In this Guided Connection, the soft tones of Tone Therapy resonate deep into our cellular being as we reconnect to the wisdom of our ancestors. All the data, the content accumulated over generations, all seem to converge at this point, urging us to confront the reality that perhaps, it is time for a radical change. The status quo, the life we have been living, may not resonate with our deepest desire. Let us reflect on our life journey.

Breathe into this being. Long, Slow in-breath and long, Slow, Soft out-breath. We celebrate that we're here in this moment. We imagine that this is the time we open a door, The whole new space that we want to come into. In order for this being to move into a brand new space, We really want to reconsider, Reset, Realign into something different. We absolutely cannot take into the new space anything that we have been playing in, Creating, Assimilating into, We just cannot. It is all contaminated. That's a really big reach for us as a human species because we think if we drop everything, Who am I, What am I, How will I be? It awakens so much fear, Terror, Anxiety. So let's just place ourself right here in the space between my beautiful, That we know all the stuff and the clutter, The life, The journey, Everything that we've been doing that our ancestors have been playing in for all time. Everything we know about existence has been played out, Revealed itself to us and those who've gone before. There is nothing new. We are standing here with all that content and data and we're just saying, Mm, It's just not okay anymore. It's not what we would wish or seek or long for, Desire doesn't resonate as truth. We don't want it, But yet we're locked into it because it is a system. See yourself if you can now a couple of steps out of the system. See your person who is the busy doing, Pursuing in this life, In this way, The way you show up. See that and acknowledge that beautiful human presence. But also see the part of you that witnesses you, That can stand outside of you and notice yourself in your interactions, Your dreams, Your wishes, Your desires. Notice yourself. When we get into that perspective, We're gonna ask our being that we can be here now, That this could be the place we hold ourself. For this little while that we are together, We stay here as much as we can. Every time you feel you're being pulled back into your story, Thank your story, Thank your life and all those who are part of it. Then step out again and observe it. Feel like you can do that now. As you ask your body to relax into this moment where you can be present with your own presence. Smooth the skin on your beautiful face. Relax your jaw. Soften your tummy, Drop your shoulders. Breathe into your body and ask for balance. Check your balance on the left and the right. If you need to adjust and center, Do it. Let your legs feel heavy all the way down to your ankles, To your toes. Your arms feel heavy all the way from your shoulders right to the tips of your fingers. For a little while, Just rest in the space. Feel held, My lovely. It's a safe place, A sanctuary of light and love. You are deeply honored, Respected and loved in this space. We feel that we can bring ourselves into these sanctuaries and trust our breath to move in and through us in the perfect way. We soften our being to receive the breath of life and then release it easily, Calmly. No performance, No doing, Nothing to do to maintain you right now. Send immense love to your heart, This beautiful heart. For as long as you are to be in this life, This heart is going to be with you. Not just the beating of the heart, But all the longing of the heart. Everything that we thought was just hopefulness and wishfulness, A yearning. Feel your heart in a different way now. Your heart, Everything that you wish for, Long for, These are the codes awakening in our hearts. Through the heart, There is an awakening. We have been taught to suppress all our feelings of wishfulness, Hopefulness. We've been told that we've got to suffer to be beautiful, That life's not easy. We have been taught through eons of time that suffering in some way, And survival at the fittest is noble. It's not. We have been played so abysmally. Imagine that you could be in this space now and recognize that, That there has been a coding, A system that has held you within it. But nothing can cage in the heart. Nothing can stop the codes from awakening. When our higher self decides it's time, It is time. So stand in this place of witness to your being. Know thyself in all the ways of your human self and your light being. Be aware of your heart and your longing. We place it in that place of openness and possibility. If we look at it from the lens of our human self, It feels like it's a sadness, A depression, A despair, A hopelessness, Helplessness. How is it ever going to be? There are not enough faculties of awareness in the human system anymore. It was enough for one thing, And that was to survive. The human system cannot take us into the mixed space. Only the heart, The awakening of the codes, And our ability to step into that and witness ourselves in a place that we've never seen ourselves before. Stand here now. This is the place and the space between. We have never been here before. We have only been playing in the game of survival since the beginning of time. See this beautiful human species as brave, Courageous, Wonderful, Inventive, Curious, Innovative. We've done so much to get ourselves to this point. We've just lacked the capacity to have the finesse within it, The fine thinking, The refined thoughts. We've grabbed and clamored, Fought and challenged so that we could get here. It's been a fight for survival. Drop it. Soften your whole being. Sending a signal to mind and body that I'm not playing in that ever again. I'm not hooking into it, And it's not hooking into me. I can see it perfectly when I stand still. And I can understand it through this heart that is awakening me. When we stand as witness, We are witnessing