This Magnificent Space

Here, in this Life experience, we are being held by Gaia so that we can have the experiences to help us to awaken and remember who we are. As this is offering us the massive contrast that is shaking us toward our realization of our potential, we are beginning to see the Divine Design. We are encoded for this Life Journey.

Transcript

Let's take a deep breath in my treasure.

And a long slow out breath.

As you do relax your body into the space.

Feel as if you're held here.

Know that you are safe.

You are loved.

You're deeply honored.

And we create the space for ourselves.

Relaxing our body into it.

Falling back into the wings of angels.

Imagine how wonderful that would be.

And every time we breathe into this beautiful being,

Feel as if you are giving yourself this life force energy.

And we remember that we are breathing the very breath of the divine.

That there is no separation for one or another.

That we are all breathing the same divine light air.

We are all experiencing the sunlight and the beauty of nature.

And we are so grateful for this beautiful earth that is a pod.

With such beauty and such magnificence in it.

And every single thing in nature is reminding us what home looks like.

We can see everything that is happening here in nature.

The transformations,

The season to season,

The movement,

The flow.

Everything is reminding us what it is that we already know.

We ask now that we can plug into nature and start to feel the space that we're in.

And let this earth begin to remind us that this is the space that is holding us.

Where we feel connected and loved,

Held and supported.

There is an unwavering holding of ourselves here as gravity holds us.

An unwavering holding of the earth where we stand.

Where we rest upon it.

This beautiful light and season to season,

Day to night,

The ebb and flow,

Wax and wane.

All of this unfolding movement,

Transformation,

Change.

We see the extremes of everything that is happening in nature.

The gentle calmness and in the extremes of nature and ediments.

We see the power and the force and we see the gentleness and the calmness.

Everything that we are witnessing in this beautiful world of ours is contrast.

Everything is changing.

And we start to imagine ourselves inside of this ever-changing transforming space.

Allowing ourselves to be that.

To be ever-changing,

Ever transforming.

That in every breath we have an opportunity to fine tune this instrument,

This human being.

That we can choose to listen to something else and tune our awareness into that.

In every moment we are being held and breathed and our heart is beating.

And there is nothing we have to do to make our heart beat.

All our systems are working,

Functioning perfectly and we send immense love to this body and this mind that holds all the elements of this human being so that we can have a human experience.

And then we think about the element and the part of us that is pure light.

The part of us that is so deeply grateful,

Filled with love and kindness and compassion.

The part of us that seeks harmony.

And the part of us that can see and celebrate life and each other and see the beauty and feel the depth of this reality.

Feel the earning,

Yearning and the learning.

Think how much we are feeling and experiencing because we have a body.

Because we have each other.

This is the most incredible place for us to learn and know and understand.

We ask now that we can see this life from the point of reference of our own being.

Like looking out of the window of the diamond,

This little facet that I can see through and see what I'm seeing and understand it clearly.

But because I'm part of the diamond that another being,

Another life is reflecting through that facet.

And because they are doing that and shining their light through it and I'm shining mine.

We are beginning to dazzle and sparkle as a diamond.

Many facets,

Many ways of being.

We all agreed to come in and do this life in the way that we chose.

Knowing that it would give us all the opportunities to profoundly uplift our energy.

Rest in that now.

Let your whole being come home to this moment in you.

Let your breath come in and through.

Long slow out breath.

Calming,

Deepening,

Resting.

And each breath you welcome in.

Feel like your ribs and your heart opening,

Opening at the throat.

Here at the throat think of the energy of receiving,

Giving,

Allowing,

Trusting,

Flowing.

Beautiful energy here.

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

Let your eyes drop deep down into their sockets.

Relax your jaw,

Your throat.

Drop your shoulders.

Let your arms feel heavy,

Tummy relaxed.

And then feel the balance of your body on the left and the right.

And see if that symmetry is there from your shoulders to your hips,

To your knees,

To your ankles and feet.

And then become aware that we have a center and know this as your solar plexus that is aware of ourselves in balance,

Symmetry and harmony.

Become aware of one heart in the space that we collate all this information,

All this awareness.

So here at the heart and the solar plexus is a space just between.

Here is the hidden divine chakra.

Here we lie with our deepest knowing.

Imagine that we can open the doorway to that now.

And that we can rest in the light of all that is.

That we can ask here that we can receive guidance from our angels divine presence and the highest vibration that we can hold at this time.

I am resting to receive,

Trusting my mind of my body.

I am allowing guidance to come towards me.

It drops into the place through the heart to the hidden chakra.

And everything that we agreed to be part of,

The pictures that we were shown,

The understanding that we came in with,

We feel it now.

Allow yourself to be right here.

We ask that the awareness and the gifts that are to come in now for you when you come into this place,

Subtly connect into your awareness.

That you feel a deep sense of calmness,

Peace and encouragement.

I'm here on time,

On purpose,

In this beautiful mind and this body.

I'm holding myself here with great love and integrity.

I am the very breath of the divine.

I hold a code and a signal that is a gift for all life.

I see myself sending this gift of life through me,

Like a radiating light,

A lighthouse in a dark night.

There is no doing,

No performing.

I'm just standing here in the center place of my soul.

Standing upon this earth with the souls of my feet connecting.

Mother Gaia holding me.

Gravity holding you like a warm reassuring embrace.

I am supported,

Held,

Loved and honored,

Known.

I am here on purpose.

I stand deeply within that purpose and my truth.

I look at this heart of mine and I remember how much love and compassion I have.

A deep desire that has always been my code to help uplift and encourage others.

To do whatever is possible.

To make the life and flow of others easy,

Comfortable.

See that again in a new way.

See it now as a light.

