Where your muscles and joints and bones can lie,
Where your cells can rest,

A space where you can just be.
Now soften the effort of your breath.
Let the gentle ease of inhale flow into an exhale.
And let the breath teach you open body,
Open mind,
Open heart.
Move with your breath to the very outer shore of your body.
And experience yourself as one whole being,
From toes to crown and from front to back.
What does it mean to breathe in sync with the universe?
And would it be possible to explore that here?
With every inhale that you take,
Breathing in the light and the magnitude of the entire cosmos,
Filling your whole body with the wisdom of ancient galaxies and timelines and ways of being.
And as simple as you release that breath,
Extending out your wisdom,
Your timelines,
Your essence into the flow of the universe.
And breathing in the compassionate,
Far reaching world and breathing out compassion in your release.
And continue to dance this intimate dance with your breath.
And all the while sinking deeper into your senses.
Your pull to the outside world softens through touch and smell and taste and sight.
And your whole being becomes an ear to listen to every message,
Every moment with curious and compassionate presence.
Open to receive,
Open to give.
Ready?
Let's begin.
As your breath continues to expand into the infinite universe,
You now release your hold upon it.
And settle into your cocoon,
Your safe space.
And go ahead and surround yourself with the visual of a rose gold ring of electric light.
This electricity wraps around your being and here you are contained.
Your experience now has a boundary and a border with which you can expand.
This space is yours to play.
Call upon your highest guides and your greatest supports.
Their prayers are with you here in this container.
And your expansion is their wish.
The warmth and the glow of this electric light reveals itself to be so enticing you stretch and dip your toes into it.
The warmth expands and weaves itself,
Submersing your toes in care.
And you may see this electric energy rising up your toes as a light or a sensation or simply a knowing.
However it's perceived,
The light continues to expand into your feet,
Your ankles,
And into your legs.
Traveling up the lower legs and filling the cavities of the knees.
Wrapping itself through and up your legs to your pelvis and hips.
This warmth and glow representative of your safety,
Of your light,
Of your essence.
And finds itself pooling in your navel,
Rising up your torso.
And lifting into your chest and pouring like nectar into your heart.
The heart overflows with warmth and it pours out into your shoulders and down your arms.
And each of your fingers full and heavy dripping with warmth.
Currents of energy move up and down the arms all the way to fingertips and all the way back to the collarbone.
And as you sink back,
This current of movement brings you into your back body.
Traveling all the way down your spine and all the way up to your crown.
A subtle but powerful current of energy,
Warm and activated,
Begins to gently pour in one steady stream upon your brow center.
And as this current pools into the eyebrow center,
Light and warmth expands out into the eyebrows,
Veiling the eyes with this iridescent glow.
And every line and curve and edge of your face is contoured with this warm flow of energy.
Touching upon every dimple,
Wrinkle in line,
Pouring light into your beauty.
Covers your lips and fills your mouth and pours like thirst to your chin.
The whole face is covered and accentuated by the warmth of this current,
Continuously streaming into the brow center.
And as your outer ears begin to move with this current of light,
You are given access to journey into the center of the skull.
And the intersection of three points becomes very relevant here.
The pouring of current at the brow center meets and intersects with the light streaming in through the ears.
And for you this may be experienced as a light,
An activation,
Or a sense that you know where you are.
And seated here in this throne at the center of the skull,
Observe how much space there is.
Exploring with 360 degree inner sight,
Notice the space around and within this throne you are seated upon.
And through the throat,
This current travels down back home to the heart overflowing and pouring with liquid currents.
This point of heart flows down into the depths of your being.
And in your occupation here,
An invitation,
Soften,
Soak,
Rest,
And the spacious being of yourself.
The whole body transforms into one single current,
Cycling and recycling,
Moving like waves continuously.
And it's as you breathe,
You are able to truly explore to the outer shores of your physical being.
Every center,
Every part of you activated and alive,
Open to receive breath.
Breath opens to receive you.
Watch yourself inhale.
With acute observation,
Exhale.
And then move to watch your exhale.
From a place of present observation,
Notice yourself exhale.
And sink your easy breath to the universe.
Inhale to breathe in all the wisdom of every timeline.
And exhale to release yourself into the flow of it all.
Notice where you may have drifted off to and return back to inhale and exhale.
What occurs for you when you give yourself permission to be?
No need to change or fix or fuss with anything.
How does full permission to be feel to your bones,
To your cells,
To your soul?
And what about when that freedom to be,
That permission to be is taken away?
Permission denied?
How does it feel to your soul when permission to be is denied?
And can you now come back to full permission,
Full freedom to be?
Nothing to change,
Nothing to prove.
You're free.
And how do you know when you're free?
