Release Trauma Signals - Sadness

Nice that you're here. I'm so glad you've been listening to those recordings. You know that they just inspire. It's not me going, Hmm, What shall I do in scripting it? It's not that at all. We step into the moment, We hold a thought, An energy or something, And then we just ask our guides, Please come in, Help us. Whatever way we can shift the energy, However we can reprogram our own thoughts so that we can be in this world with more ease and grace, May that be. Wouldn't that be lovely? Little buttons that we can just switch and change the program. If only it was that easy. It's our time to talk about releasing energy signals that are causing trauma in our systems. And we are unpacking these every single Friday. So you can go into Insight Timer and you can go and listen to all the ones we've done to this point. If you go into my profile page, You can find the playlist. So then you can sit down and listen at your own pace to all of the vibrations that sit in one energy field. I've called them levels or clusters, And that's exactly how they seem to bunch together. They sit on specific meridian lines. And this little one of sadness, We're going to unwrap today. This is actually the fourth level that we're onto right now when we're talking about the sadness. Let's do that together. Let's hold the space as gently as we can hold each other and unwrap the story that is a signal of trauma in sadness. Sadness on its own is not just a problem. It's the signal that's underneath it that becomes traumatizing to our system often when we don't recognize what is hovering underneath. So let's play in that right now. Come into the space together, Open our energy field, Hold each other with so much love and see where we are going to go at this point. We're going to take a deep breath in. As you breathe out, Drop, Drop. Breathe out and just be in the space where you are right now. Feel your connection to the earth. Ground yourself. Put your feet on the floor. Open your heart. See if you can, If it's safe for you to do, Close your eyes and just shut away all the stories that are part of our life and doing and try and sit very, Very still within this beautiful being. This being that we say, This is me. Feel the presence of you, The connection to the earth. Become aware of how you're breathing, Your heart is beating. Notice that there are so many functions that we don't have to do anything about that are working for you. So for some reason, If all of this is working and you're still breathing and your heart's still beating, Then for some wonderful reason, You still need to be here. If we still need to be here and we still need to be showing up and holding the space that only we can hold, Then perhaps if we do this with more grace, Ease and elegance, With more awareness, We can be kinder to ourselves, Support our own being in being here, Like being as a parent, That we would love to envelop our little one with so much love and kindness so they never got an owie or a bruise. We wouldn't want them to ever be hurt or have a sore heart. We watch them growing up and we cannot protect them from every single thing, Every impact, Every situation and every experience. If we did and we wrapped them up in cotton wool and put them in a quiet little place, There would be no growth and that would be the same for us. As much as it is very painful for us to experience the hardships and the calamities, The treachery, The betrayals, The deep sadness and sorrows, The grief, The despair and the regret, The guilt, The shame and the blame, All these stories, As hard as that is for us to know it and to feel it, This is what makes us grow. There is a point that we must come to at this point of our life where we can say to ourselves everything that I'm in, I'm in it so that I can grow and I'm not broken because I'm in a space that seems so broken and I'm not shattered because the things are breaking and shattering my heart. I am starting to open my awareness. It's terrible for me to even say this but my treasure, The truth is if we had no difficulties and no hardships, No form of struggle in this life and there was nothing that we had to raise our awareness towards or feel the depths within it, If there was nothing like this happening in our lives, We would all be pretty bland. It would feel like we're just on a single track with a monochrome, Nothing different, Just everything the same, Every moment the same, Every breath the same, Everybody the same, Nothing changing, Nothing fluctuating and therefore no need to grow, No need to expand our consciousness, To elevate our awareness because we wouldn't have to. Everything would just be the same and it's so unusual and crazy of us to really want that and we do. We want things to be the same. We want a break from all the travesties and the disasters, The calamities of this life. We are exhausted already and there is a deep sadness in this human species right now because we know that we've pushed too hard. We've pushed each other terribly. We've really injured one another and we wounded our earth. We have found ourselves at a place and time and space that is not a very elegant position to be in. Right here at a pivotal time in this human story, We stand on the brink of having to make a very sincere choice. What stops us from making these choices and