Such a very crazy time.
Don't you feel like we're just getting into more and more and more of the swirling chaos?
Do you feel like you're hanging on for dear life at this point?
Oh,
It's just really something.
If we don't have these moments to stop and settle down and realign,
Reconnect,
It'll probably feel like we're gonna be pulled right off our centers.
So this space that we hold and make a commitment to show up and hold each other,
Oh,
These are so valuable to our energy system,
To our nervous system,
Really,
Really important.
I just love it that you're here.
I love it also that you're holding the space right there where you are,
Wherever you are in the world,
That you're holding a little bit of space so that we can create and open up different energy streams,
And that's really what we're doing.
What we love to do is open the energy field,
Connect,
Call in our guides and our angels,
And then see what we can receive in the way of guidance to help and support us.
Unpacking of these trauma signals that have become so terribly embedded and locked into our systems.
It also become the lens through which we are looking.
It's the connection through which we are receiving information.
So if you can imagine that if we have a distortion,
We have a field of attraction,
A magnetic field around us that is a little bit static,
It's so easy for more of that to come towards us.
We want to understand that as an energy field,
And we,
My lovelies,
Are the ones who are holding that field,
Creating that field,
And changing that field.
We have immense power.
It feels like we have none at all,
But we do have immense power in the ability to change the scenario and the game that's being played.
The way to do it is with our energy,
Our own energy.
We really cannot rely on anyone else to behave in a great way so that we can feel safe or heard or loved or honored.
It's just too much burden of responsibility,
And in that we give all our power away to someone else perhaps going to be showing up in a decent way.
Well,
There's no guarantee of that,
And they might do it for a while,
And then they might become very disappointing in their behavior and the way they're being,
And then our illusion or our sense of comfort and safety because we've created and given all our power to this other thing or person just crumbles.
Into that comes immense hopelessness,
Despair,
Despondency,
And really that is what we are feeling.
In whatever way,
To whatever extreme,
I'm sure we can all identify with that sense that it's just getting crazy out there.
So hold your hats.
We're going to be in the space together,
And we're going to uplift the frequency,
And we'll see what comes in in the way of guidance to help and support us,
My treasures.
So lovely that we can do that.

Get these signals out of your system because they're causing havoc.
For everyone who's feeling that,
Know then that you're feeling the story so that you can heal it.
You cannot heal anything if you don't have a sense of what it is that you're about to work in.
When we are experiencing great pain and great despair and hardship,
Lots of trauma,
It's because we are here to clear that specific frequency.
It's unfortunate that we've forgotten what we're here to do and who we are and the power that we hold.
We've given so much away.

Feel like you can absolutely do that with love,
Kindness to you,
With a sense of peace around you.
Just let your body settle down.
There's so many ways that we can be agitated and anxious.
What is wonderful is that we can be calm,
Is if we use exactly where we are in the moment that we are to anchor ourselves so that we can feel held and be reassured in the moment that we're in right now.
For those of you who've been playing along with me for a long time now,
Thank you for that.
You know how to do this.
So we take a deep breath in.
As we breathe out,
Feel your whole body sinking down into the moment where you are right now.
Know that you are being held in the arms of gravity.
Know that,
Feel that,
Feel assured by that very simple and truthful experience that you can give yourself right now.
No story,
Don't go into any story,
Just stay in the space where you are being held in the arms of gravity.
And with your next breath,
As you breathe in,
With a long,
Slow out-breath,
Soften your tummy.
Allow your whole body to drop,
Drop into the space.
When your tummy softens,
You've already started to run a different program.
You're not pressing up against your adrenal system and you're sending a message to yourself that I know how to be here,
I'm in control.
I am softening my tummy.
I'm giving myself permission to be held here in the arms of gravity.
Find the very basic,
Truthful,
And absolutes to hold you,
To reaffirm your space and place in this time,
Field,
And dimension.
Just be here.
Then smooth the skin on your beautiful face,
Drop your shoulders,
Feel your connection to the earth.
And then imagine that you're sitting inside of a beautiful column of divine light,
Like a shower of light that is pouring into you and through you right now.
Try and imagine this so that the imaginal cells,
The cells in your body that know how to recreate and re-imagine themselves,
Start to be activated.
Using our imagination in this way is such a gift.