What does that feel like?
Full freedom in your embodiment,
In your mind,
In your essence.
Can you let yourself be free here?
Now observe restriction.
The ability to move is stagnant,
Slowed and held back.
The path is not clear.
A steady beam of electrical current extends and expands down.
And as it reaches the depth of your being where you rest,
It clears and breaks up restriction,
Dissolving boundaries and barriers that keep you bound.
As this current extends down and touches upon your resting place,
You are pulled into its field.
As you begin to lift up with this current,
You find yourself continuously lighter and lighter and lighter.
And as you reach the heart space,
All matter evaporates and you are suspended in complete space.
Iridescent light beams far off into the distance illuminate the journey that you're on.
And as you rise beyond and above the heart,
Space continues to expand and open.
And any heaviness that can be released at this time falls away with ease.
And time evaporates into space and you are rising far above any galaxy you can identify.
You are pure space.
As you continue to be pulled into the field of this current,
Your experience shifts from one of lifting and lightness into one heavy descent.
Like a feather wafting down to earth,
You are pulled into a stream of gravity that moves you with swift and steady force down into a world that feels nostalgic and familiar.
Yet within your bones,
You know you have yet to visit this world.
As you descend down upon this current,
You observe your embodiment shift.
This body that you occupy,
It's you,
But different,
Wiser.
You sense within this being there's more knowing.
Knowing that can only come through the experience of years lived.
Yet your relationship with this being is as close and connected and faithful as your relationship to yourself has always been.
As you open into a state of listening,
This whole self reveals that this wisdom dialogue you're engaged in now is a conversation with your future self.
And they have so much to tell you,
But only through the questions of your heart.
You open into your heart,
Allowing universal breaths to flow in and out.
You ask your future self,
What do I need to know to get me from where I am now to where you are?
How did you overcome this challenge?
Finally,
You ask your future soul self what is important for you to remember to help you keep going to remind you of all you know.
Your soul self responds now that they have a question for you.
They ask,
What do you know you need?
Woven into the question is the answer.
And your heart floods with its response.
What is that?
What is it that you know you need?
The wisdom of the question and the essence of its answer seep into your cells remembered.
As you steep in the wisdom shared amongst you and your future soul self.
You notice an object has appeared in your left hand.
Notice its weight and texture.
How does it feel in your hand?
This is a totem to remember.
A gift from your future self for you to receive.
You ask your future self,
What would you like me to know about this gift?
Holding the power of this transmission in your hand and in your memory.
You connect once again to the current movie.
And as you're pulled into its field and you become lighter once again,
Elevating up and up.
You glance down at this future world and you offer it a blessing.
May all beings be happy,
Healthy and free.
And any density or heaviness that is meant to be released now for yourself or anyone else releases now.
Throwing away layers of density unnecessary in any timeline is free to shed now.
And you carry with you the wisdom and the truth and all you know.
Even into the field of infinite space,
The cycle continues to move.
As everything turns,
You are pulled by a wave of gravity wafting like a feather.
Down,
Down,
A path of familiarity.
This is your timeline.
This is your settling.
Your home.
And this is your now.
This is your body.
This is your being.
You are safe here now.
You slip back fully into yourself.
And here is the wise soul self still there.
Hello.
In your dialogue with soul,
That all comes back,
What you need to know to move forward,
How you overcome your challenge and what is important for you to remember right now.
What do you know you can do?
You know the remembrance of your totem imprinted into your hand,
A reminder of your journey,
Of your wisdom,
Of your blessings.
Rest in the infinite wisdom of your being.
Breathe with the universe.
Inhale pure spacious awareness,
Galaxies,
Universes,
Solar systems.
Let it flood into your being,
Opening you into the infinite space within.
And then let it go easy,
Releasing yourself into the universe.
Wrapped in faith,
Safety,
Love and care,
Protected by grace.
Become aware of how your breath meets the earth through your body.
Gravity,
Your companion,
Your blanket.
And gently move your fingers and stretch your toes.
Let breath and movement remind you you are here,
Home.
This journey is complete.
However the listening never ends.
Your whole self and ear to the universe,
Always speaking,
Always guiding,
Always here.
Layer by layer,
Sense by sense,
Come back.
Let wiggles evolve into stretch and roll yourself over.
Curl yourself into the earth and rest here.
Take space and listen.
Listen to yourself rise to a seat.
Feel yourself breathe audible breaths and taste your awakening guided by wisdom and a knowing.
Always there's a knowing.
Allow your chin to bow in reverence to your heart and offer this journey as a blessing to yourself,
To someone else,
To community,
To universal truth.
Allow your prayer to move out like a wave into the infinite timelines of the universe.
And take one more full honest breath in and let it go.
