Reinvent You

In the greatest Kindness to Self, we allow our Heart and Soul to guide us toward our realignment with the mission of our Soul. As we open our awareness to the agreement to receive and give in Graciousness we open our chakras towards a higher frequency. The moment we agree to put down the burdens, we open the potential of something new. Let us do this reset through all the chakras.

All right lovely, Here comes our bell and we're going to drop into this beautiful space together. Take a deep breath in my treasure and as you feel the breath coming in, Feel yourself welcoming it in, Open up your belly, Your throat, Your heart, Your mind, Beautiful receiving opening, Gracious. Every breath that comes in now try and do that opening, Welcoming, Allowing, Trusting, Gracious, Kindness to self. Just in your normal breath, Accentuate your awareness of your in-breath, Open it up a little wider each time and feel like you're opening this beautiful energy ripple all the way around you. It's just so wonderful my treasure. Beautiful breath coming in, Opening up your energy and then dropping, Dropping, Dropping into this moment. Relax your shoulders, Drop all the way down through your spine to the base of your body, Down to the soles of your feet my treasure. Now here we are in this beautiful being open, Ready to receive and send a message in to you with these in-breaths that we are only going to receive what is for our most divine, Most gracious life journey and that we're willing to receive and if this that is coming towards us is for us then we absolutely are willing to receive and we know that when we tap into the highest vibration then the willingness to receive here becomes automatic. That we know if it is from the highest vibration then it truly is for us and we also know that we've been equipped to do and be in that space in whatever way we are meant to be. We can simply allow and have that energy come in now. I allow, I trust, I give to me, I receive, I honour and I value me and all of this energy we're encoding into the in-breath every time you're breathing in now you can start to create this lovely flowing energy that the mind is responding to and the soul is connecting into in a whole and a new way. How lovely is that? Then relax deeply now and begin to consider your out-breath, This beautiful breath that can release and let go. We think what a wonderful release and relief it is to let go and then imagine walking along a path carrying immense burdens that everyone who passes you by and everyone that you meet and connect with adds a little bit of their burden upon your shoulders that it's almost unbearable that you're buckling under the weight of it and that everyone who has gone before you has also added on their pile of debris and for the longest time we think that this is what we're supposed to be doing in this human journey, Holding this load, This intense load of pain, Struggle. It's been handed on from generation to generation that we've come to the point that we don't even question it. We just take on the next load and we feel ourselves buckling under the weight. I imagine that you could get to the point now where you simply say to your being, Is this that I'm carrying of any worth to me? Is this weight, This burden of any worth to me? And sit quietly with that for a moment. And we ask our mind and our mind will say, Oh yes, There's obligations, There's duties, There's responsibilities. I can't just hand this responsibility over to someone else and that's what I'm supposed to do because of this, Because of that, Because of all these conditions. And your head will come up with all the reasons why it's been so stupid for so long and then drop the question into your heart. Me carrying this burden, Is it of any value to my life or life to come? And sit and feel it now in your heart and our heart will bring in a different message because the heart will feel the pain and the anxiety within it, The deep sadness, The dread, The despair, The disgust, The frustration and the heart will feel this and begin to indicate that to us. Tune in to what it is that you are feeling with having to hold so much in your life. What are you feeling? What do you know? And breathe that through you, My treasure. There is so much that I can clue into, So many ways to know myself. And when I stop and allow myself to know who I am from a higher perspective, Not just my frail human being that is stuck in a pattern, A system, And a belief, So many ways to know who we are. And ask your beautiful being, Could I know myself now in a more expansive way? Could I begin to understand myself not from my mind's interpretations, The limitations within those, Or could I now begin to interpret myself from my heart and my soul? Give yourself permission for that to reinterpret you. We begin to reconnect. The moment we give ourselves permission, We begin to reconnect. Rest in your beautiful body now. As you connect into the base of your body, Ask your being, How am I holding myself in this world? And could I hold myself in a different way? Could I reconsider the way I'm standing in this world, The energy that I'm holding, The emotions that I'm feeling? Do these align with me in a way that resonates as truth and clarity, Peace and harmony, Wellness and flow, Graciousness, Gentleness, And kindness? And if you get a no to any of those words, An adjustment is waiting for you. If you cannot truthfully say that all of this that you are desiring from your heart is not known to you, Or not being experienced, Then there is a part of our being that is begging for an adjustment, That we can't just say, Well, I've got one of those and that's enough. It's like telling a diamond you can only be beautiful out of one of your facets. All the others are just going to be dull and boring looking, Smoky colored. A diamond sparkles because all of the facets are sparkling, Cleared and open. Allow yourself to know yourself again. How am I here at the base of my body? How am I holding myself in this world? Feel your energy there and see if you can bring yourself into a center point aligned and connected. Imagine that you are tweaking your system, Pulling yourself back into your alignment of your truth, What it is that you desire, And be willing to desire a lot. Be willing to experience abundance and happiness and fulfillment. Be willing to embrace this for you. And then we take a breath and we come to the second chakra. We think about our connections with others. We ask our being, How am I doing here? How am I relating to all those around me, Those with whom I'm sharing my life journey? How am I doing? This beautiful being of love and light, How is this for me? We breathe gently, We relax deeply, And the loving