Wonderful.
So together,
My lovelies,
Let's take a deep breath in.
Long,
Slow out-breath.
Just for a little while,
Focus on that.
Welcoming in the breath of life.
Opening up your lungs,
Your ribs,
Your tummy,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your mind.
Receiving this beautiful life force energy,
This prana.
And each time you breathe out,
Releasing,
Letting it go.
Soften your tummy.
Then the next breath comes gently into the being.
Welcome it in.
Feel as if you are giving something to you now.
There is so much energy just in the air around us.
It becomes potent energy,
Not just air.
When we decide that we are going to breathe consciously,
Just know that this breath of life is always here.
It's nothing that you have to do to deserve it.
No behavior,
No story.
Whenever you wish to give yourself a little bit more of this life force energy,
Just stop where you are.
Even if your body can't stop,
Bring your awareness to a stopping point.
Register that you need a time to refill,
To replenish.
And breathe in the breath of life.
And when you feel it moving into you,
Open it into both of your nostrils.
Two streams,
One on the left,
One on the right.
One holding the energy of the feminine on the left.
The other holding the energy of the masculine on the right.
Two streams taking in this life force energy.
In two very different ways.
There is a meeting point right up at the top of the nose as it goes down the one throat into the one being.
Right here,
We are assimilating ourself into oneness.
To ears that can hear,
To eyes that can see,
To hands that can feel,
To feet that can walk.
All of this is operating around the one that is you.
One divine heart.
We breathe in and we welcome the breath of life now in through the two streams.
Create a point of oneness in your awareness as they merge into one powerful flowing river.
Be generous,
Give it to you abundantly.
And when you cannot give yourself any more,
Wait there a moment.
Honor it,
Cherish it,
And then breathe it out,
Relax.
Soften your whole being,
I release,
Let go.
Eliminate all that which no longer serves me.
Each time you breathe out,
Drop your shoulders a little bit more.
Soften your tummy,
Send a message all the way down from your shoulders to your hips,
Knees,
And to your feet that you are balanced.
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Relax your brow,
Even your scalp.
Relax your jaw.
Imagine your eyes can drop a little deeper into the cradles of the sockets.
Now we begin to activate our pineal chakra.
This gives us the capacity to know more,
Reach more.
Open our intuition,
Our heightened perceptions.
There is so much more that this beautiful mind body being this vehicle can achieve in this life.
The moment we ask for more,
The moment we register that within this being,
The willingness to give this dear soul everything we possibly can to nourish us so that we can do this life journey with more ease,
More grace.
Within the next in-breath through the stream that are coming in through both nostrils,
Bring your awareness to the point between your eyebrows with your eyes closed.
Gaze towards that point.
And imagine that you can look backwards into the center of the brain to the pineal chakra.
Just imagine that you are redirecting these two streams into an awakening point.
At the same time,
Press your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
Intuitively,
You'll find the pressure point there.
Do all of that in the next in-breath.
Take a deep breath in,
Pressure point.
Pull the energy up,
Up,
Up.
Gaze backward,
Directed to where you wish it to go.
Imagine yourself opening up your heightened awareness to receive more gifts of knowing and deep understanding.
What a gift that would be for this human to let itself know that we are held and loved,
That we can seek so much more.
All we have to do is ask,
Reach,
And open.
We don't have to be lost or in the dark.
There's so much more.
Within that beautiful stream now,
Let yourself become aware that as you breathe to the point where you would normally get to and you say,
Okay,
That's enough now,
Let's breathe out.
Imagine that you could say,
Okay,
I'll wait here a moment and then I'm going to ask my being,
But could I get more?
And then surprise yourself and sip in another sip of air.
We can do that a few times until we truly get to capacity.
And when we do,
We just soften our tummy and let the breath release.
There's a little trick inside of this.
When we get to the very top of the breath,
We get to that point where we are holding it in that space of heightened awareness.
Not only are we opening up our capacity to know and understand,
Perceive more,
But if we sip this air,
Let that breath in like a little,
What we are doing is we activating the amygdala and this calms and soothes the being.
