We're going to be talking about a big story today. It's a horrible one. We don't even want to think about it, But we must unwrap this one. This is that energy signal that is all around the energy vibration of hatred. And we don't ever want to own that energy. We don't ever want to think, Oh, I know what that's about. We just want to bypass it completely and not be involved in it in any way, Not be receiving it, Not be giving it. But really, My lovelies, There's been a lot of stuff in the world where a lot of pain has come in. So hatred is a very real thing. And for us to feel the hatred from another and to wish hateful thoughts towards another, All of that is very real. We can't say, Oh, It's just all lovely and butterflies. Sometimes we just seethe with such anger, Such hatred and annoyance. And that's really part of all these trauma signals. We're going to unwrap the story that really needs us to bring lots of love and light to it. So let's do this together now, Where you are. Let's settle down. Let's come into the moment. Get your feet on the ground. Let's wriggle a little bit. Take a deep breath in, My lovelies. Long, Slow out-breath. Just release, Drop, Drop into this moment. Let your being be very conscious of where you are right now in this time, This space, This reality, This dimension. Oh, I can just feel lots of energy right now. Okay, My treasures. So as you feel the connection to your own heart, Whatever traumas and heartache, Despair that you've known and understood, Feel now as if you could wrap your arms around yourself with so much love and kindness. We send a message to this being that it's okay for us to feel all the emotions. They're all valid. They have been so much part of our growth of the species. So we cannot just toss them away and say they're no longer of significance. They have been of great significance. They've given us the ability to get to this point, Which is really remarkable when we consider how hideous we've been as humanity. So naturally, We are going to feel this intense energy, The trauma signal of hatred, To really despise what has happened in the world as part of our growth, Part of what makes us beings that are seeking something else. If we didn't despise and hate, Detest what it is that we would never do again, We run a very great risk of repeating history, Of playing in the same deep pits of despair. My lovelies, We just know that every trauma signal, Its base resonance is pain. There has been some kind of pain given or received that we have expressed or felt or endured, And it's for that reason we have some reaction that becomes a trauma signal. The deeper that reaction for our own life and those who were before us, The deeper it is embedded in our energy frequency. So if you are the holder and the awareness is within you that you understand and know this feeling of hatred, Anger, Resentment, If you know that and you feel the rage that just comes into you that you just wanna smash something, Then my lovely, You are the holder of a code that is very, Very real, That the sweet ones who went before us perhaps found themselves in a place and times where they really couldn't get themselves out of it. They couldn't survive or couldn't save a family member or they watched great atrocities. There is such deep, Deep pain in our human story. We are the ones who are holding witness to that now. We are the ones who have come into the space and we go, Oh, I know it's been treacherous on so many levels. But because, My lovelies, We are the ones holding that signal and we are aware of it and not just throwing it away and pretending it isn't there, Because we are willing to see it, To stand in it, To honor it and hold it, To feel it deeply, That means that we are able to heal it very deeply. In the knowing of it, We instantly know another story. It would be a very sad, Very tragic reality for humanity if we did not feel anger, Hatred, Resentment, Loathing for what it was that was not of any worth for humanity, For all the plants and the creatures of this world, All the hideous acts. If we did not care enough to feel the pain of it, Then, My lovelies, The show would be over because we would just continue playing in that game, That hideous game of survival, Hatred, Anger, Fear, Judgment, Shame, Blame, Resentment, All those frequencies that are part of the trauma signals. There are so many of them. And as we unwrap each one of them, We also begin to understand, Who are we? Who are we in the stories that we are holding? Who are we in this reaction to this that is coming up? We're feeling incredibly frustrated. Honor that and honor you. So with me now, Let's just do this. Let's just hold and anchor that energy in you without pushing it away, Despising you and rejecting you. Never, Never, Never do that again. Reject you, Never, Never resent and despise you. Never hate you. Because if you could be in a place where you can acknowledge, Allow, And trust that energy that you start to hold for this being, No matter what, No matter what we are feeling, We are not only worthy when we are acting like a delightful little butterfly, We are worthy even in our rage and our tempers and our anger. We are beings that know something and it's for that reason that we are raging. I love the word courage because the word courage, When you say it like the French might say it, Like courage, I always think of those first three letters, C-O-U, And those are three letters in the French word, Please forgive me if my pronunciation's not fabulous, Of the heart. If you imagine that we rage, R-A-G-E at the end, We rage through our heart, Not just through our head, Not just through our stomach, But we rage through our heart. This beautiful being that knows there has to be something else, That's the courage. We are being called to stand in our courage now. Feel our precious hearts, Anchor the energy that we are holding and aware of and use them as the base point, A stepping point for us to take that next step. Let's do that. Take a deep breath in my lovelies. As you breathe out, Imagine yourself now if you can, Stepping onto this massive rock. As you stand upon it, Feel the steadiness and the sureness of it, The bulk, The mass, The power of it and stand on this enormous rock. Perhaps in your mind, You might have remembered when you were a child, How climbing up and clambering up these great big rocks was so exciting, So difficult perhaps because you had to find little grips and your feet slipped, But you were gonna find your way up to the top of this rock and stand with your arms open. Ta-da, King of the castle, I made it. You put yourself on that rock now. You stand there and you feel the strength of the substance beneath your feet. See this in your mind's eye, But feel it in your being. As you begin to feel this connection, The sureness of it, The safety of it, The absolute of it, Ask your being to stand there knowing and acknowledging this darling human who has felt all the pain that you have known in your own life journey. Because you've been able to knock upon the door of those pain points, You are able to relate to those pain points going way, Way back in time. Standing on this rock, Rock embedded itself into the earth and into the earth, All the roots and the structures, The mycelium, Everything moving and intertwining into everything that has ever been upon this earth. Every