There we are.
Just feel that coming into the very center of you now,
My angel.
Imagine that that sound could be like a beautiful pebble that we toss into a clear pond.
And we toss it in with great intention that we are here and we are marking a space.
And then we watch what happens on the surface of that clear pond.
Beautiful ripples begin to open and widen and widen and widen.
And we notice that when we place a thought into consciousness,
That it creates a ripple.
We are not doing anything to make the ripples happen.
We are just being aware of ourself,
What it is that we are holding as an energy.
And we are placing our energy gift into this world.
And the ripples that come from that will create upon themselves.
And there is absolutely nothing we have to do to make that happen.
We think how awesome this life is.
This flow and this absolute certainty,
Season to season,
Ebb and flow,
Wax and wan.
This amazing life,
This journey that has a beginning,
Some stuff in the middle and an ending.
And we feel this absolute delight that this is a journey.
And we have this amazing form that is giving us the gift to connect to this journey,
To feel who we are,
To integrate,
To perceive,
To sense,
To connect and to collide.
And while we are doing this life journey and we are feeling our own life being and sensing the life forms and beings of all those around us,
We are helping to inform each other's forms.
We are teaching each other,
We are guiding each other and we are giving each other experiences to learn,
To understand.
If we were doing this journey all on our own,
We would have no way of growing as we are growing now.
It's because of all those around us and those who are shaking us up to have a different opinion or to see something different or to choose or to keep choosing something that we believe is truth.
Feel the challenge of life around you and the challenge of your life and know that you are here still in this beautiful mind and this body and this being.
Nothing is taking you out of this life.
You are still here.
And if we are still here against great odds,
We know that we are here because we are meant to still be here.
And we feel a deep comfort in that.
As if you are being held,
Imagine now in this moment that you fall back into the wings of angels.
Imagine how wonderful that would be to release all the holding,
The doing and the pursuing,
All the performing and you just fall back into the wings of angels.
And notice when you feel that energy,
That gravity is holding you so perfectly.
You don't have to hold on to yourself at all.
Gravity is holding you.
Test it.
Drop your body weight and all the burdens that you've been carrying into the space.
And allow yourself to be very restful,
Quiet,
Gentle.
And become aware of your breath coming in and through you.
This beautiful breath of life.
And for a little while we can breathe more consciously,
Drawing streams of this life force prana into our being.
We can become aware how the tummy and the chest opens up to receive it.
And then we can become aware of releasing the breath and how the tummy and the chest drop down and squeeze a little bit to release the air.
All this is happening for you.
We can think about it but we are not making it work.
It works for us.
And we will breathe until we need to breathe and then when we are asked to take the last breath in this form,
The breath continues into our light being.
When we are breathing the breath of life that is all around us,
That is our breath.
We are breathing into all that is and that never stops,
It never ceases.
The body shows us what it feels like while we are in a body.
But it is a gracious gift to feel this beautiful ebb and flow of life.
And then become aware of your gracious heart,
Your divine heart.
Remember how your heart has always felt.
This deep love,
This unconditional love.
Remember how you have been seeking that your whole life,
This kindness and compassion.
And that to you is absolute truth.
And then become aware of your mortal heart beating for you.
There is nothing you have to do to make it work.
It is going to do it until it need not do it anymore.
This beautiful heart gives us the opportunity in a form to generate energy.
The heart beats for us.
It brings flow,
It brings life force in but more than that the heart generates energy.
And imagine what we would generate into the energy field around us if we would truly understand that.
Imagine what we would say to our mind and what pictures we would send to our heart if we knew that that electromagnetic field,
The mind heart field connects,
Listens and creates.
Just play with it right now.
Bring to mind something that your heart absolutely desires and then drop it into your heart.
Mind,
Heart,
Electromagnetic.
And feel the love in that idea.
Feel the expansion in that idea.
In the imagining,
We are awakening our imaginal cells and we are creating.
With the divine heart opening up this electromagnetic field,
It begins to create around us.
We are co-creators.
See yourself co-creating now radiating out what it is that you so wish and so desire.
What we know will be expansive and wonderful for all life and life to come.
What it is that we would bring to the memories and the journeys and the imprints of those who have gone before us.
Feel in this moment the connection to all those who have gone before.
In this line I send immense love,
Kindness,
Forgiveness.
I release all doubt,
Shame,
Blame,
Judgment and guilt.
I thank them for their life and their journey and their pursuing and doing.
I release all hardship around those energy signals that they left behind warning us how to survive.
I send love to those signals as I send love to them.
I claim a new signal,
Not the energy of survival but the energy of thriving.
They encoded a message for us to carry to this point of our human experience,
How to just survive.
Survival energy has immense suffering in it.
And imagine that you could be the one in your line,
The one whose heart is beating with the divine heart,
Whose breath is breathing with the divine breath.
That you could imagine into the space this light,
This immense light that you know,
This kindness and compassion,
Collaboration and sweetness,
This unconditional love,
This thriving abundant potential energy.
Feel it awakening in your heart and imagine that you are the one who marks a point on a timeline of all your existence,
Of all those who've gone before and those to come.
And you plant a seed here,
A new energy code.
We are the ones who thrive.
We are the ones who move forward.
We are the ones who recode,
Rethink,
Reprogram,
Reconstruct,
And crystallize.
And imagine planting a seed,
A note,
And embedding it deep down into the earth.
Imagine that that is the code that you toss into the still pond.
And imagine that the still pond is the body of all life,
The body of consciousness.
And you toss in that little seed of thought and it becomes because that's how it works.
And while we rest,
We imagine what it is that we can imagine.
We can imagine all of this because we have known the exact opposite,
The contrast.
When we know it,
Our heart calls for something else.
Let your heart be calling.
Let your heart be signaling.
And let all the imaginal cells of your imagination awaken within the forms of all beings to transform.
What a gift that would be.
To bring ourselves to transformation.
We are here at a pivotal time in our life journey in all existence.
And the ones who are still here holding a code at their heart are here to hold it and then to bring it in as an energy.
Just breathe.
Relax.
There is nothing to do.
All our doing,
All our connecting and colliding has brought us to this point and it is a point of awareness.
The whole purpose of this journey is to bring us here.
And we think about all our performing,
Pursuing and doing.
Every single thing that we have done has brought us to this point of awareness.
And we can stand here so clearly,
So clearly.
We can stand so absolutely still.
I don't have to prove myself.
I don't need conditions or validations.
I'm a holder of energy in a form to transform.
I am the holder of this divine awakening energy at my heart.
It has been guiding me to this point in my entire existence.
I came in fully encoded for the magnificence of this life journey.
I stand in a unique space and place upon this world and there is absolutely no one who can stand in my shoes and know what I know and what I have experienced.
I am a one time unique sovereign being.
I hold all the awareness of all lives before me and I stand right here at a pivotal time in our human journey to transform,
To choose again.
And the code of your heart must awaken in all hearts.
And the only way for it to awaken is to drop that seed of thought into the collective field,
Into the body of water,
Into consciousness of humankind.
And imagine how quiet we could be standing upon the banks of that beautiful pond,
Seeing the reflections of everything around us in the surface.
It's a deep,
Quiet,
Gentle space where we bend down and pick up a beautiful stone.
We hold it in the palms of our hands and we hold it at our heart and we send a message into it.
We plant a seed within it,
A seed of thought,
A seed of energy and then we just toss it into the pond.
And everything takes care of itself from that point.
But we get to witness this transformation.
We get to watch it happening for the first time in human civilization.
What a wonderful gift that can only awaken if I allow myself to become fully awakened to who I am,
A divine being of light and love.