message we send to our being is that we can be in our absolute with truth, With everybody, In any place, In any way, At any time. That our happiness is not bound to anyone. That we choose to be happy within our own being regardless of what is happening in and around us. That we choose to stand in our own beautiful energy and that we can be with anyone, All our friends, Some of our friends, None of them. Either way, We are still the same beautiful person. We choose to be that beautiful person. And even if I'm absolutely alone, I'm holding me in such a gentle way that I love who I am. I honor who I am. Bring all your power back to your connection at your second chakra. I am here in me and I move from the center point into the whole world's experiencing, But always from my center. That is such a strong place of holding that we can bring ourselves towards. We take a breath and we come to the solar plexus chakra. And so here we understand and interpret ourselves in terms of what it is that we understand to be our purpose. In the agreement of us being here, Our divine and sacred agreement, We know what this is. We play around it all the time. It is forever revealing itself to us. In the way our heart guides us towards what it is that lights us up. We have been encoded with this divine energy. We are divine beings of light and love. That which is opening up in our being, That is who we are. That coding places us in the very center of every experience and every connection. That energy draws towards us what it is that we agreed to encounter and experience so that we would know. So we give ourselves permission now that we know. This life to this point has given us so many examples, Experiences so that we could know. Could we agree now that we know? We know so clearly what it is that is our truth. What it is. What it is that we stand for, Believe in. We don't need to play any more games where there are distortions and then drama and then karma drops in and then it's a whole new story. Could we just agree that we already know, But we've been a little bit lazy about assimilating it and connecting the dots. We ask the divine intelligence within us to help us to make these connections now. This that I've been experiencing with those I have been experiencing in the places that those have come towards me, I open my awareness so that I can connect all of this to my divine purpose for being here. And then we take a breath and go to the heart. And as you feel the heart's energy, The agreement drops into the heart. I agree that my being here is a gift. I agree that I am a gift. I am the very breath of the divine. I agree that what I yearn for and long for is absolutely what is to be brought in by me. That agreement is so powerful, More powerful than we can imagine. And we are the holders of that power. We are more powerful than we can imagine. I hold the agreement in my heart now in alignment with my soul's purpose. I agree to be compassionate and gentle, Loving, Gracious and forgiving, Kind and supportive, Generous, Sweet, Beautiful energy. And then we take a breath and we come to the throat. And here at my throat, The agreement announces itself to the world. And I claim and proclaim my life and stand in my truth. And I speak my truth. I stand in my integrity. And I hold my energy here with all my might and power, With all my brilliance and skills and gifts. I claim, Proclaim and declare my sovereignty, My uniqueness and my delightfulness. I thank my being for being able to speak the truth, To discern what is for me and what is not. And I thank my heart and my soul for helping me to drop into that. No games, No pretence, No betrayals, No self-betrayals. That what it is that I know is truth. I stand for it and I hold it. And I honor me as the holder of that. I see this as an anchor, Like a lighthouse in a dark night. Even if everything around me is crumbling, Even in the storming, Raging seas. I stand and be the light for those who wish to see. I cannot make them see. I just stand where I am and transmit a beautiful light energy. I agree with my agreement. We take a breath and we come now to the brow, The awareness of ourself in connection with the highest vibration of divine guidance. Here I understand from a different perspective, Through intuition, Through guidance, Through heightened sensing and perceiving, I open up the space to bring depth of vision, Depth of insight to me. That no longer will I just be happy to take the first sense or argument that the brain gives, The first reason, The burdens, The indebtedness, The obligations, The responsibility. I'm no longer just accepting that as a story. I will not claim it. I will not be bent, Coerced or play in it. I will seek value in everything that is coming towards me from my heightened awareness. And I can see beyond myself in this place, In this structure, In this game. I can see beyond it and I can move and work beyond it. This is a beautiful energy to hold. And when we agree to be in that space, That space holds us in a different way. What an incredible gift for us to be able to tap in to heightened awareness. What a gift. It takes so much pressure off our being, Takes away the burdens that we're just standing in truth. There's no game. We take a breath now and we come to the crown. Here is the awareness of ourselves as beings of love and light, Connected to the divine. When we open up all our sensory systems, We connect in this beautiful way. We are reconnected and we are remembering who we are. The divine light pours into us. It brings healing to every place of pain, Hardship and despair. We hold our heart so gently, So kindly. We are sweet to this one that is carrying us through this life journey. And we bring that kindness, Empathy and compassion into all our connections with others. May this truly bless you now, My treasure. As you begin to hold this energy that is around you in a whole and a new way, Beautifully in alignment, Beautifully connected. We thank our guides, Divine presence and the highest vibration of light and love for holding us and being with us. Asking now that we can stay in step with this new agreement in our mind body being, That we can bring a deep sense of peace and ease to our journey and to those around us. And there's no doing, No pursuing, No story, No drama, No karma, Just holding a different energy, Hold gracious space, Beautiful you. And when you're ready to come back into the space, Just take yourself gently back into the world. But for now, Rest as long as you can to allow your mind body being to reset. Such a gracious gift that you are bringing in, The simple kindness that we bring to our own being creates a ripple of that into this world. Be kind to you. So much love, My treasure.
