Good morning,

I'm Julian Jenkins and I welcome you to Awaken Your Purpose from morning performance to presence.

As someone who has transformed 25 years of high-stake corporate performance,

Striving in roles as a leader,

A husband,

A father,

Into authentic presence through my connection with spirit,

The universe,

And nowadays profound stillness,

I know the quiet ache of starting your day with,

Well,

Already performing.

Perhaps you're rushing into your professional role,

Your family duties or your friendships,

Feeling the pressure already the moment you open your eyes to excel.

But your spiritual gifts aren't meant for hidden performance,

They're for purpose,

Purpose that flows from presence.

And today we'll realize that striving and awakening to your true calling is a sense of surface,

A sense of presence.

So wherever you are,

Whether you're laying down or sitting or even standing or walking in a park,

Make sure you're comfortable.

Whether your feet may be grounded,

Your eyes closed,

Let's begin.

And to start this meditation,

I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

And as you do,

You're feeling the universal light filling your body from your toes to your crown.

And inhale for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold for a moment.

Sense in that universe,

That spirit supportive energy.

And now exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And let's inhale again for four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And then hold,

Feel that universal energy,

Feel the light force inside you.

And then as we release out this time for six,

One,

Release the weight of the energy of yesterday's performance,

The deadlines at work,

The expectations,

A partner or a parent,

The constant striving to be enough for your roles.

Let it go.

And let's just inhale presence one more.

Feel it as warm golden light expanded in your chest and exhale as we wait.

Any lingering tension from performance mode,

Just let it go.

At this moment,

I just want you now just to settle into your body even more.

We're going to scan our body,

Starting at our feet.

Take your awareness and your attention to your feet.

Notice any tightness from rushing through life.

If you do breathe through it,

Release it with your breath.

Move up to your legs,

Breathing through your hips,

Your abdomen.

Let go of any burdens that you carry in your daily roles through your torso,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Just feel the universe dissolve in the grip of striving up to your neck,

Your face and your head.

Soften your jaw.

Just smooth your brow.

But with each breath,

Importantly,

Just connect to stillness.

This is where your gifts transform into a career of purpose,

Free from performance.

And as we just sit in this beautiful space,

Stillness of the awareness,

I'd like you to affirm with me speaking silently or aloud if you wish.

I release performance in all of my roles.

I embrace presence in my purpose life.

I embrace presence in my purpose life.

Repeat after me.

My spiritual gifts flow naturally when I'm present,

Not performing.

And then just visualize your day ahead.

See yourself not striving in your professional role,

But present.

Perhaps sharing your intuitive healing gifts in a coping way that you can or guiding others through mindfulness as a teacher.

But it all flows effortlessly,

Whatever your job is,

Whatever you will be doing today.

And imagine turning this purpose,

This connection into a thriving career where presence attracts clients and opportunities without the exhaustion of performance,

Where all of your roles,

No matter what job you do,

Bring a sense of positivity and pride.

Love.

Healing.

Feel and sense the joy of living aligned as a friend,

A partner,

A parent.

Your presence inspires.

And in your work,

It can create impact.

And just affirm with me once more.

I am present.

My purpose unfolds with ease.

I am present.

My purpose unfolds with ease.

And just sit in this awareness,

This silence,

That you are enough,

That you no longer have to perform.

You can just be your true authentic self on this beautiful morning.

If there's wind or rain,

Sun or warmth outside,

You have the presence within to appreciate,

To love,

To be present with all of these things.

And we know that in every decision,

That is negative and positive.

And the beauty of you today is you see the positive.

You put your conscious awareness,

Your conscious presence into these areas.

You see,

I've learned that presence isn't just a state.

It's about the foundation of turning our human and spiritual gifts into our purpose.

Into abundance.

Understanding that when we are truly present,

Have the ability to see the negative and positive,

But always put our conscious awareness to the positive decision,

Even in the times of difficulty,

Of loss,

Of grief,

Of struggle.

There is always positive.

The world is made of negative,

Positive,

North and south.

And you can carry this awakening into your roles today.

In meetings,

Of family moments,

Just pause and breathe that presence.

Let it guide you.

Whatever it is,

Understand that today,

Your presence is now connected and you are fully supported by the universe.

And your path is unfolding.

And today you can take all the decisions,

The positivity that you desire.

Knowing that one step at a time,

One breath at a time,

One conscious decision at a time,

Can lead you to that purposeful presence.

You are enough,

You are the light.

You are the spiritual energy having this human experience.

That by sitting in the presence and removing the performance,
