It's scary to look at your finances if they don't feel in order,

But the longer you ignore it,

The worse it will get.

Instead,

Let's work together to cultivate a feeling of abundance,

No matter what income bracket you fall into.

Even if money feels tight,

Things always seem to work themselves out.

Do you feel the abundance that's available to you?

Let's cultivate that.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.

Now repeat this affirmation in a loud,

Commanding voice.

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

How did that feel?

Did your strong desire for wealth meet with a vague sense of lack?

Remember,

Affirmations are a powerful tool for manifesting what you want in your life.

They help reprogram the subconscious mind.

There are several tricks to making them powerful.

First,

There needs to be a level of belief,

And sometimes that's tough.

If you don't feel wealthy,

You might not believe what you're saying,

And therefore put out opposite energy.

Money is a supercharged topic for many people.

Let's root out any lack by going deeper into meditation using a mantra.

Then we'll try the affirmation again to create an unwavering belief in your abundance.

Get comfortable.

Close your eyes and watch your breath.

Do not control it.

To help concentrate your mind,

We're going to add a mantra.

Every time you inhale,

Mentally say,

Hong.

Every time you exhale,

Mentally say,

Saw.

Hong Saw is a simple mantra that means I am spirit.

By mentally adding the mantra to match your breathing,

You'll be able to further relax your mind.

As your mind relaxes,

Your breath will naturally slow.

Then you can enjoy moments of silence in between the breaths.

Do not force this.

Simply watch the process.

Mentally chant the mantra.

Do not move your lips or tongue.

Let's practice the Hong Saw mantra for five minutes.

On every inhale,

Mentally say,

Hong.

And on every exhale,

Mentally say,

Saw.

In and out.

Hong Saw.

Hong Saw.

Hong Saw.

If thoughts arise as you practice Hong Saw,

Acknowledge them without judgment.

Simply go back to the mantra.

Hong Saw.

Enjoy any moments of silence in between breaths.

Hong Saw.

Hong Saw.

Hong Saw.

Hong Saw.

Now that you're fully relaxed,

Revisit your mind.

Now that you're fully relaxed,

Revisit the affirmation,

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

Say it out loud with me.

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

Softer now.

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

Whisper.

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

Now mentally repeat with great conviction,

I am wealthy.

I am rich.

Give three exhales through your mouth to close the meditation.

Enjoy any silence that follows and mentally give thanks for your abundance.

Did you go deeper into meditation by tying a mantra to your breathing?

Practice this technique daily to go ever deeper.

Did the calm of meditation make it easier to believe the affirmation?

For the most effectiveness,

Say the affirmation aloud with lots of energy.

This commands attention from your conscious mind and keeps you focused on what you're saying.

Then take it inward by saying it out loud but softer.

Take it deeper by whispering it and finally repeat it mentally to tap into your subconscious.

Think of it like you're planting a seed and you need your whole being on the same page so it can take root.

Repetition is also key so practice it mentally throughout the day as well.

Whether you're saying it out loud or mentally,

Repeat it with energy and conviction.

This statement is true and I know it.

It may amaze you how your inward belief affects your outward reality.

Practice this affirmation multiple times per day.

In the morning when you wake up,

After a meditation or a workout,

In the shower,

In your car,

Before you go to bed,

Whenever it feels good.
