whose fault is it?

Who should be punished?

Who should be impeached?

Who should be got rid of?

Who should be fired?

And all of that.

3D is a highly controlled game.

It's highly manipulated.

It's been controlled for thousands of years.

And at the moment,

In countries like America and England,

All the systems are highly controlled.

We think we live in democracies.

I think it's actually from Britain looking to America,

I think it's more obvious that,

You know,

I even prefer to live in England,

To be honest,

Actually.

Even though there's a lot of amazing things happening in America and there's a lot of amazing people and a lot of starseeds there,

I think the system of control in America is really strong.

And when I look at the politics in America,

It's very scary to me.

And British politics is scary in a different way,

But it's still controlled.

So there are people pulling strings,

You know,

Above governments.

You know,

Governments respond to corporate pressure and all kinds of other pressures,

You know.

4D is a shift into,

I create my reality.

The government's not doing it.

My mother's not doing it.

My boss is not doing it.

I am taking responsibility for my reality.

It's a shift of awakening,

But you also have to deal in 4D with the ego.

And the ego goes,

Usually,

This is the most typical form of awakening.

The body starts awakening,

The energy starts awakening,

Chakras start awakening,

The higher self starts impulsing.

And then the ego goes,

What's going on?

I don't like this.

I've not come across this before.

A 3D ego is there to defend you against a very hostile world,

An unsafe world.

And a 3D ego is not used to a 4D reality or a 5D reality.

It doesn't know,

It doesn't trust it.

It says,

You know,

This is nonsense.

This is rubbish.

So when I resigned from my last job to step into alternatives,

Which was a big step for me,

Because it was a secure job,

The wages were going and I was stepping into the unknown,

Not really knowing.

But trusting.

And my ego says,

Why are you crazy?

I remember having to come in,

Are you crazy?

This job is paying you so well and you've got a flat and a mortgage and children,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah.

You can't just do that.

But I asked the universe,

Should I resign?

And the answer came back was the Nike sign,

Just do it.

And I saw that sign twice in about 10 minutes.

And I just went,

Okay.

I asked and I resigned.

My ego struggled.

You know,

I used to wake up in anxiety thinking,

What have I done?

You know,

Am I okay?

Am I going to be home?

So the ego gives you all this stuff.

So there's a battle that goes on.

Eventually the battle is resolved and the ego asks the question,

How do I know it's real?

And it has to be answered.

And then when ego relaxes,

There's a relaxation that eventually happens.

The ego goes,

Okay,

I'll stop fighting.

Maybe,

Maybe you're onto something.

Maybe.

This kind of relaxation goes on.

And eventually the kind of the ego gets opened up and becomes a kind of ally eventually.

So when you start going through the higher levels of 4D,

The ego goes,

Okay,

Fine.

I'll do it.

You know,

You're telling me to leave this marriage.

You're telling me to leave this job.

Okay,

I'll do it.

So it's more trust in it.

And then at 5D,

There's a shift because in 4D,

What we do is we're creating our reality through a lot of effort.

We're doing the vision boarding.

We're doing the mantras.

We're doing the information.

We're doing the intentions.

We're doing the journaling.

It's work because we're neutralizing all the stuff from 3D.

Once you start getting up to the high levels of 4D and into 5D,

The work relaxes.

I don't do any of that anymore.

Very little of it.

I just think,

What would I love to do?

Yeah.

And what would I love to experience?

And then I allow that to open.

So 5D is a lot easier than 4D.

And in 4D,

There's also interference actually.

Interference from lower astral energies.

Can you explain?

I know you talked about Parker Forces.

I don't want to go too much off track.

My understanding,

Whenever I ask questions like what would I love to do or what would be of service for the highest good for me or anybody I'm serving,

I always say I only want information from the highest frequency,

Most divine realm.

I don't know.

That's what I do to just feel like whatever I'm receiving is from there.

But I'm just curious,

Is there something else that we should be doing or maybe talk a little bit about the different forces and how to navigate?

Well,

When we're in 4D,

From 3D,

We're not aware of these forces usually.

We may have bad dreams or something.

We're not aware we're being interfered with or touched.