The next time you're with a little child who's been sobbing their little face off,
Notice when they start calming down,
They'll do that little double sob at the end.
They'll go,
And right there,
Those two sips are helping us to reconnect,
Reprogram.
How nice to have the driving instructions to this vehicle.
How wonderful it is that we can breathe this breath of life that is right here.
There is nothing we have to do to deserve it.
It's simply here.
Honor that,
My loveties.
Rest.
We begin to notice the out-breath.
When we allow ourselves to breathe out fully and completely,
This beautiful being is able to draw into itself more life force energy to refresh its own system.
Let's do a long,
Slow out-breath now.
As you do,
Squeeze your ribs together towards your solar plexus to squeeze out that last little bit of air.
Notice that for the next few out-breaths.
That you can direct your capacity to release,
Let go,
And eliminate.
We apply just a little bit of effort.
Such a gift.
When we get to the next long out-breath,
Wait there a while and see if you can breathe out even a little bit more.
When you've got to the point,
Relax,
Let the tummy soften,
And let the breath of life come in.
Sending a message to this beautiful being that I wish to release,
Let go,
And eliminate all that which no longer serves me.
When I do that,
I make so much more space for the new breath to come in.
What a gift this is.
Let the breath of life flow into you.
You've got more space now than you've ever had before.
As you do this,
Open your heart.
Bring to your heart a memory,
A moment when something so sweet touched your heart so deeply.
Sometimes it's just a little hand that gets put into yours,
An unexpected moment of sweetness.
One of our treasured fur children put their head on your lap and just look at you with those beautiful eyes.
Or a gorgeous sunset or sunrise,
A kindness from a friend or a loved one.
Ask your being to find a memory now.
The ones that work the best for this are the subtle moments,
The unplanned,
Unexpected.
See if you can remember something and then imagine taking that memory from the mind,
Drop it down into the heart.
Feel it in your heart as if you are in that moment again right now.
Once we connect to that feeling as if it is right now,
This entire being starts to feel it,
Re-imagine it.
If you can pick up a little lift in your heart as that memory drops in,
Then you have activated your heart energy field.
If that one doesn't work as well,
Go and look for another one.
Drop it in.
Imagine it.
See what you can draw into this imagination.
What time of day was it?
What was the season?
What were you wearing and doing?
Pull in all the information that your being has already stored.
Start activating your heightened perceptions.
Let this beautiful being start to teach you how to remember.
All these details are imprinted in a moment when we feel a moment of delight because this being loves being in those moments filled with a divine light,
Delightful.
We feel it as if it is in the moment right now.
We lift our heart.
We start to generate the heart energy.
This lifting of the heart opens our frequency and it soothes away all the static that's normally in our field,
Defending us and protecting us.
Just like a ripple opening in a pond,
See that now.
Clear the energy around you.
Imagine it in any way you can.
Right now,
You are opening your imaginal cells.
It's those darling imaginal cells that help that caterpillar turn to a goop within the chrysalis,
Become the butterfly.
It reimagines itself.
We are ready to do that,
Too.
It is absolutely time for us to remember who we are.
So if you can now bring your awareness more fully and deeply to your divine being,
To your divine heart.
You can put your hands in your heart if that's comfortable and you wish to do that.
And start from this moment until your very last breath.
Every time you wake up,
Before you even open your eyes,
Touch your heart,
Your divine heart.
Just say to yourself,
Remember who you are.
And see if you can get that lift in your heart,
That warmth,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to pursue.
Just being with our own being.
So much love,
Kindness,
Compassion.
Let this message touch every cell in your being.
I begin to see all interactions that are difficult.
I begin to see the soul in pain.
I open my heart,
I open my mind.
I open my heart to their pain.
I beam unconditional love to them.
This life is holding me so beautifully.
I am the perfect one for being here now.
Soften your tummy with every breath.
We are retraining this being that has been activated for so long in the reactive,
Survival,
Defensive mechanism.
We are reprogramming ourself.
No longer do I wish to be activated through my adrenal system.