And we have this incredible capacity to imagine,
To be creative,
Using our imagination to use it like your secret weapon for your highest good.
Rest here,
Soften your tummy.
Be here,
Be present.
And then we ask our guides and angels,
Divine presence,
To come closer now.
Whatever it is that will help and support you,
Imagine that you can open your heart and your mind to receive that.
And when we are in trauma and pain,
It becomes very difficult to receive without some form of evidence,
Some form of absolute.
Allow yourself to use these settling down points that we've just done to be your absolute.
And allow yourself to receive divine guidance,
Loving light,
High vibration.
We might not understand or even know what on earth that is,
But invite in the highest vibration of light and love that you can hold at this time.
Just ask that that comes into the space with you and holds you.
There is no harm in asking that.
And always say,
What I can hold at this time.
Because we are recalibrating all the time.
So wonderful for us then to be in the space where we can receive and settle down.
Now,
My lovely,
As we connect and open up the space where we think about the energy of hopelessness,
That energy that leaves us feeling hopeless,
So lost and alone,
Forgotten,
So much despair and pain,
Desperation.
We have all known moments of this.
And whatever this life has presented to us,
There has been this quality within it.
Because this precious human doesn't have all the answers in this moment of how to manage in the space that we find ourselves.
Sometimes the situations are just so big that we just don't know where to even begin.
Then slow it down.
Bring it down to the absolute basics,
Your breath,
Your beating heart,
Gravity holding you.
And hold that as a reassurance.
When we know how to comfort and soothe our own being,
We stop that runaway train of adrenaline spiking and driving us crazy.
Just slow it down.
And here you are being able to now consider what the feeling of hopelessness is creating in your mind,
In your body,
In your beautiful being.
That sense of I don't know what's next.
I don't know how to manage in what might be coming my way.
Right there we know we are already pushing ourselves into the dangerous territory.
Bring it back,
Come back to you in this moment.
In this moment,
Remind yourself you are being held and you are being breathed and your heart is beating.
These are the most important things for you to be here as this human at this time.
If any of those things was not working,
You could not be here.
And yet they are working anyway,
Whether you're asleep or awake,
Conscious or unconscious.
You are being held,
You are being breathed,
You are here.
If you are still here,
Even though life is crazy and even though there's such great pain,
Then we can find ourselves in one little space of comfort.
One little thing that we can trust that we are being held.
Trust it,
Find that way inside of your being that knows what trust looks and feels like.
For so many of us,
We've been running so far away from our own self,
Pushing and pressing and trying and managing and oh,
All the static,
Static,
Static.
We've gone so far away from being able to come home to ourself that it seems almost impossible.
But we are the only ones that can bring ourselves back to that.
Nobody can do this for you,
My lovely.
No therapist,
No wonderful soul.
Only you can do this for you.
And so we can play in the world in all the ways that we wish to show up.
We can allow our body just to be the hijacking system and take control and throw all this epinephrine,
Norepinephrine,
Cortisol,
Stress hormones into us.
Our imagination go crazy with the what ifs.
What if this happens?
What if that happens?
So all of that is preparing us to be here and surviving,
Managing and coping and hoping.
All of that what ifs,
What if,
What if that we run into all the time is freaking us out and it's rendering us immobile,
Unable to show up in the moment even for ourselves,
Let alone anybody else.
This is the most excellent way to herd humanity.
Please hear that.
Please hear that.
Are you willing to be herded,
To be driven,
To be pushed?
Or could you dig into yourself,
Your being that's here and reclaim your sovereignty,
Reclaim your integrity?
You being here is no mistake.
You hold an awareness of something that is so different and so amazing.
It is because you hold that awareness of something different that this that is causing all the static and the pain is so very,
Very difficult and very challenging for you to manage in.
Please understand that.
It's because you know something else,
Yearn for something else,
That this pain is hitting you so hard.
Stay inside of you.
Reclaim your sovereignty.
Stand in your absolute,
Your strength and know that you know something.
Instead of that knowing something driving you crazy in a sense of hopelessness and despair and I can never get it,
You don't have to get it,
You are it.
Own it,
Stand in it.
Remember that you have the God code,
You have a blueprint in you.
Every single one of us is here as part of the divine design.
We cannot be any other way.