stepping into our higher self, Our most magnificent being, Is the deep sadness, The grief, The guilt and the regrets that we feel. So let's address that first. If we could know that we are magnificent beings because we know how to regret, Because we know how to cry and ache and yearn. We are magnificent beings because we are looking and yearning for something different and because of that there's going to be growth and because of that we have a possibility to pull ourselves out of this great quagmire. So for every one of you who feel a little ashamed of your behavior, A little sad, Broken-hearted about your situation, Whatever you are in, My treasure, Let us find ourselves in the story that we're in but see us in a different way. If we can do that and start to see ourselves in a different way in a situation, We can start to make a difference. These energies of shaming and blaming, Self-doubt, Regret, Hate, Anger, Loathing, Deep sadness, Sorrow, These are such low vibrations. They pull all our energy out of us. We know that when we sit inside of this vibration, Especially the one of deep sadness, Because it's not just sadness that's there. There's a whole bunch of other stuff that comes along for the picnic. If we were to sit down with our sadness and say, Okay, So let's see, What are you sad about? Give ourselves a jolly good talking to like the adult. What are you sad about? What is the thing that's breaking your heart? You could start talking about all kinds of things and notice the elements inside of it, The elements of pain that are activating in you inside of the one story that we would say, Well, It's just sad. I'm grief-stricken. I'm forlorn. I'm desperate. I can't stop crying. Wonderful you. Wonderful, Wonderful you. That your heart is still aching and longing for something. Thank goodness for you. That is sad and desperate enough, Angry enough, Heartbroken enough to care still. If we got to the point where none of this mattered and we just didn't care any longer, If we could find ourselves in that pickle, We really would be in a bad place because then there would be no more options because this precious heart and this broken soul would have nothing to move towards, Nothing to look forward to, No anticipation of life to come. Then we look around us now while we're sitting in the deep sadness and the deep longing and the deep pain. We think, Well, What is going to make me happy? There's very little to make me happy. This life's in a mess. People are just disgusting. This life is becoming so very, Very difficult to allow myself to be here with all of this. But there you sit, My lovely, With an awareness that it is not okay. That's your gift. Right there, That is your gift. When we take that gift and we throw it away and we give ourselves self-loathing, Self-deprecation, And we pull ourselves down, We're not allowed to feel angry, For heaven's sakes. We're not allowed to feel sad. We've got to be a little cheerful bunny, No matter what's going on. That is not truth. We're not happy. This is a very hard existence right now. It's extremely challenging. It's the most challenging we've ever known it, Even though there has been great despair in the history of humanity. We are at the point where it's all coming to us in a single moment of awareness, Through our devices, Through the collective field. We are more connected now than we have ever been in all history. So everything that is rippling and ruffling in your life, I'm feeling it, Even though I might not be aware of the exact story, I'm feeling it. And you're feeling it. We're not separate. We are a collective of energy. We belong to each other. So there is the secret. If we can feel each other's pain and hardship, Suffering, If we know that it's not okay and we're yearning for something else, Then we know something, Something is embedded in you, Some awareness, The key is right there in you. If only we could get ourselves out the quagmire of self-despair, Self-deprecation, Self-loathing, Hateful anger towards others, Wishing for them to make it better. If we can just pull ourselves out of all of that story and bring your whole energy essence right back into the center of you, Then you could stand here in who you are, Powerful, Beautiful, Strong, Aligned, Clear, A being that knows something, A being that wants to express it. This wonderful anger, This rage, That crazy rage that's waking up inside of us, It's not a dreadful thing at all. It's wonderful. It's a catalyst. It's an activation, But we must use it in the right way. We must bring it in as an energy, A vibration that is so powerful that it sends a vibration out, Just like we would blow a trumpet and that trumpet would send its sound out and everybody would hear it. No more of this. Never again will this happen. We better know what it is that we will never do again. Otherwise, We've got a very good chance of doing the same story again. We know how history does a loop until we wake up and we stop it. So here we are, This beautiful being, This deep emotion inside of us, The sadness that we hold, How do we even know what sadness is? We might have had experiences in our own life that say, Oh, This is what sadness is, But my treasures, You are holding sadness, The energy frequency of sadness and grief, Because it has become a code, A signal that's being passed on in your line