What could you bring into this life experience because of your unique life journey? What have you felt, endured, and understood because you have lived, you hold a gift of energy that awakens through the hardships of our life journey? The gift within, like a ribbon floating in the wind, no longer attached to me, but floating free. I let go of all my labels.

Each time I am guided to a meditation of yours, I curiously wonder the depths and breadth I will travel. In surrendering to your guidance, I encountered a deep and visceral truth... a deep fear of letting go at the very core of my being... not believing God would be there to catch me when I did let go.
