Welcome to this guided meditation to align with your heart-centered future self.

You can begin by finding a comfortable place to rest,

Either seated or lying down.

Spend the next few moments ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible.

Make any small adjustments that will help to settle your body.

And know that you may move at any point within the practice if you feel uncomfortable.

Close your eyes.

Allow your body to soften.

Start to become aware of your breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Continue to follow the rise and fall of your breath.

And notice that as you do this,

Your breath is becoming slower and slower.

When we connect with our intentions for the future and combine it with a positive emotion,

We align ourselves with the frequency of our desires and therefore shape our future.

Before we move even deeper into a state of trance,

Have in mind the intention you will draw upon later in this meditation.

Maybe it's a statement about your future or a picture in your head of a specific goal.

Now we can align with the field of possibilities by bringing our body and mind into a state of relaxation.

Begin to move your consciousness throughout the body.

Your body remains motionless.

When a part of the body is named,

Feel the energy and the space inside that body part.

Your scalp,

Your face,

The eye sockets,

The area around your eyes,

Your jaw,

And your neck.

Feel the entire right side of your body.

Feel the energy and space inside the right hand thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Side of the right ribcage,

Waist,

Hip,

Upper leg,

Kneecap,

Lower leg,

Ankle,

Heel,

Sole of the foot,

Arch,

Top of the foot.

Feel the energy and space inside the right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And fifth toe.

Moving to only the left side of the body,

Feel the entire left side of your body.

Feel the energy and space inside the left hand thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Side of the left ribcage,

Waist,

Hip,

Upper leg,

Kneecap,

Lower leg,

Ankle,

Heel,

Sole of the foot,

Arch,

Top of the foot.

Feel the energy and space inside the left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And fifth toe.

Now feel the energy and space inside your whole body.

Feel the energy that is around your body.

Feel the energy that is in the whole room.

Now shift your awareness to the heart center,

The middle of your chest.

Rest your awareness here for a few minutes,

Breathing as if you are breathing in and out through your heart center.

Be hyper aware of the breath coming in and out through your heart center.

Now bring in a positive emotion,

An emotion that makes you feel elevated.

This could be joy,

Amazement,

Gratitude.

While focusing on your heart center,

Amplify this elevated emotion.

Feel this emotion throughout your whole body.

Start to radiate this emotion out into the space around you.

Emit this frequency of the elevated emotion into the field around you.

Focus on radiating this emotion for a few minutes now.

Continue to focus on this emotion and pair it with your intention.

Feel the elevated emotion radiating from your heart center as you visualize your intention.

Visualize your intention with as much detail as possible.

Breathe into your heart center while feeling like this version of you that exists in your dream reality.

The key is to feel as if this version of you already exists.

To feel that your dream reality is happening right now.

Become hyper aware of your breath.

Become aware of your body.

Take a deep breath in and fill up the body with life energy.

Hold at the top for 5 seconds and release.

Without moving,

Start to bring your awareness back into the space you are in.

Before you end this meditation and return to your current reality,

There's one more thing to do.

Release the intention of your dream reality.

If we are too attached to one specific outcome or goal,

We miss all the beauty along the way and the chance that something even better than we could have imagined will occur.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill up your body with this life energy.

Hold for a few seconds.

And when you release,

Release the attachment to this desire,

Knowing that everything comes to you in the perfect way at the perfect time.

You can start to slowly move your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

When you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Enjoy the rest of your day knowing that everything you experience today is happening for you.
