Hi there,
Welcome to this meditation created in support of your embodied knowing,
The awakening,
The nurturing,
The trusting of your highest intuition.
When I chart the trajectory of my life,
I can clearly see two starkly different chapters.
One preceded any sort of spiritual awakening.
And when I look back,
I have a vision of myself as a leaf blowing in the wind,
In a constant state of reactivity to my external environment,
Largely blown along the currents of other people's ideas,
Desires,
Expectations of me.
Post-spiritual awakening.
An awakening that I would describe as a capacity to access my own higher self.
It starts in brief windows of light,
Of flashes of illuminated knowing that come to me as I foster a deeper and more committed meditation practice.
I recognize that I am loved by something bigger than anything I was seeking love from in the material world.
And I must also exclaim that this chapter gets way more beautiful,
Completely and unquestionably miraculous,
Full of awe and total wonder at the perfection of this universe and how much love is there,
How much love is truly there to be experienced by all who allow it.
So I have created this meditation to support your own access to you,
To the higher truth of you and all the wisdom that you carry.
This you contains lifetimes of knowledge.
This you knows exactly what your soul is here to experience in this one.
This you knows who you are and how you are here to serve the world in the highest,
Most fulfilling way.
This you knows what you truly need and who you truly need in your life to serve your greatest joy and utter fulfillment.
I have often referred to this self as the you atop the mountain,
Because the perspective from this plane of your consciousness is so vast.
It can see all the possibilities and potentials,
The results of all the decisions,
And it can see your highest way forward.
And I would posit with great confidence that the more connected you are to this deeper truth of you,
The happier you are and the better your life.
I would argue that point regardless of anybody's external belongings,
Because this version of you is connected,
Is one with,
Is belonging to the source of all things.
So no matter who you are,
No matter your life and your circumstances,
This inner tethering will consistently provide everything that you truly need to live your life here to the fullest,
To live it to the freest.
As you live life in this sacred union with self,
Tethered within,
To the wisdom of your soul,
External circumstances lose their heat,
Because you have within you the answers,
The guidance,
The capacity to handle anything.
And you find within you,
You also have the power to create external circumstances that lift you up and deliver you from the fears of the world,
That break through the limited collective agreements that have previously informed your consciousness and thereby your life,
That free you from other people's needs and expectations that diminish the light and joy that you came here to experience.
So let's go within now.
Let's go within now to know,
Not from a book,
Not from an article,
Not from what someone else said.
Let's go within to explore the great expanse of what you know.
Let's open to the high consciousness that is available to you,
That is you.
So closing your eyes,
Get very still and quiet.
Feel yourself separating from the outside world,
Entering the inner sanctuary of your own being.
Bring your focus into your body.
Feel your stomach,
Feel your heart.
Spend some time now drawing more and more inwards.
Let the sensations you feel in your body tether your consciousness into your inner world.
Imagine a whirlpool spiraling within you,
Drawing your awareness inwards to the deepest part of you.
Breathe here.
Breathe and allow the possibility that you are vastly more than this body,
Vastly more than this lifetime,
Vastly more than of this world.
Breathe and explore the possibility that you are divine,
That a divine self that is you,
That is your soul,
Exists in tandem with your earthly personality,
A divine self that loves you completely beyond any understanding we have of the word love.
Because it is you,
It is you,
Outside all the fear,
Outside all programming,
Outside all confusion.
And this you has unseen friends,
Other aspects of divinity that love you and watch over you and are here,
Always here to support you.
Open yourself to receive the love,
The guidance available to you.
Imagine the consciousness of your true self as light,
Bright ethereal light,
And envision it now merging with your body.
Let this light soak your heart,
Flow downwards into your torso,
Into your root,
And climb upwards into your throat,
Into your head.
Imagine your mind illuminated with the higher consciousness of your higher self.
Breathe and feel yourself open,
Receptive,
And one with the vast wisdom of the soul that you are.
You are worthy of this light.
You are worthy of this love.
You could not be more worthy of the love that you are.
And repeat within,
In your own mind,
I am open to my highest knowing.
I surrender now and receive my highest knowing.
I am one with my highest knowing.
And first allow,
Just allow,
Anything you may need to know to come to you.
See a window in your mind,
Open wide and welcoming in your consciousness,
And let your own knowing flow through it into your physical being.
Open at the window,
And if it feels deep,
Connected,
Peaceful,
And loving,
It is you.
It is trustworthy.
Let it speak.
And now,
If there are questions in your life,
Any areas of confusion,
Anything that needs guidance or wants deeper understanding,
Bring it to this soul space.
Bring the question,
And take some time to hear,
To see,
To feel the answers.
And because we exist in a free will agreement,
Let's bring forth now an invitation,
An open invitation for your higher knowing to guide you now,
Whenever you could use it,
So that you can move forward into the playground of your life,
Open and listening,
Experimenting with a different way of knowing in the world,
Out in the world,
But tethered to your inner life,
Fully receptive to your deepest intuition,
Trustworthy of your deepest knowing.
Honor the nudges and the messages that come your way.
Who knows?
They may guide you right to the path of your soulmate,
Or maybe an amazing new job,
Or a home that's meant to be for you.
It may guide you on a trip.
It may guide you to a teacher or a friend that will change your life.
It may simply guide you to a forest or a cup of tea and a quiet moment.
It may guide you to connect with someone who needs you.
It may guide you a million little beautiful ways.
Whatever it is,
Know that it is always there in service to you,
To your biggest joy and freedom.
You know,
You know,
You know,
And you do not need to explain it.
You do not need to justify it to anyone ever.
You only need to trust it.
I also very lovingly recommend holding some quiet space each morning for this deeper connection to ground into your body.
Let it inform your days,
Guide your actions,
And support your journey.
From the smallest details to the grandest decisions,
Connect within,
Listen,
And know.