In 4D,

As we get more sensitive and open and we start to expand,

We start being aware that there may be stuff which is we start being aware of the anger in the room or the hostility from Bob over there.

And we start getting more sensitive to it.

And when we start doing meditations,

We start connecting with spiritual beings and spiritual groups.

Now,

We're a bit naive in a way.

And we're being empaths and open.

And we go,

It's a loving universe.

Everything's wonderful.

You know,

It's fantastic.

And which is great to have that.

But if you hold that from a naive point of view,

It's dangerous because if you go to New York or London going,

Everyone is just love.

I'm just going to hug everyone and they're all loving.

It may work,

But maybe not.

You might come across somebody who's not like that.

It's better to be that way from a non-naive point of view.

And the non-naive point of view is there are light forces and lower forces.

And particularly when we're navigating 4D,

We're navigating these forces.

And what I,

So my experience was I encountered in the physical plane,

Actually,

I encountered teachers that I would call some beings,

I would call at least two or three of them,

I would call force-like teachers.

And it's very common to meet these on the path,

Actually.

So it's good for people to be aware of them.

And you can learn from them for sure.

A force-like teacher would speak amazingly.

The light would gush out of their mouth.

You know,

You'd think that they were God incarnate.

You would think they were amazing.

But actually what's happening with those people is that if you get very close to them,

You'll get a different feeling of them.

If you start joining their group,

You might find there's some dynamics in the group that doesn't feel right,

Feels a bit off.

You might find the force-like teacher getting very angry about certain things,

Very dictatorial about certain things.

The closer you get to his inner circle.

And so they're force-like teachers.

And most force-like teachers,

Actually,

I would say probably all of them,

Have no idea they're being interfered with.

They've opened up to what they think are light beings,

Which are not light beings.

And the proof is always in the pudding,

Is in the eating,

You know.

If someone is being dictatorial,

If someone is forcing their opinions or values onto a group,

Then that's not good.

Or certainly dynamics usually play out around money,

Sex,

And power.

They're the dynamics.

And I saw it a lot with people.

You know,

These are how the gurus fall off the pedestal.

And I always kept my ears to the ground thinking,

You know,

This is what they say on stage,

But how are they off stage?

How are they dealing with me?

You know,

They say you can learn a lot about someone about how they deal with a bellboy in a hotel,

Right?

Rather than the celebrity guests.

So that's what you look out for.

In the inner planes,

There are force-like beings who come and go,

We are of the light.

Right.

But in most spiritual teachers way back,

You know,

Because we've had spiritual teachers for hundreds of years on the planet,

If you read the old occult texts,

They would always say,

Challenge everyone who comes to you.

And if you train in shamanism,

If you're approached by an animal,

They would say,

Challenge the animal spirit.

Don't just go,

Oh,

Yeah,

Fantastic.

And in shamanism,

If an animal bears its teeth to you,

You reject it.

Or if a being,

If you challenge them,

Are you of the highest light,

Are you of the Christ light,

And they falter,

Then you know they're not.

You have to start asking them,

Are you real?

And you trust the feelings when they say,

Oh,

Yeah,

You know,

Yeah,

Of course we are.

And the feeling is a bit off.

You dismiss them and go.

So you have to be aware of force-like beings.

And that's a test on the 4D journey because we're tested to discern what's real in the astral planes and in the physical plane from what's unreal.

Deception is the big tool of lower frequency forces,

Physically and astrally,

Deception.

And I've met a lot of clients who are totally deceived by people,

You know,

And you have to be careful,

Which is good to have someone who you can actually ask,

You know,

Am I okay here?

Is this real?

So it's good to have some teacher that you can trust or friends that you can trust or a channel you can trust that you can actually get what is real.

And I've been involved in a couple of cults and one of them,

Particularly,

I just didn't know what was real and what was false.

They so messed with my mind.

It was a great training actually to learn how people can.

So going into a cult,

Cult behavior is,

You know,

If you challenge a cult leader,

You have a lack of faith.

And so this kind of stuff,

You know,

It's so,

So all these mind games,

I had to go into it to kind of learn the cult language and come out so I can help people as well with that one.

So in 5D,

We don't get bothered by these people.

Vibration is stabilized in light,

Vibration is stabilized in love.

