Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths to center ourselves,
Breathe in and breathe out,

Imagine a soft warm light enveloping your entire head.
Feel the gentle touch of this light as it begins to explore each feature of your face.
Start by turning your attention to your forehead,
Allow any tension to melt away as you release any furrows or lines.
Your forehead is a canvas of tranquility,
A serene space to be cherished.
Let the warm light cascade down to your eyes,
The windows to your soul.
Gently notice the delicate curves of your eyelids and the unique beauty of your gaze.
Embrace the beauty that lies within your eyes,
Acknowledging the wisdom and experiences they hold.
Move it down to your nose,
The centerpiece of your face.
Feel the air flowing in and out,
Grounding you in the present moment.
Your nose is a reminder of the life force that sustains you.
Shift your focus to your cheeks,
The vessels of laughter and joy.
Recall moments of genuine happiness and allow those feelings to resonate with this sacred space.
Your cheeks are a testament to the joyous expressions that shape your journey.
Bring your attention to your lips,
The gateway to expression and connection.
Let them soften into a gentle smile,
Appreciating the capacity for love and communication that they represent.
Descend to your chin,
The foundation of your face.
Acknowledge the strength it provides supporting your expressions and reflecting the resilience within you.
Take a moment to appreciate your face as a wall,
A unique temple of beauty and strength.
As you open your eyes,

Embracing the reflection that greets you.
