Welcome to this guided meditation on awareness.
You can begin this meditation by making yourself comfortable,
Either seated or lying down.
Allow your body to soften and bring your awareness to your breath.
You don't need to change the breath,
Just allow your awareness to follow the inhale and the exhale.
Watch your body breathe the breath as if the breath is on its own timeline as the breath breathes you.
Now bring your awareness into the palm of your hands.
Notice all of the sensation in your hand.
If you don't feel anything,
You don't need to invent a sensation,
You're just picking up what's already there.
Then you can start to bring your awareness into both of your arms,
Locating the space that exists in your arms and then moving your awareness to the top of your head,
Letting your awareness filter through your entire head.
Notice the space between your forehead and the back of your head,
Then bringing your awareness into your throat and neck,
Moving down into your shoulders and chest,
Upper abdomen.
Notice any sensations that are present and moving into the belly,
Maybe you notice the sensation of your breath as the belly rises and falls.
Then bring your awareness into your legs,
Feel the energy of space in your legs and then move your awareness into both of your feet,
Allowing your feet to relax.
And now that we've relaxed the body,
We can move outside of the body to bring your awareness into the space that's just around your body,
Feel the energy and sensations in your aura surrounding your body.
Any time you notice your thinking mind activate,
Bring it back into feeling,
Just notice the feelings and the sensations around your body,
Melt,
Merge into the space around you.
In a few moments,
This meditation will end,
You are free to continue to melt and merge into the space around you for as long as you'd like.