Take away the human aspect of it and see it as an imprint,

A light and a resonance that you are holding because you came in to bring that light.

To remind many so that they would not lose their way in despair and sadness.

There is no doing,

There is just a holding and anchoring of that light.

If I can do that then my energy stays strong and centered.

It does not dissipate in the games and the pursuits,

In conditional energy,

In disappointment.

It stays strong and anchored.

And then see yourself radiating that light out in all the directions around you.

And everyone who is part of your life receives this radiant light wishing so dearly for the very best for them.

Uplifting their energy.

Helping them to remember that they are not alone.

We are here to help remind many.

We are here to hold an energy stable and strong so that many will see.

For those whose work is this,

They have never forgotten this desire to make life easier for others.

Those who come in with this contract know that it is going to be enormously challenging for every soul who chooses a human journey to complete it,

To not get lost and confused.

Those who said they would come in and hold the anchoring light often get confused in having to understand themselves as a human and relate to that energy in a human way.

This causes a lot of sadness and pain.

We are not here to translate it into a human form.

We are here to be in a form to bring about transformation of light,

Awareness and energy.

Think of yourself as a light in a dark place.

Just stand and be your light.

Hold the light.

The light is unwavering,

Strong and powerful because we are not dissipating it,

Disregarding it and we are not dependent upon an outward source of energy to make it shine.

We make it shine because we are connected to that light.

The current of energy of the Divine and the Earth connect as you hold the energy circuit within your left and your right side of your body.

You have a perfectly intact energy circuit.

See yourself plugging it in now.

Stand on this Earth,

Strong,

Clear and independent.

Hold your energy.

Feel the Divine light pouring into the crown,

Constantly bathing you,

Refreshing and revitalizing you.

This powerful energy streams into you.

You are plugged in now to the Earth and the Divine.

We breathe in deeply to the center.

The solar plexus opens the belly,

The chest,

The throat.

This energy begins to move within us.

We now begin to activate this radiant energy light from your heart.

With the intention coming from your solar plexus,

Lift the energy from your solar plexus to your heart and imagine another standing in front of you when you radiate this unconditional love,

Powerful energy to their solar plexus.

They can receive it and it will lift up through their heart.

And when people feel a lift of their heart,

Gratitude emerges.

That gratitude radiates it back to you,

The give and the receive,

The Divine flow.

It is an infinity wave.

It is so powerful.

If you can imagine yourself like the center part of a dandelion,

The part that is held in the Earth on the stalk,

The part that feels the sunlight upon you,

Those beautiful little light energies all the way around you like a dandelion,

You can radiate this energy in every and every direction.

Ask your being to remember who you are.

I am a divine being of light and love.

I am holding the energy of the absolute.

I am strong,

Centered and aligned.

I feel within my being a deep sense of peace and calm.

My mind,

My body,

My life and my journey flows in harmony.

I am slowly and gently fine-tuning the instrument of this being who is here now.

I am slowly tuning in to a higher frequency as I assimilate the energy around me and uplift the energy around me.

With this beautiful energy moving in you and through you and around you,

We ask our guides and divine presence to hold us so gently that our higher awareness,

Intuition and guidance,

Insight,

Activating the clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Clairsentience,

Claircognisense as we open up the Pineal Chakra.

We begin to tune in to so much more.

We see life from a whole and a new perspective.

There is a great relief and a release in that.

No longer playing in the games that require so much energy of maintenance.

Now standing one step out of it,

Deeply grateful for all the ways we found ourselves entangled in those games and stories because now we know what it is that we would choose with all our heart and soul and what it is that we would never choose again.

Let this energy and awareness anchor you and hold you and affirm your energy field.

I am clear of all karmic debt and stories and interactions.

It is in this energy now that we bring ourselves gently back into this time and this place.

And as you breathe into this beautiful being now,

Stabilize this frequency into you.

Anchor it down and into the earth.

Visualize yourself in your most glorious space of standing upon this earth where you feel held and loved.

Stand there now in your imagination.

Stand strong and connected.

Feel held and supported and loved.

Become aware of a light energy now flowing in through your crown and bathing you,

Cleansing and clearing,

Revitalizing every cell,

Bone,

Nerve tissue and fiber of your being.

Be bathed in a high vibration to reinvigorate your being.

And for us to come back into this moment,

This energy of perfect alignment,

We ask now that we can encode a memory into our being with the mind and the body.

So let's take three breaths that release oxytocin.

Take a deep breath in and a deep ah.

Bring in the flow,

Deep breath.

The body loves the flow of oxytocin.

Now shake your hands,

Flick your fingers and bring the energy to the tips of your fingers and take the middle finger of your left hand,

Tuck it into your belly button and the middle finger of your right hand onto your third eye.

You're holding the central meridian.

It's a wonderful energy line,

She says pull them both up simultaneously and imagine now that you're zipping yourself up and you now see yourself in a sacred pod,

Your own energy vessel,

Your vehicle that is going to carry you through life,

A beautiful energy pod.

So if you can now take a deep breath in,

Raise your arms above your head,

Open your lungs,

Your ribs,

Stretch,

Stretch your fingers,

Breathe in deeply.

Now breathe out,

Pull your arms to the left and the right as you stretch your wings,

Your feathers,

Your fingers,

Go all the way until your palms touch at the base.

Complete the circle.

That is our greatest delight is to complete this journey.

Stay connected at your hands.

Become aware that you are holding an energy circuit.

Bend your elbows and lift up towards your heart now and feel the power of you that has all the awareness of the divine in the very center,

That has this masculine energy on your right hand side that helps you to activate and do and pursue and show up and this divine feminine energy on the left hand side that helps us to plug in to our intuition and guidance so that we are always working through the frame of reference of perfect balance within the divine design.