ourselves in the dawning of our awareness. Feel like you can do that right now, My treasure. Breathe into your body and be here. Into the space, So much grace and openness. We welcome our guides, Angels, Divine presence, And the highest vibration of light and love that we can hold at this time. Come now, Be here, Be with me. Support, Guide, Encourage, Open the doorways, The pathways that I'm walking through. Open the doorways, The pathways that I am to go. Help me to feel completely confident and assured in no structure, No story. Open space, Blank canvas. Help me to stand here with grace and simply allow and trust. Nice. You can visualize a place upon this earth that you have known where you feel most connected to the earth, To life, To all. Place yourself there now, In your mind's eye. See the energy field around you, Pristine and clear, As if you were in an orb of energy. Just beautiful. Relax deeply here now. For as long as you can hold this, Hold it. Every time you move out, Observe yourself where you are and then move back. The more we do this, The more we train our being to default to a new system. Feel delighted when you move out of your higher self into your human self, Because then you have the ability to pull yourself back into a different place. You are training that muscle. We don't shame and blame or condemn ourselves for being in the human clutter. We thank our being for being so adaptive so adaptable, Versatile, So creative for always knowing its truth. Knowing how to bring yourself back is the courage that we hold, That we have harnessed through all time, For all lines, Through all our ancestral and karmic journeys. We have displayed and taught ourselves to be incredibly courageous, Strong, Powerful, Amazing. We know how to do that. Now we've got to fine tune it, Refine it, And use that energy to help us to stay in the space between. Beautiful you. Just rest here. Relax. We open our divine heart. Ask now that while we stand in this place right here between feeling the potential of life to come and knowing what it is that we've moved from and through. We connect this to our heart. We send a message to this heart, This mind, Body, And being, To your light being that you're on time, That you are the perfect and the most really qualified being to be here at this time. What you know and what you've been carrying from your ancestral line, You are the one who can bring immense release to a code that is knocking out our energy. Think about your feet and the way you walk upon this earth. See yourself being held and supported with every step that you take. Then see all the steps that have been taken through time where people have encountered stories, Hardship, And struggle. We ask now that we can release all those codes that are associated with the endeavors just to survive. All the feelings that left this beautiful line feeling unworthy or worthless, Ashamed or shameful. We ask that we can release all those codes that have been pulling us down that have been pulling us down into that low frequency of shame. It's the lowest we can go as a frequency. Understanding that life and all beings have been doing the very best they can. Sometimes the best that they could do was probably the worst that we would think it is. But at the time, It was all that was available. Ask your being to bring in a deep sense of kindness, A deep sense of compassion for your own suffering in this, For any sense of not being worthy or feeling ashamed, Feeling a little shock or insecure. Thank this little being for always trying to find ways to feel strong, To be proud of yourself and proud of others. We ask that we can find a way through all the very stuck, Heavy energy that we could be the one that stands here in the witnessing of ourselves in the line, That we can release this very, Very strong, In the line, That we can release this very, Very stuck, Heavy energy system. We just start the energy opening. And as it begins to open, Let's imagine that all the content, All the stories, Everything that has been known, Felt and perceived in this part of our being, Whatever we have understood through time, Whatever has been locked into our awareness as a caution, A precaution, Ask that you could just stand here in the witness of yourself, See your human self in the story of life, And see that from your witness that stands outside of it. In the space between the two places, There is a lot of longing and yearning in the heart. Imagine that your heart as the witness, The higher self, Can pick up those signals. Whatever they look like, Imagine that you could welcome them into your higher self, Like a child would run into a mommy's arms and feel the love there, The comfort and the kindness, The forgiveness. Imagine that we could take all the stories and all the stories and all the stories and all the stories and all the stories and all the stories that cause shame and hardship, Shock in the systems, All the hardships of treachery, That we could bring them into this heart of the witness, The divine heart. We could open our arms and receive it and feel compassion and kindness. Let your human self and your witness know so deeply the energy of forgiveness. Even that word, It's out of time because there is nothing to forgive. There is an awareness that we need to come to to understand that everything that we've been participating in is so that we could know. When we know, We can make different choices. We cannot make intelligent, Informed choices if we don't know. See the human story and all the struggle of life See the human story and all the struggles from the perspective of that, Understanding so deeply what it has been about. The moment we get it, We can stand in this place without shame and blame, Without a story, Without guilt, Hate, Anger, Fear, Without resentment. We can just stand here and know that it has been what it needed to be. No regrets. Stand here, No regrets. You couldn't know if you were not willing to play in it. Your higher self knew the answer, But