and lovingly sent. Those dear ones who went before, Who were in the pits of despair and grief, The pits of sadness, They sent a loving message on that when we feel, When the next generation feel this deep sadness, Find a way to save yourself. Find a way to protect yourself, Defend yourself, Run away, Lie down, Play dead, Fight back with all your might. That code that was sent on inside of that was do something, But there were three things. Surely by now we could come up with three more imaginative things than just these three limbic reactive things. But that's what our being comes into automatically because we are programmed through hundreds and thousands of years to just try and survive. Whatever we have to do, But just survive because it's very important. It's very important that we are here. It's very significant that we're still here. It's quite remarkable that we have an awareness that we wish for something else. All of this is on time and so are you. If you hold a code of sadness in you, Your sadness is going to feel way bigger than someone who doesn't have it. Someone might have the exact same bump in your family, The same situation or experience and they go, That wasn't so bad or whatever and they just laugh it off. But someone who has that signal that is here to heal that signal for their family line, Then they, My treasures, They are the ones that are carrying that signal to heal it. They can feel it deeply so that they can heal it deeply. If you know sadness, If you know that you could just put your head down, Head in the arms, Lie on your tummy, Lie on your bed and wail for a week. That deep sadness, If you know it, It's very likely if it is at that high, High level where people around you are telling you that it's not so bad, Stop being so dramatic. Why must you always make a big thing of this? If anyone ever says this to you, Just know you are carrying an ancestral trauma signal. Then love you for being the one who is holding that signal to release it. Do not be shaming and blaming, Judging and throwing yourself in the dustbin. Know that you know something and you can feel it deeply so that you can heal it deeply. That's the only reason we have a connection of feeling. It's so that the energy synapses can connect. We can feel it, We can heal it. That's how it connects. It has to have a thread of something that connects. So you, My love, Are the connector. You are the one who is aware. So how do we be in this space? How do we be here in this world, In this mind, Body and being and hold this deep sadness, This deep longing and remember who we are and still stay in the place of breathing and longing. Let's feel that now, My treasures, Just where you are. Take a deep breath in, A long, Slow out-breath. Drop, Drop into that feeling. If you're brave enough, Just go into it. It's okay if you start to cry and it's okay if you shake. It doesn't matter what your body, Your mind does, But you be the guardian of you. You be the one who holds you, Who is aching and breaking. No one else needs to come into your space and fix it for you because they cannot and they're not meant to. You are the one who is holding an awareness and right now we send from our heart this breaking, Aching heart, Waves of love. Imagine that going all the way back through our line and healing like a bomb of love and light to all the dear souls through all time, All fields and all dimensions. May your pain be released. May I hold it now with so much love. May the guidance that comes through in this moment, The light of all that is, Illuminate you, Your heart and every cell, Bone, Nerve tissue and fiber in your being, Every atom. May you feel a deep cleansing and clearing of this trauma signal so that you can feel within your heart the longing, The truth, The love. And when you can come back to the love, The essence within it, Not just the behavior of it, But the essence, You will feel that deep down in the center of the sadness there is love. There is a yearning for love. We might say love shows itself to us in this way and that. We might put conditions on it, It needs to look like that so I can know it's love. But that's not love. That's condition. Those are conditions. Come back to the essence of love. Know it and feel it so deeply within you that it can express itself in your very deep lovely soul. And then drop it all the way down right through your center of your body, Through the soles of your feet, Down, Down into the earth. Imagine it like a drumbeat, A heartbeat. And this beautiful drumbeat, This heartbeat says, I'm alive and I'm here. I'm holding a code and awareness. I'm holding a gift for that which is for humanity to come. Just like we would plant a seed, We hold that awareness, Hold it with so much love, Unconditional, Untethered love. With that in us, Admiring it and loving it, Tenderly holding it, Like we would plant a seed into the ground, May it grow. We water it with our tears and we allow it now to simply grow. May this be. Just think about planting a seed of intention, Something magnificent that can grow from it. And never stop feeling my treasures and never expect anyone to make you feel better. It's not the idea. You are meant to feel deeply so that you can heal deeply. So much love to you. As you hold this and you feel the connection, May you truly be blessed in this. Thank you for you.