We are less naive,

We're more aware,

But we're not kind of cynical or we're not fearful.

We neutralize the fear in our field.

We don't try and fight the dark.

Very important point.

I had a client today,

It was actually amazing really,

That we went through this and we went through a vow break process.

And one of the vow breaks was breaking all vows of fighting the dark.

And she bolted this and went,

Well,

Of course I fight the dark.

I have to fight the dark.

And we had a whole discussion around that's not the good thing to do because what we fight with,

We become.

Right.

Right.

So anyway,

I've just thrown a load of stuff.

I hope that's all right.

I don't know.

Oh,

It's amazing.

Everyone listening in,

I think we're going to do round two if Steve is open to it because there's so many questions.

Well,

And one of the questions is,

You know,

I would imagine,

Rather than fighting that darkness or fear,

For me,

I think of darkness often is those fear beliefs,

Those seeds of beliefs that are not true to the divinity of who we are.

That's my understanding.

And I have to really,

I've been on a path to learn how to how to really stand in remembering who I am,

Who you are.

I don't know if that's what you mean,

But I would imagine.

Not exactly.

Not exactly.

So in terms of darkness,

There are people who are,

You could say lost to their ego and or acting out of ego.

I see.

So they're in a way lost.

Yeah.

There are people who are aware of their ego,

Starting dealing with it,

Start opening up,

But are being fooled and duped by lower forces.

Okay.

And then there are a whole section of beings who are consciously working and aligned with the dark.

Some people are not being duped.

They are going,

I am going to do this.

And I know what I'm doing.

I know who I'm serving.

I know what I am and I know what I'm aiming for and I don't care who I hurt.

Which is a very,

Very strange mindset to get actually.

There are people who do not care actually if they hurt.

I mean,

I had the tyrannical boss that I mentioned earlier with my intuition.

It took me three months of sitting there going,

She really doesn't care who she hurts to get her own way.

And this particular woman was part of a church,

Evangelical church.

I think it was connected to America actually.

And she told me that if I don't like someone,

If I think someone's of the devil in her terms,

I get the church to pray against that person.

Oh my gosh.

And this is a form of black magic,

But it was done in a Christian setting.

And I saw two of her bosses have nervous breakdowns.

And I thought,

This is very odd.

She seemed to be getting rid of people that opposed her.

And so basically she told me,

I pray,

Get my church to pray against people.

And it came a point where she was suspended and I took her place.

I was kind of promoted into the place and I felt that energy of her church praying against me day and night for months.

It was a very,

Very odd feeling of having,

Who knows,

A hundred people or how.

Really,

Hearing Spirit was a process of opening to channel.

I did a lot of,

I did trainings with various channels in America,

A brilliant one called Orin and Darben.

They're in Oregon,

I think.

Brilliant.

He's still in America.

He's not so much well known now.

I love working with him.

So I've worked with different channels and they were really helping to open.

So any teacher or channel that helps open your field to Spirit.

And some people are here as channels and some channels can read the Akashic records,

Which is like the soul records of another person or their own soul records.

I can do that,

But I'm not super interested in that.

I'm here to really reach as many people as possible.

So I basically work to download processes and meditations that can reach as many people as possible.

So I offer meditations and transmissions,

Which are connecting with star races,

Connecting with angelic forces,

Connecting,

Working on all kinds of issues from relationships to opening the base chakra to whatever it is.

I offer affirmation or tracts and I offer something called highlight decree,

Which are basically a set of commanding,

Spirit,

Please clear this,

Clear that,

Open this,

Open that.

It's kind of asking,

Just do this,

Do that kind of thing.

And then I do something called Ascension News,

Which is just my take on various ramblings I do on video.

So there's a load of videos on my YouTube channel,

Steve DeBell.

And you'll find me,

There's about 77,

000 people following it.

You can't miss it.

I'm NAEL.

So you can find lots of stuff on there.

I do one-to-one sessions.

I do get quite booked up.

I'm a couple of months booked up in advance.

I do webinars.

I am coming to America in October in another week or so.

I'm going to New York and then to Portland,

Oregon,

But all the workshops are practically sold out.

But I will come back next year.

I like to go down south,

Like maybe outside LA and maybe Florida.