allowed your human self to go into it because we needed to know it from a human perspective. Because we are the humans here, Standing in the place of transformation, We are holding a form to transform. We are the ones that must make that switch through our choice. We cannot choose something else if we have a little regret or shame or blame in it. It's impossible for us to take the next clean step when we have got residue and debris. Stand in your awareness in that beautiful space and find that energy of the gracious, Loving, Goddess, Healer, Divine, Powerful being. I see. I understand. With the compassion that is so immense, I open the heart of all the light and love that is. I radiate it into all the paths and spaces and places where pain, Hell, Locked away, And dark areas, Secrets, Hidden. I radiate this unconditional loving regard, Forgiveness, Kindness, Compassion. There is nothing that can escape this light. Every dark little shadowy place receives this light. Everything receives the light. Even the darkness has a sigh of relief from being able to let go of all the pockets of pain, All the regrets and hate and shame and blame, All the guilt. We breathe this energy of pure cleanness into the night, Into the darkness. But the darkness now is seen as a soothing, Comforting, Restful place where we can truly rest in it without worrying about the gremlins leaping out of boxes, Frightening and terrifying us, Torturing us in our imagination. I release all nightmares, Dreams, All horrors, All traumas. Through all time I release this now as more and more light shines into the story of life. I see the darkness as a deep, Comforting, Restoring, Restful space and I rest here. With all my heart, With all my soul, I radiate love to those who went before. May all beings and all life, All stories be soothed, Cleared, Forgiven and released but never forgotten. We must never make this mistake again. We are to remember what it's like to go so far away from truth. We have gone so far away from it which means that where that same distance is available for us to go in the opposite direction not just to open a small door nearby but we have a vast expanse of time and space and knowing that we can bring in the exact counter-connecting energy the one that is 180 degrees away from that point of pain. We bring that in a deep healing balm of light, Love and grace. With all my heart and all my soul I hold the space now. All the sound of the lowest sea in this mind, In this body and we sound this energy to celebrate every cell, Bone, Tissue and fibre of this human field and we feel this energy and we feel this energy and we feel this energy in this human field all our energy systems, Mind and the body we send love for the way we've been able to interpret this life because we have this beautiful form. Then we tune into the high sea and we imagine that this is the song of our soul that has always been playing guiding us along as we do the human journey connected to all that is a higher vibration that fills us with love and kindness a willingness to continue anticipation for the future because we know there is something else we come from something else and that lovely energy fills us up in the most amazing way. We play from our light being feeling at one and connected then back into the human story feeling disconnected and alone irritated and lost, Angry and fearful so we play as a human we play as our being of light we play this game back and forth moments of finding ourselves and moments of disappointing ourselves and we imagine that we are so tired of that game now the dualities that have given us awakening two rivers of consciousness now join them merge them into one no longer going back and forth that we are one we hold our higher self with the highest regard in our own human self for as long as we are to hold this form we remember who we are divine beings of light and love here on a mission here willing to complete it fulfill our divine and sacred agreement feel that centering now as you join the two streams of awareness into one space, Drop it into your heart as we hold that connection we ask now that we can begin to create from this new space of being holding the highest vibration of light and love that we can at any time in every moment of our awareness hold the codes and we ask that they start to awaken rapidly we ask that our human self can assimilate these with greater ease as we become more expert in opening and connecting and activating higher energy codes they are already in us, We don't have to do anything special just to be present and witness have the deepest willingness for something to change for the highest good of all life we open our heart to that we send love to our human self to all beings that are playing the human game with us we thank our guides, Angels and divine presence for being so gentle with us giving us this incredible opportunity it's the first time that we are going to witness ourselves in our transformation we are so grateful to be here for that take a deep breath in to this beautiful being long slow out breath open the flow of oxytocin with a deep ahhh deep breath in ahhh so grateful, Deep breath in ahhh, So grateful, Deep breath in ahhh, Lovely flow gently bring your awareness back to this time, This space, The day the temperature, The season, The year, Hear your name allow yourself to become more fully present with every breath from this gentle space we send unconditional radiant loving light to every family member, All our friends, Our communities to the earth, To the air, The water, The plants, The trees, To all creatures to all life this beautiful earth we send our love we send our love

This is addressing some heavy things that we carry, thank you for bringing us to a place where we can stand in a space that is safe and whole and away from all of the traumas. I found the end music distracting, brought me back sooner than I wanted, but other than that it was great, thank you dear one💜for sharing your compassion and wisdom 🙏🏼
