Integrating The Cord Of Light

As we merge our vibration of Light from our Essence Energy Field, we are reconnecting to Source Energy. From this perspective, we heal our static and disorganized Energy Field. We relinquish the vibrations that no longer serve us to open into the highest connection of the one beating heart. I am Free. Free to simply be.

Lovely.

So now we drop in.

Let this beautiful body feel like this is its time.

It's time to completely release and completely let go of all the pain and the hardship and all the struggle and the holding,

The pursuing and the doing.

Feel like you can drop your awareness into this moment.

We feel now like we are coming into a beautiful cocoon or chrysalis of light and love.

And that while we are in this beautiful chrysalis we understand that we're at that stage when we are ready to become something else.

We see ourselves in this chrysalis that seems so goopy and dense for a long time.

And now we notice that the outside of the chrysalis becomes translucent.

We can start to see through it but we're still held in the space,

Still contained.

Allow yourself to feel held and contained in this space.

Imagine that this is your chrysalis.

We claim the space as a divine connection,

A light being in a light space.

And all we have to do here is just let this body take care of itself.

Drop your weight,

Drop your energy,

Become aware of your breath,

Moving gently through you.

Allow your body to make no effort at all.

Don't extend your breath or press or push in any way.

Trust that your beautiful body is taking care of you.

And your being is being breathed.

And just follow your breath.

Allow your body to receive what it wishes to receive in this moment.

And if the body asks for a little bit more then give it that.

But make no effort at all.

We ask this mind to disengage from doing,

Performing.

We just follow the body.

Become aware of your body as weight,

Density of energy.

And drop your awareness right into that.

Feel the body as being an energy mass,

A collection of energy that is creating mass.

Think how incredible that is.

Energy can create density,

Structure.

And if I don't attach to my structure,

I don't attach to anything in this body,

I simply allow myself to be here in this body.

And I simply rest in this beautiful body.

Let yourself relax deeply into it.

Become aware of your beating heart,

Whether you can hear it or not.

Whether you can feel it or not.

But know that deep inside of you,

You have this beautiful heart that is beating for you.

And this heart and the heartbeat is the rhythm and the song of life.

It's connected to all life.

The heartbeat of life,

The pulse of life.

And whether we are aware of it or not,

Our heart is tuning us into the heartbeat of the one beating heart.

Become aware that you are connected to the one beating heart.

Imagine that this is like a drum sound,

A deep within drum sound.

Hear within your soul what this might sound like.

Imagine that it is a distant signal that says,

Remember me,

Remember me.

This beautiful heart is guiding us home.

This beautiful heart is calling for something all the time.

Happiness and love and compassion,

Sweetness and graciousness,

Love and connection.

Think of what your heart has been calling for your whole life.

And then think about the body and how the body being and has created its energy field.

To seek that in this life,

All the stuff that you've been preoccupied in,

Your work,

Your play,

Your connections,

Your disconnections.

And think about this heart that has been asking for something and then we go into the world and we create through the body and the form.

We feel the connections and then it reaffirms to us.

This sits well with me,

This is my truth.

More of this and less of that.

And all the time and every step we are discerning and choosing,

Reconfiguring.

We are never static.

Think about how you have been reconfiguring your form since the moment you came into it.

It is ever changing,

Ever growing,

Redesigning itself in every moment.

And what guides that change?

It's the calling of the heart.

Tune into the calling of your heart.

Hear the drum beat.

Hear the distant calling.

Hear the remember me,

Remember me.

And know that this is the guiding beat if you just close your eyes and be very still.

That your heart will guide you right to essence,

To the highest vibration of light and love.

It will guide us to home,

To light,

To love,

To divine.

And here I am resting in my body.

And my heart is taking care of me.

My body is functioning beautifully.

My breath is coming and going.

And I soothe my mind and comfort this beautiful being with the knowing that I am safe,

Loved and honoured.

And in the space that I give myself right now,

There is nothing to do.

And to honour this beautiful beating heart and feel it as immense love,

The deepest calling.

We realign into the energy of the heart,

Opening up the frequency,

Dropping in.

Imagine now that in this dropping in moment that you can begin to warm the energy around your heart.

Let this feeling of warmth and comfort begin to grow and glow.

Feel it opening to your throat.

Connect your heart energy to your throat energy.

Think about wide open expansive sky.

So much place and space in which to breathe and experience and see from the elevated position of awareness high up.

Witnessing myself,

Feeling my heart connected to this beautiful body through the beating heart,

Through the pulse that is in this body.

