This is our Healing with Jude meditation.
Enlighten your mind.
During this meditation,
We will do a visualization that will help you to find trust,
Light,
Love and stillness into yourself.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes.
Concentrate on your breathing.
And now,
One big breath in and exhale out.
And now just follow the natural rhythm of your breath.
Be cuddled by the sound of each inhale and each exhale as if it was the sound of the waves of the ocean.
And slowly feel the calm and stillness in your body.
And if your mind is trying to escape in any other thoughts,
Take it back to your breathing.
And now,
With your eyes closed,
Visualize your body.
You can see yourself sitting in meditation as you are in this proper moment.
But instead,
You are sitting in a green grass field,
An endless green grass field.
You can feel the fresh sensation of the grass on the you.
It is spring and the grass is green,
Full of flowers and the land in front of you is expanding,
Endless.
With your hands,
You can touch the grass around you,
Feel the freshness of it,
Feel the beauty and the calm.
And now,
A gentle breeze caress your skin and the gentle breeze become wind.
And this wind is moving you.
You can feel it on your skin.
And now,
Breathe more deeply,
Expanding more and more your chest to let the fresh air run into you.
And the more you breathe,
The more you feel light,
As if the wind is filling you,
Expanding you.
As if you are losing materiality,
Making you more and more lightweight,
As if you are made of air.
You are so light now that you are flying above this green endless field with your arms open,
Ready to fly.
You can smell the grass and you are flying into the green ocean underneath you.
You are air.
You are light.
There are no constrictions,
No rules,
No heaviness,
But just the green and endless grass around you.
Your heart is light and open and you can feel this magical sensation of freedom.
And now,
Step by step,
Slowly place your feet on the ground and start to walk in this endless field bare feet.
Feel the beautiful sensation of the fresh grass under your feet.
And now it's time to stop and observe what you have around,
The beautiful,
Calm and still landscape.
And suddenly,
In front of you,
A few steps away,
There's a horse.
A beautiful,
Elegant brown horse.
Tall and strong,
With its big black eyes,
Deep as a lake,
Full of love,
Full of feelings.
And for one moment,
You stare to each other,
Drowning into each other's eyes.
And you start to smile,
As if you created an understanding.
Sometimes we don't need words to communicate the way we feel.
Sometimes we just need to feel the love that is already inside of us and the freedom when we open our heart to ourselves.
And now the horse looks at you,
As if saying goodbye and walks away.
Beautiful and strong.
And you feel powerful,
Full of love and peace.
And now it's your moment to sit down and find your meditative position.
Now focus back on your breathing,
Feel your body,
Feel the love around you,
Feel the freedom inside of your heart,
Of your mind,
Of yourself.
And now place your hand on your heart and kindly sing the mantra OM.
OM.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
You are love.
