Shifting From The Divine Heart To Release Abandonment

Remember who you are. A Light Being who agreed to be here to bring healing to the points of pain. We can only know what it is that we wish to shift away from if we know what it is that we will never do it again. We release the suffering code so that we can allow ourselves to choose what our Heart is calling for us as a species.

Beautiful you.

So let's drop into this moment now just knowing that we are asking our guides,

Divine presence to come a little closer and opening up our divine heart and whatever it is that we can release for our own being and for those who went before.

All the pain,

The hardship and the suffering,

All that was endured in the great struggle for just survival,

That we could be present with that now.

We can acknowledge that life has been such an immense struggle of survival for so so long and we thank those who went before for their tenacity,

Their courage,

Their determination and even their fabulous stubbornness for holding a space in time for enduring what they did because all the time while we were in these places of great suffering and hardship there was this divine heart,

This heart that keeps calling us home.

At every point of pain and hardship your heart will be there showing you the way home,

Calling you.

We cry out for mercy,

For compassion,

For kindness,

For friendship and love.

We cry out for that from the divine heart and the heart cries for us to call that in.

But what we do is we stay focused in the place of pain instead of turning our attention 180 degrees towards a higher vibration.

Let us make that shift now that every time we get an aching and a longing in our heart we agree that it is time for us to shift and we allow ourselves to do that now.

This divine heart of mine,

I begin to open it and to connect in to the highest vibration of light and love that I can hold at this time.

As you hold that beautiful energy we open the expression of compassion and we ask our being to remember who we are.

What I said I would come in to feel the connections of those points of pain so that I would know where to bring the healing light.

I'm here now asking here at this very center of my being of the solar plexus that I begin to remember who I am and to open up all the codes and gifts that were imprinted into my awareness so that I could be the healer that I am.

I reclaim this agreement knowing that it was me that agreed through my higher self and knew that I could and I would.

I open up my very center and I allow myself to remember.

With the divine heart I begin to open the energy field around me.

See yourself in a beautiful pod,

Bubble of light and love that you are protected and held and adored and that you are standing here in this human story in the agreement to be here for the while that it takes for us to learn how to do this and thank your beautiful body and apologize to your beautiful mind and body for taking so long.

Why is it that this human believes that it should suffer?

We could switch these energies so rapidly if we would just stop this agreement that we have to suffer to be beautiful,

Suffer to survive.

Imagine that right now we can come into a different agreement.

We are not here to survive.

We are already divine beings of light and love.

We are eternally that and if we are that already then the expression of that which is showing through this human being is only an expression.

The expression doesn't go on forever just like an expression on our face.

It shifts all the time but the eternal being lasts forever.

I am already a divine being of light and love.

The code of survival is a myth and I allow myself right now to release and let go of every devastation,

Every point of pain through all time,

All space,

All dimensions,

Through all realities through all realities to release and let go of the painful imprints that have been accumulated through all time.

I ask that I could be the one that stops in my family line long enough to hold a different space,

To honor that I am here as a being of light,

Pouring light into these pathways of immense pain.

See yourself as your glorious light being,

Standing on the pathway of your family story.

Watch the light becoming brighter and brighter.

Your beautiful light to shine from you into the pathway and be willing now to step forward onto that path that you are illuminating like a flashlight in a dark night.

Every step you take the light goes a step further ahead of you and shows you the way.

Feel through your heart where am I going,

Where is the point of pain that I can go to because this life has given me the opportunity to feel that signal like a tune being played way back in time.

I know that note,

That sound and that vibration.

Follow it with your heart.

Be aware that you are a healer through all time and this is what you said you would do.

You would know where to walk towards because your human life has given you the connections and you are walking towards it now.

The body wastes,

Relaxes deeply and the higher self and the light that I am transmits through the sense of being and this moment through all time,

All fields,

All dimensions.

I walk towards the points of pain.

I thank my heart for knowing the way.

I thank my life for helping me to know where to go and as I take more and more light steps I come to the realization that in my own life the ones who stood and helped me to know the point of pain are only the messengers.

They have come to help me to see what I was to see,

To know what I was to know and feel what I was to feel so that I could do this powerful work.

I have never been a victim and no one has ever been a perpetrator.

Someone in my life has helped me to see something that I would not love to see,

That my heart says absolute no to but my soul says you need to know this so that you can heal it.

Be willing to do that now.

Don't reject the one who brought you the message and don't reject you.

I release from me and them all blame and shame and guilt,

Hate and revenge,

Fear and anger,

Dread and foreboding.

I release it for me and I release it for the one who is bringing me the lifetime message in this lifetime.

Imagine that you could see the one who caused you great pain in this life and see them there only as a messenger.

Become aware of yourself receiving the parcel that they have been carrying for a long time,

Tapping upon the door of your consciousness and your awareness,

Smashing down your door if you refuse to take the parcel.

Take the parcel now and see the messenger leave and go on their journey with that parcel of awareness that has been given to us because we were willing to have the experience.

I can now sit down beside it.

We imagine that it has been concealed for such a very long time,

All the secrets and all the stories and all the pain.

We've not been wanting to see this because to know this is to know our human experience at its rawest,

Most bitter,

Most foul and disgusting behavior.

Imagine that you could be here as a being of light and open that wretched parcel.

The moment you open it up,

The light comes in.

All the darkness and all the secrets dissipate.

Nothing can be contained.

That is darkness.

When we switch on the light,

Let the light pour in and then open your heart and let your heart light pour in the light of compassion and kindness.

How come we didn't know?

How come we couldn't see?