And then connected to all space and taking this beautiful cord of connection through the heart all the way up,

Through the throat,

The brow and into the crown and above and out and all the way into your essence,

Into your light being and beyond and beyond.

Feel this beautiful cord connecting your beating heart to the one heart.

See this as an energetic synaptic cord.

Our heightened awareness,

Clear voice,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance.

Our insight,

Intuition awakens here at the pineal chakra.

We can see beyond this frame because we are beyond this frame.

We open our experience fully and begin to see.

Let this beautiful body rest in the space and knowing that it is seeing and whatever comes in as a vision,

We accept that this that comes towards us is only for our most divine and most sacred life journey and we welcome that inward flow,

Heightened awareness.

I wish to see only that which serves my most divine,

Most sacred life journey for what is being revealed to me will serve me and help me to serve others with great love and compassion.

Opening this awareness now,

Pulling the cord from the physical heart up through the crown awakening here at the pineal chakra and moving out through the top of the crown.

See the light cord going into such pure vibrant light that it's barely able to be seen by the eye.

See it with your heart.

Feel that connection re-establishing powerfully now.

Reconnect this beautiful being,

This being of energy and form,

Of light,

Of spirit.

Reconnect your soul and see the connection is absolutely clear.

A pure fibre optic cord of light,

No distortions,

No distractions,

Just the clearest light that we can hold.

We tune in to the high vibration of this divine light.

It pulls us towards it.

All the while we can hear the beat,

The signal that says home is this.

We are connecting our human form to our essence.

This beautiful human being with so much love.

I hold this human being that is me.

And I connect while I'm still in my beautiful form.

I connect me to the highest vibration light,

That cord of light.

I fully integrate it into this beautiful being of life and light.

And I hold this connection here now.

Let the vibrations merge and let the consciousness of the highest vibration of light and love merge into this human being to feed it and nourish it and hold it and love it,

To enrich it and replenish it.

When we know how to reconnect to source energy,

We are able to pull it into this beautiful body energy field when we come into this deeply restful state.

There's no static enough field that we completely release into the calmness of this mind.

There is no body energy.

There is no judgment or shame or blame,

Guilt or fear.

Simply a deep deep honoring for this mind body being.

And then we connect.

There is no static,

Just this pure stream of consciousness.

We wait a whole lifetime sometimes to find this connection.

And we believe so often that the connection can only happen when we pass.

At the point of passing out of the form,

We relinquish the form and the holding and the static that holds us as form.

But if we learn to do this now,

While we are still in our beautiful form,

And we relinquish all the static and all the vibrations that no longer serve us,

We just drop into this beautiful heart as we are now.

And we open this connection.

We move easily into it.

And we experience the oneness,

The one beating heart.

Remember me,

Remember me.

And we remember and we connect and we allow and we trust and we love and we embrace.

And here at the solar plexus,

The center of this beautiful human being,

A fulfillment and a replenishment becomes pouring in through the top of the crown,

Through the pineal chakra,

This amazing light through the throat,

Clearing and cleansing,

Opening,

Refreshing,

All the way through the heart,

Amplifying it through absolute love,

Kindness,

Compassion.

And now we connect once again and feeling like the circle where we stand now is where we saw ourselves creating this journey,

This life journey,

Where we stood with the council of light and we agreed this would be the one that served us our highest and most divine life journey.

We saw it all,

We understood it all and we agreed to every step.

See yourself standing in that space,

Revealing to you are your Akashic records.

It is this that will help you.

It will this that will give you the greatest benefit to move beyond.

But never forget,

Remember,

Remember who you are.

We are divine beings of light and love and we are here on a journey,

A mission.

And feel like this mission now as you are connecting into it more fully than ever before is your divine and sacred life agreement,

Your sacred journey,

Your inner contract.

And you can stand here in this moment and feel like I participated in this fully and completely and felt everything I was to feel.

And I allow myself to be in this moment without any shame,

Blame,

Judgment or guilt towards my own being.

I allow myself to send radiating light to every being who came in to help me to feel and help me to remember and I send unconditional love and gratitude,

Forgiveness and kindness to them.

We speak those beautiful words of Ho'oponopono.

I'm so sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

We speak those words with so much clearing.

We release ourselves from all karmic debt,

All painful connection through all time.

Feel yourself releasing that now.

Allow yourself to see that every encounter and every connection is so perfect.

