Drop into this moment.

Oh,

We're so grateful that we can sink into these moments of such deep inner peace.

Feel like you can drop right through your body into your awareness.

Let the body rest here,

Be held.

Feel the support of the bed holding you.

And everything that's around us,

Whatever's connecting or touching our mind,

Body,

And our being,

Whatever that is.

Let your awareness be aware of that.

And then you take a deep breath in.

And then you drop,

Drop,

Drop into the sacred space of your own inner light being.

Now,

We just practice that as every single time we rest,

Lie down,

Stop for a moment.

We see these as incredible reconnection points where we honor that there is this body that is holding us,

Giving us this experience.

And whatever the experience is that is coming towards us,

We understand that it's for us.

Whatever it is that we think is broken or hard or difficult,

It's because we said we would do it.

We wanted that understanding.

We wanted to know what it's like to feel this aspect of a human suffering or hardship.

There is a part of us that grows so incredibly in compassion,

Love,

Kindness,

And depth of understanding.

And whatever it is that we chose to be part of this life,

It is in our life,

It is unfolding,

And there's nothing that is a mistake.

No matter how hard it looks and how difficult it is,

Our highest self knows we can do this.

We're gonna tap into that part of us now,

The part of us that is so courageous and beautiful,

Clear,

Light-filled,

That understands that there is a depth of awareness that needs to emerge in consciousness.

The only ones who can bring that in is to be here in this very dense energy field.

We've gotta be here.

We've gotta feel it as our human aspect,

But we've got to be able to hold the energy as our light being at the same time.

It's very challenging.

And we're gonna slip every now and again and forget.

We're gonna feel the human story so deeply that we're gonna say,

What the hang was I doing?

What was I thinking of?

This is just too unbearable,

Too awful.

Take it away from me.

But we don't want to do that.

We don't want to wimp out because we're at a pivotal time of our human story.

We've gotta change this trajectory and we've gotta change it fast.

The only way that we can do it is to be inside of the pain,

Be willing to feel it so deeply and painfully in our own awareness,

Our human awareness.

So just allow yourself right now to be in your body,

In your being,

To know what it is that is really hurting and pushing up into your awareness,

What is connecting and colliding with you.

We sense all our physical stuff,

Just feel your physical stuff,

Feel where it hurts,

All the places.

Jolts,

Pain,

Aches,

Just feel it all.

And honor this body for being able to hold it.

We're in this form so we can be informed.

This is information.

And be aware that there is this part of you that is assessing you right now,

That is looking through you,

Understanding what's going on.

Tune into that part of you,

Your higher self,

Your light being,

This beautiful being of light,

Of love and kindness,

Compassion.

Ask your being if you can go all the way back to the moment you created this journey with your guides.

And for some reason you said you would have this affliction here at this time,

If you'd have grown enough to be able to bear it,

To hold it.

So,

So hold it now tenderly with so much love.

This pain that I'm understanding is hardship.

Hold it with love.

Understand that this is linked to the human story,

The story of the pain and the suffering,

The enduring.

Understand that it's linked to the idea of surviving and hardship.

We wonder why it must come into our awareness so incredibly hard at this time.

But we also understand from our higher self that this is the time.

This is the time when we come to that turning point.

See yourself now moving towards that turning point.

That everything we've known,

Felt,

Every suffering,

Hardship,

Every pain,

All of this is information that's bringing us now to the point.

We have an awareness that it's about to end.

So that something else can begin.

We are letting our human self know this and our light being is working with all our guides,

The divine presence.

There's so much light loving guidance coming in to help us to make the shift.

The only way the shift is gonna happen is if it happens with the mortals who are here holding the space.

We gotta transform the energy through this form being here at this time and space.

It would be so lovely if we could just shift it outside of the human form in this reality but that's not how it works.

So the willingness to be here in this time,

This space,

This form,

This life and this pain point.

Find your agreement,

Come back into it now and stabilize with incredible strength like a core energy right now.

Anchor it,

Hold it,

Come into your agreement.

Remember that you said you would and you were shown that you could.

You were shown the whole story and you said,

Of course I can.

Of course you can.

Stand in that now.

You hold the stillness in your being now.

Open your beautiful heart.

With all my heart,

With all my soul.

Attach the life of this human reality with this human part of me.

I remember who I am.

I am a divine being of light and love.

Here on time,

At a pivotal time.

We ask now for the guidance for what is to unfold.

To bring about the perfect harmony within every step that this human aspect of me begins to now collaborate with my light being,

With my deepest awareness and I start to plan the steps.

I come into full agreement that this is what is going to unfold and I am prepared in every possible way.

Because I've already seen how it is going to unfold and I know that it's going to be all right,

I allow myself to drop deeply into a space of absolute trust.

Here at the solar plexus where we connect with our divine and sacred agreement,

This is the last step of the human journey.

This is the last step of the human story that we have to feel so deeply in our human existence.

Imagine we could have done all the steps already through all time,

All fields and dimensions.

We've been gaining all the insight we need to make the shift.

We are the ones who are here right at the end of it.

Let us now honor every single soul,

Every pain,

Hardship,

Every distortion,

Every point of suffering that humanity has come to,

To know what it is that we will never do again.

All the impact points and all the children,

All the adults and the plants and the creatures and animals to this beautiful earth.

This human story has been so hideous.

We thank our being for being able to come into the space knowing how bad it is,

Not believing it could be this bad because we come from such immense light.

This is changing the energy forwards through time.

We are changing the trajectory of the human story.

We are not crippled,

We are not broken.

We are not handicapped or impaired.

We are divine beings holding a space through our human field,

Our human consciousness.

And only doing that so that we will know what it is that is connected into our awareness through all time.

We are standing in the all time right now,

The pivot point.

Just for a little while longer,

We'll hold this pain,

Hold the hardship.

The opening of the transformation is about to happen.

I am lovingly,

Willingly and consciously separating my human pain from my higher consciousness.

Set the date in your awareness,

This is the moment where I see myself moving across that very painful field of the human story,

Holding the space here as my delightful human and seeing what is to come next while I'm still here in my human being.

This is the gift that we pass forward through time.

The one who said they could.

And there was no doubt.

There was no doubt that you could.

You would never be allowed to come in to this reality this calamity,

This level of pain.

If your guides and divine presence knew you could not hold it,

You were given every code,

Every connection,

Every cord to do it,

To hold it.

For this life to be your most significant,

That you were gonna change a trajectory of humanity,

That all the billions and billions of lives that have been were connecting to a transformation light energy,

We cannot grasp what that could be.

And yet that is what it is.

Acting deeply,

Thanking this mind and body,

This beautiful being,

Thanking all the people who know how to help and support a human body.

We thank them for their skills,

Their craftsmanship,

But mostly we thank our guides for being present with every single one of them in whatever way they work to help uplift the human body,

The human mind.

The human heart.

We thank them for playing the roles that they're playing.

For what it is that they're working in,

We understand.

We thank them with all our heart and we surrender into the fact that all their guidance,

Their skills are being held.

That their hands are simply their human hands,

But within their hands of the light of love of the divine creators,

The divine healers.

See it unfolding so perfectly that every single soul that you encounter in your human story will receive a gift of the life that you hold.

That you will be taken care of so beautifully,

So gently and compassionately.

And your body will be well and recover in remarkable and miraculous ways.