In the darkest place we cannot see until a light comes in and then we begin to see again.

I am the one bringing in the light so that it can be revealed.

We can remember and we can recreate this journey,

This story.

With all my heart I pour the love of kindness and forgiveness into this place.

See yourself forgiving all elements,

Those who played the game of victim,

Perpetrator,

Rescuer.

In all the roles that we play,

See yourself beaming love,

Light and healing.

Allow this beautiful being to reset,

Recode and to come back home,

To feel centered,

Connected and aligned to your absolute truth.

Standing in this beautiful column of light,

Transmitting through all time,

All fields and all dimensions.

I release all ancient vows,

Oaths,

Curses,

Promises,

Memberships,

Agreements,

Friendships,

Associations,

Any form of binding,

Beholden,

Obligatory energy,

Conditional connections.

I release absolutely every single one for me,

Back through time and all the way forward in the quantum field of no time.

I release all connections,

All binds and all cords.

We are free and I stand in that sovereignty of freedom,

Light,

Expansion,

Possibility,

Potential.

I stand in it as a beacon of light.

I stand deeply placing my energy upon this earth,

Anchoring my energy here like a beautiful lighthouse,

Now transmitting a light for those who will see and those who will hear.

But I hold my space with grace and strength and power.

Feel that.

Reclaim your goddess divine light healing energy.

I am this being of life,

Directed,

Informed and guided by the light that I am.

I hold the energy of my light being and the life being.

Two streams of awareness is now merging into one beautiful being.

To the very center of my being,

Reconnecting to my divine and sacred agreement,

My reason for being,

Holding the space open and clear.

I feel myself standing in my absolute,

My truth,

My beauty and sovereignty.

I claim my life and I claim the energy of light and love and healing,

Wellness,

Laughter and abundance,

Great happiness.

I give this to me now.

I see that energy as it flows within me,

Flowing outward from me and uplifting all those with whom I connect.

May they touch,

Connect into the spontaneous energy and may it bring them the energy of revitalizing,

Refreshing.

I make an agreement now with my mind,

My body and my being to so deeply honor,

Love and respect this amazing human body,

This vehicle that is an interface between my higher self and the life that is presenting to me.

That I begin to respect,

Honor,

Love and adore this beautiful human being.

Imagine that we could do that and begin to establish a code of such deep honor with each and every one of us.

That we begin to stand in this life with great integrity,

Purpose and awareness.

I give that to me now.

See yourself standing in a divine shower of light and the light bathes down through and around you,

Touching every cell,

Bone,

Nerve tissue and fiber,

Every cell,

Every mitochondria,

Every telomere,

Every atom of your being.

I begin again now,

Refreshed,

Cleared,

Cleansed,

Revitalized as you hold this powerful energy flowing in through the crown,

Right through the body.

See yourself standing upon this earth,

Strong,

Centered,

Aligned,

Connected,

Powerful,

On purpose.

This life holds me and supports me in the most wonderful,

Abundant way.

I hold and support this life with all my heart and all my soul,

With every breath and every step and every beat of my heart.

I now step into a whole and a new life journey.

I thank my guides,

Angels,

Divine presence and the highest vibration of light and love for holding me so lovingly and gently.

And we allow ourselves to slowly and gently come back to the awareness of where we are.

Begin to tune into the time of day,

The season,

The year,

The temperature.

And we begin to bring this beautiful energy of flow and ease,

High vibration to this body.

We'll take some breaths to open the flow of oxytocin.

When we take a deep breath in and then breathe out with a deep ah sound.

When you create that ah sound and you breathe out,

Feel as if you're squeezing on your vagus nerve right through the center of your being and you're calming and connecting.

At the same time as we are doing that,

In the out breath I'm going to bring in the vibration of 528 hertz with this little flute vibration.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Beautiful.

Deep breath in my treasure.

With that energy around you,

Visualize this beautiful pod.

Here you are holding yourself inside of the sacred chrysalis,

An energy field that is supporting you now.

As you visualize it,

See you in a beautiful place somewhere in nature perhaps that you just love,

That you can now connect the memory of that place,

A color,

A taste,

A touch,

A smell,

Something that you can see and feel,

Anything you like.

Take that imprint and let's imprint it into this beautiful being through the central meridian.

And if you will now just shake your hands to bring the energy in.

Flick your fingers,

Take it to the tips of your fingers,

The energy.

Take the middle finger of the left hand and tuck it into your belly button,

The middle finger of your right hand onto your third eye.

This is the way she says to connect into your central meridian,

To bring yourself back to alignment.

We're going to use this connection point to do that,

To connect to the energy.

So we're going to take this connection point to do that and also imprint this new code that you have in your being.

Whenever you feel like you're wobbling out of it,

Bring yourself back to the center.

Just stop,

Connect,

Breathe.

And you feel this beautiful connection right here through those points.

Pull them up simultaneously as if you're now zipping yourself up inside of your own sacred part and chrysalis.

Take a deep breath in,

Raise your arms above your head,

Open your lungs and ribs and stretch.

Deep breath,

Open and now pull the energy to the sides as you breathe out,

Opening your wings,

Stretch,

Stretch,

Stretch all the way and keep going until you've completed the circle when the palms touch at the base of your body.

As soon as you feel that connection left and right,

You've closed this energy circuit.

You've completed it.

Well done.

Bend your elbows,

Bring your hands to your heart,

Stay connected.

And just hold this now.

We feel so much love for all those who've gone before.

So much love for those who share our life.

Unconditional love and regard for those who've played the hardest roles with us.