It's a divine orchestration and the gift that I get from that connection,

However it may look,

Is a gift when I receive the gift of awareness.

Allow yourself to see it now without the blame,

Shame,

Judgment,

Self-persecution.

See every encounter,

No matter what it looked like,

As worthy,

What was necessary.

But we only get the worthiness and the value of it if we see the value of it.

What was the value?

What was the meaning?

What was the significance of this?

Let yourself see the significance of every connection and then listen to your heart again.

What did your heart tell you in every situation?

It always brought you home.

It said,

Yes,

I love this or no,

This is not for me.

It's helped us to choose.

See yourself as this being that can choose as the gracious gift of awareness and then give that to you as the gift.

Value that,

Releasing all the attachments of hardship upon self.

Only when we do that,

If we do not attach that hardship to self,

Then we cannot carry that cord of hardship between us and the other.

Imagine these as energetic synaptic cords and all the attachments that felt like disconnects or static,

Just see them withering away.

They no longer have to show and reveal themselves to us because I got the message,

I understood.

They don't have to be present in my life anymore because I see and I understand.

I release them,

I release me,

I set us free.

Let this beautiful body experience what it is to be free now.

How wonderful it is to be free.

Feel this beautiful energy.

I am free.

Your body is so restful and so relaxed.

There is such utter freedom in that.

Think deeply into that awareness,

I am free.

I free me.

And every connection that I had to another,

I set it free.

I hold no distortions,

No hate,

Shame or blame.

I hold no guilt or revenge,

Fear or anger.

I send such immense love to everyone who has participated in my life in whatever way.

Thank you.

Thank you for your energy connection.

Thank you that I understand the nuances now.

Rest your body into this.

The body takes care of itself,

It just breathes and relaxes.

There is nothing to do,

Nothing to pursue.

We open up that beautiful reverberation into the sacral.

We bring this immense comfort into the lower part of this body that has been clinging onto the idea that we must just survive.

And we see this body is so courageous and so brilliant,

So ingenious.

And we think how we have survived and felt and endured and experienced.

And a message of such deep gratitude to your being for its courage,

For its fortitude,

For its blind spots that helped you to go deeply into that experience and for your wisdom that brought you out the other side.

And remember the heart,

Remember me.

It took us in and through every single woven thread.

And here I rest now in this beautiful body feeling absolute peace with me and with all life and with all beings.

I radiate this energy out through all time,

Through all fields of dimensions,

Timelines,

In the quantum field.

I radiate this energy out.

I see this energy of the light that I'm sending forth as a healing balm that I'm receiving directly from the highest light,

Inflowing through the top of the crown,

Radiating right through my body now towards all those who have shared this life in all journeys,

All those who have been with me through all time.

Just breathe,

Nothing else to do,

No maintenance.

I drop all the games,

Performances.

I drop all the connections that no longer serve me.

I drop them with love and gratitude.

I release them to light.

I rest deeply and appreciatively into my mind,

Body,

Being.

Feel as if you are floating upon that sea of consciousness,

That beautiful energy of light.

Feel yourself being held here,

Loved and supported in this beautiful chrysalis that is becoming more and more translucent.

And the form that I was begins to transform significantly now.

We allow ourselves to rest in this moment until we are ready to emerge,

Until the urge to emerge comes through our being and helps us to come into that wide,

Open,

Clear,

Beautiful space.

I thank this beautiful chrysalis of light that has been holding me and shielding me and drawing towards me only that which was for this life experience.

I thank this life experience for offering me situations and awarenesses that link back to ancient pathways where deep and profound healing in the ancestral line could be released,

Letting go of all that pain.

Thank your body for its continued consciousness in this realm,

In its form and beyond its form.

Think about the consciousness that you seek.

It's on time.

We are so on time.

We are awakening at the perfect time.

I stand in my absolute truth.

I stand in the integrity of who I am,

A divine being of light and love and a gracious human being.

Feel the strength of your being.

Feel the earth that is aware of you and holding you.

You are being bathed in that consciousness.

Just feeling the presence now of your beautiful body and your being.

Allow yourself to come back slowly,

Gently into this time and this space.

Taking the deep breaths into your body and opening up with a deep ah.

We come on back gently,

Sending love to our own being and to all those who share this life.

Seeing this energy that you are holding now that is so clear and in alignment.

Imagine that it can be a gift of a light beam that you radiate to others.

We just release it from this being knowing that we are receiving an endless source of this light and love.

And it's easy to harness it,

Bring it in and then radiate it outward to very many.
