This meditation combines yoga nidra, breath awareness, and the scientific research of Dr. Joe Dispenza. We enter into a Theta brainwave state to merge with the quantum field, and then release an idea (intention) into the field. We attract new opportunities and possibilities into our lives. Quantum manifestation is a practice that combines desires, emotions, and efforts with the help of the quantum field to create desired outcomes in our physical reality. Similar to how particles in quantum entanglement exhibit correlated behavior, thoughts and emotions can directly influence the energy that shapes reality.

Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation to manifest a new reality from the quantum field.

You can begin by finding a comfortable place to rest,

Either seated or lying down.

Spend the next few moments ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible.

Make any small adjustments that will help to settle your body.

You may move at any point within the practice if you feel uncomfortable.

Close your eyes and allow your body to soften.

Start to bring your awareness from the outside world to the inside.

Start to become aware of your breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

As you breathe in,

Observe your ribs expand and the belly rise.

As you exhale,

Observe the gentle return to center and turn your attention even more inwards.

Before we move deeper into a state of relaxation,

Clarify a particular intention,

Goal or vision you would like to manifest into your reality.

Once you have your intention in mind,

Take a deep breath,

Hold for five seconds and release.

Take another deep breath in,

Feel your ribcage expand as the breath moves up toward the top of your head.

Hold the breath for five seconds and let it go,

Release,

Relax.

Keep going,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for five seconds.

Feel the air pulsing around your body and then exhale,

Let it go.

Continue to follow the rise and fall of your breath and notice that as you do this,

Your breath is becoming slower and slower.

As each part of the body is named,

Relax that area and feel the space inside of that body part.

Feel the space inside your scalp,

Your eye sockets,

Your jaw,

Your entire face,

Your neck.

Now moving to only the right side of the body,

Feel the entire right side of your body.

Feel the energy of the space inside the right hand thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Side of the ribcage in the front and back body,

Waist,

Glute,

Upper leg front and back,

Kneecap,

Lower leg,

Ankle,

Heel,

Sole of the foot,

Arch,

Top of the foot.

Feel the energy of the space inside the right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe and fifth toe.

Moving to only the left side of the body,

Feel the entire left side of your body.

Inside the left hand thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Side of the ribcage in the front and back body,

Waist,

Glute,

Upper leg front and back,

Kneecap,

Lower leg,

Ankle,

Heel,

Sole of the foot,

Arch,

Top of the foot.

Feel the energy of the space inside the left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe and fifth toe.

Now rest your awareness in the space around your body.

Can you sense the energy of space around your body?

Become aware of the space between your body and the walls of the room.

Can you sense the volume of space that the entire room occupies in space?

Feel the energy of space that is in the entire universe.

Melt and merge with the space of the entire universe.

Become no one.

Become pure consciousness.

You are an awareness in the unified field,

The field of potentials.

Continue to rest your awareness in the infinite field of black space,

The unknown,

For a few minutes now.

If you find your mind returning to the familiar,

The known reality,

Return back to investing your awareness in the unknown.

Become no one.

As an awareness in the infinite field of possibilities,

Introduce an elevated emotion.

This could be joy,

Love,

Wonder,

Gratitude.

Once you have picked your emotion,

Amplify this emotion.

As you feel this emotion,

You magnetize experiences with the same frequency to you.

Begin to radiate this emotion into the field around you.

Focus on radiating this emotion for a few minutes now.

Continue to focus on this emotion and introduce your intention.

While you feel this emotion,

Visualize your intention.

See your vision happening all around you and within you as if it's already manifested into your life.

Look around you through new eyes and feel your new reality.

Experience everything,

How your body feels,

The emotions in your heart,

All the changes in your physical world.

Become this version of you that exists in your dream reality.

Slowly start to detach from the visualization of your dream reality,

But keep feeling the elevated emotion you chose.

Bring this emotion back into the space around you as you shift your awareness to your body.

You can invite some movement.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

As you return to your day,

You can carry out all your actions with the energetic signature of your new potential.

Notice the shift as you exist in the energetic frequency of your new reality.

A great, succinct version of Joe Dispenza's technique. Voice and cadence are perfect and I love the breaks in talking that leave space to focus and do the work.

WOW! I had the most amazing practice! Ironically I found this meditation right after watching Black hole on Netflix. The concept of then is so amazing at first trying to feel the space of all the universe was hard for me. My root chakra and gravity was holding me firmly to earth, then my crown chakra started pulling me upward and gravity pull off the black hole me energy was stretching between both. And then I became nothing I went into the black hole I was only energy. And then nothing like my cat hacking up a hair ball to bring me back to earth. Then I went back into the black hole. It was so great. For space nerds and people who appreciate the immense energy of the universe I recommend the Netflix movie Black hole. And thank you for such an enlightening and powerful experience.