No longer.
This life is holding me and supporting me.
And I am holding myself and all life and supporting all life.
Feel the balance of your body.
I am balanced.
I am beautiful.
This life is unfolding in divine design.
And I am part of it.
At the feeling of lightness and love,
Grace and compassion.
Kindness to yourself.
Wrap around you now like a beautiful cloak.
Upon your face place a smile that comes from your heart and your soul.
We imagine ourselves as little nodes of information.
The streams of energy that move off us in all the directions around us.
See your treasures,
Your loved ones,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your sweethearts.
Imagine that along each of these threads of connection that you are to them and them to you,
You can radiate this light energy that you are holding now.
May all my treasures be safe.
May they feel this beautiful light and love coming into their being right now.
May they know it as comfort.
And then we can open up a little wider and send that energy into our communities,
Our places of work and play.
When we learn how to do this,
We are truly using this mind,
Body and being in a way that supports all life.
It's so soft and so subtle that we could almost bother to not to do it.
We know how special it is when we are feeling sad or broken and a dear one reaches out to us and our hearts feel so much warmth towards him.
Now without that connection,
Just with energy,
Do that.
To all those you haven't seen for a long time,
We speak into this growing field the words of Ho'oponopono.
I love you.
I love you.
Imagine that opening up,
Unconditional love.
I love you.
When we bring in the next wave,
Please forgive me.
That is such a beautiful wave of energy.
When we ask to be forgiven at the same time we forgive,
Everyone's doing the best they can.
We're all a little bit lost.
We are all in pain in one way or another.
I'm so sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.
Whatever situation we find ourselves moving forward in life now,
Bring in those four little phrases.
Think them in your heart.
Hold them in your awareness.
It is a healing balm that is beyond what we can fathom.

Now with all those rays of light that you are creating around you,
Imagine that you can bring them back to you.
Such a beautiful energy.
If you were to see what this looks like as energy,
It looks like an infinity wave.
It's so powerful.
We send it out and it comes back to us.
Receive it into you through your heart.
Lift it up into your heart with so much love.
Radiate it out again.
Imagine it touching the heart and the soul of some dear soul.
That they receive it and it lifts up through their heart and gets brought all the way back to you.
Bring it back to you.
Lift it up.
Figure of eight,
Infinity sign.
Incredible.
Incredible healing beyond.
So lovely.
Imagine if we could make a network of this energy.
How potent that would be.
Into this field.
This beautiful,
Open,
Activated field of energy.
Place inside of it all the things that you wish so dearly for.
Whatever wellness,
Happiness,
Connection,
Heightened prosperity,
Thriving abundance,
Delighting,
Sharing,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Collaboration.
Think of this energy.
That is the field we begin to create now.
All it takes is for this dear one to remember who we are.
To hold ourselves with so much love just as we are being held in this life.
The arms of gravity are wrapping around you right now.
We don't have to hold on to any of our burdens or troubles.
Just release them,
Soften your body.
Feel held and loved.
Know that you are being breathed.
Even when you're sleeping,
You will be breathed into.
Your gorgeous heart is beating.
It's going to do that right to its last heartbeat.
Generating an energy,
Activating a field around you.
So wonderful.
All your systems are functioning.
How wonderful.
You've got nothing to do with any of those things.
We are aware of ourselves breathing.
We are aware of our heart beating.
Aware of gravity holding us.
But all that is happening for you so that you can be here so that something so amazing can come through you being here.
Let that now sit right in the center of you like a core energy.
A deep,
Deep,
Deep reassurance.
Beautiful you.
So gently now.
Allow your awareness to come back to this moment,
This time and place.
Feel the energy in the air,
The time of day,
The season,
The year,
The temperature.
We send loving beams to one another.
To every single soul who's made this possible for you to be here,
Your family,
Your friends,
Those who are supporting you so that you can be here.
We send our love upon this beautiful earth,
This space,
May you be held in this part now.
Truly might this be the most wonderful,
Wonderful experience for you,

And there is so much more that we are to be part of.