We can push ourselves out of it in our disbelief,
In our inability to see and know and experience ourselves in this life in a way that is truly remarkable because we are being pressed into panic,
Into terror.
And if we all just go into that space and we lose our minds,
We are going to be channeled into a very small space.
It's gonna be very bad for us as treasured humans.
Stay in your sovereignty.
Do not allow what is happening in the world around you to tell you that there's no place for anything else,
That the despair and the hopelessness is just all-encompassing.
It's not true.
You have an imagination,
You have a soul.
You have this beautiful being that longs for another way to be.
You are the holder of pure magic because you know that.
Remember who you are.
That is the greatest gift you will ever give yourself on this planet is for you to remember who you are.
Even though there's this going on,
Even though that's happening,
Even though,
Even though,
Even though,
Come back to you,
Reclaim your connection,
Your divine life purpose,
Your reason for being.
Take a breath,
Be here.
Find the anchoring connections.
Bring it back to the smallest moment.
And now we stay in this moment for as long as you can.
And every time your energy rushes up and your body starts screaming and rushing and pushing you in all those directions,

Come back,
Keep coming back to this point.
Come back to you at this point.
This is a muscle,
It's a truth muscle.
Only you can train that muscle.
We can go to the gym and someone will say,
Well,
This is what you do.
You just get those little dumbbells and you press them up and you allow yourself to feel the resistance and you use that and push up against it.
And you get that muscle really strong.
And you can look at that and you can watch it.
But if you don't do it,
Your muscle ain't gonna get strong.
Only you can do this for you.

Come back to you.
All right,
I'm gonna have to say that a lot.
Come back to your sovereignty,
Come back to your strength.
Then there is another little thing we want to talk about in the energy of hopelessness.
For those of you who've been playing this journey with me for a long while now,
You'll know that I have some very least favorite words.
And one of them is hope.
Oh,
I hope it's gonna get better.
Oh,
I hope that happens.
Can you hear in the word hope a despair,
A despondency?
It's a pitiful expression.
And people say we must have hope.
No,
Let's have assuredness.
Let's have absolute,
Let's have those words,
Not this hope,
Because hope relies upon something or someone outside of us to behave or react or show up in some way so that we can feel okay.
Just throw the word hope out your vocabulary.
Oh,
I hope it's gonna get better.
No,
You make it better.
You do it for you.
You know what that better is,
And you create it for you.
You are a ripple that starts to open in your field of energy,
And it starts to express itself in the conscious collective field.
That's the gift that we get in and through,
And then we release it through us.
It changes the dynamic.
The word hope,
Cope,
And manage are the energies of survival and suffering,
And they are the frequencies that help to herd and channel the masses.
Off you go with that story.
Come back to you in your absolute.
There is a little meditation that I did,
And it's on inside time about the absolute.
Just stay in your heart,
In your soul.
Stay in your truth.
This is not magic.
This is absolute,
Beautiful you coming home to you.
Remember who you are.
Standing in your absolute.
The other energies that I want to just talk about while we're throwing some words out,
We might as well throw out the whole lot that we don't want anymore.
Must,
Should,
Have to.
Obligation,
Burden,
Responsibility,
Phew,
Gone.
Throw those in the dustbin.
Because when we're in that having to and must and should,
We are always in a depleted state.
We're not standing as an absolute.
We're giving our power away.
Watch your energy power.
Watch your strength.
Stand in your absolute.
Please make that a mantra,
That I stand in my absolute.
I stand in the integrity of myself as a being of love and light.
Through me,
All good things begin to unfold.
I'm here to harness,
To activate,
And to amplify the highest vibration of light and love.
Through me,
I bring about the change we have been waiting for.
Just choose one of those beautiful phrases.
Think of one that resonates with you.
Speak your own words.
Bring it in as your truth.
Claim it,
Hold it,
And be in it with all your strength and all your might and all your courage.
We are incredible beings,
Creative and beautiful.
There is nothing we cannot do when we make up our minds that this is what we're going to do.
Let's take a deep breath into that.
A long,
Slow out-breath.
Feel yourself now in this moment.
Feel the connection of your mind,
Body,
And soul.
As you soften your whole being,
Allow yourself now to receive the blessing of your life.
May your guides,
Angels,