So I let the people down there have a go.

Absolutely.

When you get these transmissions,

Steve,

I'm just curious because I can imagine people are like,

Okay,

How do you,

So do you get in a meditative state?

Do you write it out?

Because now I'm thinking the meditations,

I mean,

I've listened to almost all of yours on Insight Timer.

I have all of them bookmarked.

I do one of them every day.

I'm not even kidding,

Depending on my mood and what I'm drawn to.

Do you,

Are all of those transmissions or that come to you through spirit?

How do you get,

Receive those transmissions and that information?

So the early days I was told,

I really days I would feel there's something,

I'd feel it as a pressure actually.

And I feel a pressure pushing down.

And then I'm like,

What is,

In the early days,

I'd say,

What is this?

What's this about?

And meditate on it.

And I get a sense of where it is.

Is it,

And I'd ask,

Is it this?

And then I would just record it.

And then as I got more clever with it,

I got more in conversation with them.

My agreement with them was,

If I get this download,

I have to know what it's for and I have to know the process of it before I put it out.

I'm not,

And I have to run it through my own system.

So if I'm doing an ISIS transmission and I have to know what we're connecting with it for,

What's the point of it.

And I have to run through a bit like,

A bit like there's a staircase and I start at the beginning and I'm reaching the top and I have to make sure there's nothing missing.

There'll be a sense of this is not working.

There's something missing.

That's how I get it.

And so I run it through.

In the early days,

I used to run it through for days and go,

Ah,

It's done.

Okay.

Sometimes even a month or more,

It used to be longer.

Now,

I don't just wait for spirit.

I say,

Okay guys,

I'm really getting a feeling of relationships.

What do you think?

And then,

So I was in,

I went,

As I mentioned,

The cafe the other day with my iPad.

I go,

So I train myself.

I can be in any situation now.

Usually cafes,

Which are,

You know,

There's people around.

It's fine.

And this music plan,

It's fun.

And I just,

It seems like everything goes away.

And I'm just in conversation with them go,

Well,

Okay.

How do we start?

Where do we go?

And there's,

I mean,

I've got now a set,

Usually beginning of working with the directions of calling the archangels team and spirit,

The archangels,

The horizontal vertical plane.

And that gives people a sense of orientation because it sets sacred space up,

Which I think is so important.

Rather than just go,

Let's channel blah.

We call these forces and all shamans and all occult groups worked with sacred space to seal the space and hold the energy and keep out any lower frequency energies.

So I think it's important to do it.

And then within that sacred space,

It's like,

Well,

Now what do we do?

So,

Okay.

I was in the cafe and it's like,

Well,

We're going to work with working with the energy field in a relationship.

How do we,

Okay.

We call an energy field.

Okay.

And then what do we do with the energy field?

Well,

We do that first and then that,

And then that,

Which would be like looking for lower energies,

Callings and any,

Any objects that shouldn't be in there and blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah.

And then that one actually came out of a conversation I had with another star seed the night before that said,

I'm having a real problem in this relationship.

And we had a long chat with it.

And so I asked spirit,

Can I do anything?

And that's how this whole thing came about.

I think was she's having problems.

Somebody else is going to be having problems.

So,

And then,

Um,

Some of the ones I put out there,

I'm a bit surprised about,

I did one called the narcissist,

One on narcissist,

Uh,

Clearing.

And I did it because I got this download.

We should do it.

And I wasn't convinced.

I think it's too specialized,

But then when I put it out,

I had so many people going,

Wow.

And then I realized star seeds have this problem in narcissists.

You know,

It's very common problem.

Cause we're so open and trusting,

You know,

Not just the false light teachers.

We get the narcissist who come and kick us about a bit to teachers boundaries.

So I'm testing it now.

I'm much more looking out there going,

What does the collective need?

And then I have a conversation with spirit and we kind of jointly.

So it's much more a joint enterprise now than me just,

Just passively receiving.

Um,

I,

I,

I initiate as much now as them initiated,

But sometimes in my dream state,

I get,

I get the whole thing running through my dreams.

And so in the morning it's ready.

I hope you do one on,

Uh,

Worthiness.

I think that's one that many people do.

Oh yeah.

