Beautiful.

Feel like that connection with the bell,

And we drop right into the center.

Thank this beautiful being for being present in your life,

That the part of you that is your being,

Your light,

Your essence is constantly here holding us and guiding this beautiful mortal form through this life journey.

We are receiving nudges,

Voices and guidance all the time from that part of us that is divinely connected to the divine.

And this beautiful human being so often feels disconnected from that.

And it's not so much a disconnect,

But it's a little space away from that high vibration light so that we can have the experience from a human perspective so that we can connect into our human line,

Our ancestral line.

So thank you beautiful body now for being willing to feel the pain of this life experience,

To feel the heartache and the suffering and the longing and the yearning for this human being being willing to feel the joy and the light and the happiness and the wellness,

The flow and the silliness.

Think about how much we have felt and known and experienced through this human field.

And honor your body and your mind for helping you to engage in all of this and see your body and your mind,

This beautiful mind,

Body being as a resource that is able to collaborate with your higher self,

That part of you that is pure light and pure love.

And feel the guidance from your higher self and from the divine that is always present,

That is working with you,

That is allowing you to step into the experiences that are awakening you so that you can remember what it is that you came in to be part of.

And the greatest gift that we can give us in this life is to remember who we are,

That we are divine beings of light and love first.

And then we are this beautiful human being in all the ways that we show up in the world in our own unique blend of self.

But first we are a divine light being.

And as you breathe in now connect into the idea of yourself as your light being and open the space above your crown.

Imagine that this is a space that you can open up and feel like you are allowing the access of the highest vibration of light and love to bathe upon you,

To pour into you,

To refresh,

Cleanse and clear your system.

Feel this deep nourishing light bathing through your whole being and open up the space of your third eye and imagine that it bathes over your sensing and perceiving,

Bathes down now to your throat and you open your throat to receive like sipping water.

You bring this beautiful light energy down through the throat,

Into the chest and into the heart.

And as it touches the heart,

We remember,

We remember who we are.

We are these divine beings of light and love that we are connected to the very breath of the divine and that we are here on a mission,

A sacred agreement.

And this beautiful heart of ours has been seeking something its whole life.

The heart has never forgotten.

This heart of yours has been seeking so dearly.

And once we connect our divine light essence into our heart and into the deepest memories,

Once we reconnect and once we remember,

We are truly bathed in the highest vibration to bring the deepest healing into this being.

And because you are here still in form upon this earth,

And because genetically and energetically you are linked to your line,

You hold essence of your entire line backwards and forwards.

You are a miracle right here in this moment.

Energetically and genetically,

You are linked to all the beings that are to follow and all those who were.

How incredible is that?

There is a position that you are holding that there is not one other person upon this planet that can hold the space.

How remarkable is that?

And so here you stand in this moment in time with your heart open and the divine light pouring into you.

And we become very aware that the moment we are holding is the most sacred moment of all time.

That with the light and the love and the guidance,

You are being asked to remember that you are a healer.

And you know you are because you feel so deeply in this beautiful heart of yours.

And that which you have been seeking outside of you is right here in you.

You are more complete and more beautiful and amazing than you have ever imagined.

You hold the key and you hold the codes and you hold every memory.

With this light pouring into you,

See yourself holding all of this,

Holding it in your being,

Holding it in your imagination,

Holding it in your heart.

And the divine light that is pouring in now begins to bathe and heal all the places of wounds and disconnect hardship and suffering,

Despair and longing.

All these energies of lack of being fulfilled.

Terrible desperation of life being too short,

Over too fast,

I didn't do what I said I would.

The sense of incompletion,

This urging the sense of urgency that the family has been holding this awareness that life is shortened,

There's something to do but what is it I can't remember,

Be the one that remembers,

Be willing to remember completely.

And be willing to hold all the ancient ones in your land with so much love and compassion.

The deepest gratitude for every step that they took along this journey.

And so much love to them for all their pain and suffering,

Hardship and struggle.

So much love to them for their courage,

Their determination and even their stubbornness.

And for the ways that they had to find ingenious ways to just survive in terrible hardship in terrible times.

And thank them for the choices that they made because I am here because of that.

See yourself being the one who is here because of all those choices.

And with this gracious heart,

Pour love to them and gratitude for every choice they ever made.

For every choice they ever made.

Send this enormous love to them.

Thank them.

So much love,

So deeply grateful to you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry for your pain and I'm sorry for your suffering.

I'm sorry for your hardship.

And everything is forgiven.

I release from me and my line all the energies of guilt,

Shame and blame.

And I release all ancient vows,

Oaths,

Curses and promises,

Memberships and associations into groups where collaboration was required so that we could survive.

And I free myself as a sovereign being of light and love.

Now,

I step right outside all memberships and associations or claims upon our being.

I see myself as a strong divine light being sovereign,

Unique,

Glorious,

Light-filled.

And I beam that light all the way back with love,

Forgiveness,

Kindness and compassion.

May all wounds be healed in my line.

You're doing so beautifully.

May all wounds be healed through all time.

May all wounds be healed now through all time.

And we open this up now into the quantum field and see it in the timeless space,

Space of an eternal light.

And place yourself so beautifully within that.

And ask your being now from deep within,

How am I?

How am I?

How am I,

This beautiful one that is willing to feel so much so that I can heal it so deeply?

Thank your beautiful heart for helping you with this,

For loving you,

Guiding you and connecting to you.

Take a deep breath.

Thank your being.

And see yourself now radiating the light that is being held here at your solar plexus as an open space.

As if you are holding a flashlight light right here at the solar plexus.

And let your beaming light forward into your line.

The blessing passed forward is that the pain that you have known and held up to this point,

That you are the healer of it.

And those who are still to come,

Your beautiful family,

They now step into the vibrational field without this pain holding them back.

This is the gift,

The legacy gift.

This is the greatest gift we can give in this life journey.

And if our lives were only for this purpose,

It would be the greatest purpose because we are changing the energy frequency of this human species.

And this is the way to do it.

It's the only way to do it,

Is to heal all the way back through time and forwards in this no time of the quantum field.

And the only way to heal it is to feel it and to know it and to connect directly into that.

And thank your beautiful being for being willing to be in those places of despair,

Hardship and pain.

Now let the light coming in through your crown,

Bathe and heal all your wounds.

Breathe it in standing in a shower of light.

Pour it in and open your heart and see your energy opening up radiant light.

See your radiant light opening opening creating a beautiful part you've got it beautiful part of beautiful chrysalis around you the energy is very high here.
