Through yoga therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga, complaints such as fatigue, dissociation, and fear are channeled in order to find connection, safety, and strength in the body again. In her sessions, Julie works in a completely trauma-sensitive manner, where a session is tailored to the client. This determines whether the emphasis is on breathing, meditation, or movement.