I think people have asked me about,

I haven't asked about that,

But okay.

Yeah.

Putting in my order.

Am I,

Am I worthy to do it?

Exactly.

Before we wrap,

I know the soul matrix that is your,

That is the,

Um,

Channel information.

Is that when we talk about these transmissions,

Is that part of the soul matrix or is this something even in addition?

Well,

After doing the transmissions for a while and,

Uh,

I got told by spirit,

Start doing one to one sessions and I'm like,

But doing what,

What do I do with them?

You know,

And,

Um,

They,

They kind of said,

You'll work it out.

And I was like,

Oh wow.

So I started in the early days,

It was winging it.

I'm like,

Really,

What do they need?

What can I do?

But now I've downloaded a whole process,

Uh,

For,

So I moved backwards and forwards depending on processes.

So there were a number of processes that I've kind of downloaded over time that clears.

So the one to one sessions clear out stuff in the chakra system.

It clears our,

Uh,

Bloodline stuff.

It clears our,

Um,

Soul family stuff because we can have problems with soul family.

Twin flame stuff is very common.

I met my twin flame and I'm having challenges.

So because twin flames,

A lot of karma,

We have to deal with that.

Um,

There's stuff around all levels,

Um,

Around soul purpose around.

So it's all kinds of stuff that open up.

So I feel much more comfortable having a system or process and then I can forget the process.

And if I need to,

I come back to it rather than going,

I don't know what I'm doing.

You know,

Now after doing it for three years,

I have kind of looked,

Worked out what people need,

The common things that people are coming up against.

And I'm getting quicker at dealing with it as well.

Amazing.

They tell me in sessions,

You know,

The person saw myself or have a chat with me and say,

You know,

Kick that person's ass and they're being too invisible.

I had one,

Was it this morning?

You know,

She thinks she's out there,

But she's hiding.

And I just say to them,

You're hiding.

Wow.

I'm getting,

You're hiding and they're like,

Oh,

Oh,

Oh,

You know,

Why are you hiding?

You know,

And then we do the whole process on that.

And then we,

So then I tell them,

Well,

You're,

You need to be more visible on YouTube,

Get your website updated and get out there or not.

And that person,

You know,

And then we do some clearing on it.

And so I have that kind of energy,

Which is a bit catalytic as well.

You know,

Get your ass in.

You got both.

What I'm hearing is for people,

Even though it's booked out,

You do retreats and events,

But if people want to reach out to you to do one-on-one,

I would imagine all that we talked about,

Whether it's learning more,

Going more into the 4D to 5D,

Talking to your higher self,

This is something that's really a gift of yours,

Your ability to do that.

And just so grateful to share your wisdom.

I hope perhaps we can do a second conversation.

I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of people with questions.

That's what I do.

I,

I listen to the questions that come in.

I also hear them just myself and I can tell there's going to be a lot of,

Of curiosity.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Clearly you're doing that.

I mean,

You've been inspiring me from afar.

And I am very particular who I meditate with.

And I just,

It's always like,

When in doubt,

You know,

I have like four of yours that I go to.

So I'm going to recommend everybody find you on YouTube and on insight timer.

And I think that's what really opened my mind.

We didn't get to it today,

But perhaps next time we can talk about the angel realm and the different,

I know when you bring in the different six archangels and how to invoke that,

Because that is,

It's been very powerful for me.

Love, love, loveee thisssss!!! I am a fan of you both. I first started with your meditations, Julie..and then listened to your TEDtalk and bought your book on Amazon!!🥰 So much resonated in this talk with me...my soul felt at home listening to this podcast!! It usually does when I do Steve's meditations, listen or read content regarding the expansion of our souls and the collective conciousness, and our souls' purpose here on Earth. I went through my biggest awakening energy shift in 2016...went through the dark night of the soul...and I'm now going through the 4D stuff. It is challenging like Steve mentioned...but I believe the journey is So Worth It!!!! 🙏🌟 I will never want to return to my old ways of being and thinking....knowing now that we are So much more than we are told to believe by Society, family etc. We are beautiful, powerful, magnificent, Divine Beings of Light. 💖🙏💫 Thank you for this talk, Julie and Steve...I love you both!!! ❤️❤️🤗🤗
