This meditation focuses on not only visualizing but feeling as if your dream reality is already here. To crystalize your vision, repeat this meditation every day or a few times per week. Amplify your intention by journaling before or after.

Welcome to this guided meditation to manifest your dream reality.

You can begin by finding a comfortable place to rest either seated or lying down.

Spend the next few moments ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible.

Make any small adjustments that will help to settle your body and know that you may move at any point within the practice if you feel uncomfortable.

Close your eyes,

Roll your shoulders back,

Soften your jaw and relax the area around your eyes.

Start to bring your awareness from the outside world to the inside.

Let go of the physical space around you and only focus on the energetic space inside of you.

Notice the sensation of the breath coming in and out through your nose.

As you breathe in,

Observe your ribs expand and your belly rise.

As you exhale,

Observe the gentle return to center and turn your attention even more inwards.

As you relax your body and your mind,

You are preparing yourself to enter into a state of trance in which you are able to access deeper levels of consciousness where you can easily influence your subliminal programming and therefore your future life.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold the breath for five seconds,

Then exhale and let it all go.

Feel the sensation in your body.

Take another deep breath,

Feel your ribcage expand as the breath moves up toward the top of your head.

Hold the breath for five seconds,

Then let it go.

Release,

Relax,

Feel the energy cooling in your body.

Go deeper into relaxation.

Keep going.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for five seconds,

Feel the air pulsing around your body and then exhale,

Let it go.

In a moment,

I'll ask you to imagine that you're walking down a set of stairs that leads to a closed door at the bottom of the stairs.

There are ten steps of the stairs and with each step you'll go deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

You are now standing at the edge of the stairs and you take the first step,

Ten.

You take another step,

Your face is relaxed,

Nine.

Your neck is relaxed,

Eight.

Your chest and arms are relaxed,

Seven.

Your ribs and belly are relaxed,

Six.

Your upper leg is relaxed,

Five.

Your lower leg is relaxed,

Four.

Your feet are relaxed,

Three.

You feel your whole body deeply relaxing,

Now,

Two.

You take the last step and sink to the deepest level of relaxation and you're standing right in front of the door.

You place your hand on the doorknob.

In a second,

You will open the door and step into your dream reality.

This dream reality is a version of you that exists not that far into the future.

You will feel the way you want to feel.

You will look the way you want to look.

You'll be with the people that you want to be with in the environment that you want to be in.

Before you open the door,

You take one last deep breath in.

Hold at the top for three,

Two.

Release and open the door to your dream reality.

Step inside.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you smell?

Take your time exploring the scene of your dream reality and get as detailed as you can.

What is your posture like?

What are your facial expressions like?

What clothes are you wearing or not wearing?

How do you treat other people?

How do they treat you?

Where in the world are you?

Start to act how this future version of you would act.

Feel how this future version of you feels.

The key is to feel like it's happening to you right now.

What sensations do you feel?

What emotions do you have?

Do you feel happy?

Do you feel amazed?

Do you feel grateful?

Now as you interact in your dream reality,

Focus on the feeling and the emotion.

Continue to amplify this emotion until you feel it in your whole body.

Focus on the elevated emotion for a few minutes now.

As you send the vibration of this elevated emotion out into the field,

You are drawing these future events to you.

Keep going.

Imagine your dream reality.

Feel how it feels to be there.

Last minute interacting in your dream reality.

Feel how it feels.

Before you walk back up the stairs to your current reality,

There's one more thing to do.

Release the intention of your dream reality.

If we are too attached to one specific outcome or goal,

We miss all the beauty along the way and the chance that something even better than we could have imagined will occur.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill up your whole body with life energy.

Hold for a few seconds and when you release,

Release the attachment to this dream reality.

Let it go knowing that everything comes to you in the perfect way at the perfect time.

Slowly you can begin to walk back up the stairs.

Feel reinvigorated in your bones.

Two,

Feel the new energy you just created.

Three,

Trust that everything is happening for you.

Four,

Trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Trust that this current reality is an integral part of your story full of plot twists.

Six,

Continue walking up the stairs as your body wakes up.

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

You can slowly return back to the space you are in and back to your physical body.

You can relax and trust throughout the rest of your day knowing that your dream reality is already here.

This is by far one of my most favorite guided meditations. I sometimes struggle with visualization but the sinking into relaxation and going down the stairs helps me get ready for my dream reality visualization and I cry almost every time
