It's lovely you.
So we're coming into the sacred space now.
We thank this beautiful body for holding us.
What a wonderful life this is.
That we can experience it in a form that can feel and taste and touch and smell and hear.
In this beautiful form we can connect to other beings.
And imagine that this form starts to think about what it is that we are benefiting from by being in this beautiful form.
That we are already light and essence and the breath of the divine.
We already are that.
That we have an opportunity to experience ourselves from a human perspective.
And we also have this opportunity when we decide to take a life journey and to be in a life journey.
Then we get to integrate and connect with those with whom we are journeying.
We wonder why it is that we're doing that.
If we already are light beings.
How come we choose to come and be in a body?
How come we choose to play here on this human dimension where there's so much duality,
So much struggle and pain,
Hardship and suffering?
And then if we remember that we are the very breath of the divine.
That the divine is breathing into us and encouraging us and holding us,
Guiding us.
And then being here with that beautiful light pouring into us.
What is the purpose of being here with all that light coming in?
And then we understand that this light is coming in so that we can radiate it out from our own being.
When light illuminates a space,
That space becomes luminous.
We imagine a home in a dark place and somebody puts a candle on the window.
And now we won't miss it because our focus is drawn towards the candle in the window.
And the light is drawing us home,
To the home.
And we see and recognize the light because we are light.
The only reason we can understand light is because we are that ready.
The only reason we seek for love and kindness is because we are that ready.
Let this beautiful body rest now.
And know what it is that we are here to be part of.
This is a divine and sacred life journey.
And we are here to help in some amazing way.
To bring the light and to shine it in and through us.
Wherever we choose to go,
Whatever place,
Whatever time and space.
We can be anywhere with anyone at any time.
And we can still hold our light and radiate light into all the places that seem dark and lonely and sad.
Imagine how many places you can go into because you have a form and a body that can take you into that place.
Think how wonderful it is that we can move ourselves into all the spaces where light is needed.
What a wonderful gift that is.
Thank your mind and body for knowing this as your absolute truth.
Ask yourself now to release and let go of all the hardships pursuing and doing,
All the contrast and the duality,
All the games and misperceptions.
Imagine that we can just let go of all the static and all the clutter and just not connect into it.
Just choose,
I'm not connecting into that.
That which brings fear and sadness and hardship to my being.
That which evokes anger and hate,
Revenge.
Imagine that we begin to choose what it is that we will bring into the being because whatever we bring in becomes part of this experience.
When we start to choose and we choose really well,
What would you choose if you knew that every moment of your choice points,
Every moment that you come to where there is a choice point,
That you can amplify the energy and this would be the greatest gift that you can give to this experience.
Or you can deflate it.
Imagine that if you chose each time to elevate your energy,
Not to drop it into anger and hate and fear,
But to elevate it into kindness and compassion and love.
We would be changing the frequency of this dimension.
In the higher frequency there is no duality,
There is oneness.
Our heart and our soul seeks the oneness.
We are constantly seeking oneness.
Become aware of your being that seeks the oneness within.
We call for love and compassion and kindness.
We call for balance and harmony.
We call for friendship and passion.
This heart knows so much.
This heart of ours knows so much.
Let your heart guide you.
Let it feel like your inner compass.
Let it guide you along your life journey.
What your heart is calling for,
Agree,
Agree to allow it and to bring it in.
Agree to give it by radiating it like light.
Feel the agreement of your life and your light and see this now as flow in your body,
Beautiful flow like a river flowing strong and beautiful.
Let this energy flow through you and as the energy flows it revitalizes,
Refreshes and invigorates this beautiful body.
Every single cell receives the benefit of this flowing divine light energy,
Healing and restoring,
Cleansing and clearing.
This is such a powerful light.
We deepen deep down to receive it,
Deepen in to receive it.
Feel this as a blessing,

A gift of love and a gift of kindness.
Standing right here in the center with a beautiful divine light all around me,
In me and through me,
Let the peace come into your mind,
Body and soul.
Let the balance be restored in your system and all imprints and codes,

All distortions be released easily,