footprint, Every horse's hoof, Every cry, Every new child, Every aged darling one who passed, Every story, Every cry, Every call, Every heartache, It is all resonating in this beautiful earth of ours. We think about this earth as holding us, Still, Pretty amazing. If I was the earth, I would have taken a great big yawn and gobbled up the species in one second. And the earth is still holding us. And the structures that we're standing on are still supporting us. But inside of this space, We cannot pretend that life has been easy, It has not. It has been an immense struggle just to survive. Here you are, You've clambered up this great big rock. You found yourself right at the top of it. Because you're standing on this space, You can see through it. You see things in a different way to how you were able to see when you were way down below. Your vision is different to the one who is scrambling up the side trying to find the footholds in the group. Now you have 360 degrees of perspective all around you. You are standing here. You're honoring the space that you are in right now. My lovely, Honor the space you are in right now. You're here on time, At a pivotal time in the human story. You have found your way on top of this structure. On top of the structure, The systems that have been holding us in a certain way, Thinking that we're weak and vulnerable, That we have to submit and succumb. No, We don't. We are sovereign beings. We are divine beings of light and love. We are strong, Courageous, Determined, Stubborn, Fabulous. We found our way to the very, Very top of this rock. You hold that space in your energy system now. And if clenching your hands helps you to feel the strength of yourself, Your determination, If holding your breath for a moment is helping you to feel the power in your arms, You clench your fists, Clench your jaw, Stand in your absolute determined, Courageous being and know thyself as this too. You are this beautiful being that is filled with love and grace, Compassion and kindness. But oh, My lovely, You are also this incredible, Strong being. You have courage and fortitude that you have not yet tapped into because life has become a little soft in the space that we've now created over the last few decades. And the hardship people before understood what it was like to be powerful and strong, Self-directing, Self-determining. Don't let us forget that. With piddly weak muscles, We'll never climb on top of this rock. Get yourself well. Get yourself strong. Make a plan to find your health, Your wellness, Your vitality, Because you are that already. All these gifts are encoded in you. All your ancestors through thousands and thousands of years have been passing on a message, Have been living through the most treacherous times so that we can have the privilege now of being here. There is so much more for us to reach towards. If we could harness all the skills, The developments, The incredible, Ingenious connections and creativity, If we could harness that now and stop piddling around and playing in the game of hardship and victimhood, Martyrdom, We're not. We are not that. We are incredible beings and we stand here and hold that strength. Now within that, If you need to do this in a private place sometime, In your mind's eye, See yourself standing on that rock and you might clench your jaw and your teeth and your hands and your fists, And you might let out a roar, A raging roar that is so powerful, Like an African lion. And you just send that reverberation out into the world releasing all the anger, Hatred, Resentment that we've built up over all time. And feel that rage and feel that power because that tells you something else. The releasing of it and letting it go, We erupt this frequency into the energy field. It resonates and it carries a sound, This vibration, But in it is not spitefulness and meanness, It is courage. And that hatred that we could feel that could minimize our own energy and make us feel like we're not worthy because we mean-spirited, We're not. We're just strong and we're determined and we know what it is that we will never do again. You harness that, Speak about it in any way you want to. We can name it as despair, Disillusionment, Hatred, Anger, Fear. We can call it all the words we like, But feel the energy of it. But when you feel it, Don't feel it in a way that is, Oh, I should not be this dear, I should be much nicer, I should be soft bunny-like. No, We're not. We're hard and strong and fabulous. We're weathered and worn and we're determined as anything. You get that in you. You bring that energy in. And if knowing the story of hatred is going to help you to feel the sense within you that this I will never allow for me again. If someone has done you wrong, If there has been a pain and injustice and unkindness, Take that story as a gift because that dear soul is laying out huge karma in their pathway, Very hard for them. They might be showing you something that is so awful so that you can stand more powerfully, But stand powerfully, Otherwise it is wasted and it's in vain. Get in your strength, Get in your power, Stand in the space and hold it with all your might, All your strength and all your courage, All your beauty, All your creativity. We are on the cusp of something else. Now is the time for us to know who we are, What we stand for and how we want to be moving forward. And what it is that we will never do again. Be very clear, My lovely, Because history has this delightful pattern, Hundreds and thousands of years of the same pattern. We can drop into it in the wink of an eye. So don't go to sleep on it. Don't become submissive. Don't get depressed because it's a hard time. Of course it's hard. So are we. We harden our life, But not in a way that makes us miserable. It's the way that makes us strong, Determined and courageous like this rock holding its space no matter what and all the history that it has seen through time, All the atrocities and awfulness that it has known like the rock we stand here now, Formed, Strong, Here, Courageous, Powerful. We hold the space because it's been a long, Long human journey to get us here. We are not the ones that are going to wimp out, Just sell out. We are the ones who are going to hold it with so much love. Just feel that right next to the hatred is the exact opposite, The 180 degree. When we know any expression of pain, We at the same time understand what it is not. Focus on the other. Focus on the 180 degree. If we stay playing in the path of the hatred, The despair, The anger, The resentment, It just makes us bitter and sour and ugly. It makes our precious body so painful. We throw all these toxins and sticky chemicals and these sit very much on the kidney, Blood and meridians because they're in that space of regret. The resentment, Anger, The bitterness, Gallbladder. All right, Take a breath. Balance the story, My lovely. Balance the story. Don't let the pain of the past lock you up so that you cannot breathe anymore. Start to breathe into it. Do all these trauma signals. Do them again and again and again and release them. Took me a whole year to let them go. Really wonderful work. It's the most powerful work you'll ever do. Just do them and do them and do them, Okay? So much love to you, My treasures. It's an incredible time for us to be aware, To be conscious. This is a big one. Be kind to you.
