We're going to take a moment and I'm going to ask you to really get comfortable and actually take a minute and let your body feel really grounded.
And even take your hands and pull the fleshy part of your seat out to the side so that your sit bones can be more stable.
Just shift around,
Move your shoulders,
Move your neck,
And put your hands on your heart.
Go within,
Find your space of grace.
Take a deep breath in of pure peace,
Hold it at the top,
And now let that out,
Blowing out peace all over the world,
Sharing that vibration far and wide.
And another deep breath in,
Total gratitude,
And we'll just breathe in and out in gratitude for a few minutes.
And as we breathe in and out,
We're establishing heart-brain coherence,
In and out,
In,
Hold it,
And this time blow out compassion all over our beautiful world.
And now if you would,
Bring your hands to right in front of you and feel like you have an energetic version of our Earth resting in the palms of your hands,
Holding it,
Loving it,
Cherishing all the connections of all the people,
All the places,
All the things,
Every creature that breathes,
And every object that we pretend is inanimate because all of them are vibrating energy.
In this glow,
You are holding the energetic signature of our entire planet,
And everything in it represents you,
And your energetic signature,
And everything in you represents the world.
As we heal ourselves,
We heal the world,
And we can do that with just simple,
Pure intention energy,
Love,
Light,
And connection to one true source.
We create this reality.
In this space of grace,
We ask where it is safe from every human on the planet,
From every animal on the planet,
From every fish in the ocean,
From every creature,
And every quark of energy in any inanimate object,
In the air,
In the sea,
In the land.
It is our pure intention to release hopelessness.
With gratitude,
We accept this release.
And next,
We ask to release lack of control.
As we release this lack of control,
Let us hold space and remember our sovereignty.
When we experience or feel lack of control,
It is actually an illusion.
We do have control over choices,
And we do own our sovereign energy.
It is ours.
And as we improve,
And embrace,
And allow our sovereignty to be felt,
We spread that throughout the planet and on throughout the galaxies,
Across all time-space dimension.
And simply from that space,
It is very easy to release any and all low self-esteem for all those in the global heart and in this group who are ready,
Willing,
And able.
And next,
We release failure.
We are grateful for that release.
And holding each heart in pure love,
We ask to release grief all over the world,
From every heart that is hurting.
Grief is the mirror image of love.
We only grieve because we love,
And we simply gently allow that to release,
To completely and totally remove indecisiveness,
Keeping in mind that there are so many voices,
So many authorities,
So many sources of information,
That it sometimes becomes overwhelming.
And in the midst of this information overload,
We feel chaos in our subconscious mind.
And therefore,
That is exactly what we're asking to release when we release indecisiveness,
Bringing clarity and inner trust of our own intuition.
Our hearts will never misguide us.
Our hearts are 100% our most true and constant companion throughout our entire lives.
And our hearts speak through our bodies with the intuition that gives us the wisdom that is the truth for us.
So then we no longer have to look outside ourselves for the right choice for us,
For our safety,
For our groundedness,
For our sovereignty is all within.
And in this space,
We completely and totally release any vibration of unworthiness.
We are all worthy.
We are all enough.
We are all valued.
And we are all here,
Alive,
In this epic moment of transition on the history of this planet Earth,
In the history of humanity.
We are here.
We are honored.
And we accept our own gifts that we may bring to the world to help it heal with total gratitude.
And we ask guidance.
We ask that we live in synergy and alignment with our true purpose.
That everything that happens,
We feel the synergy of the universe supporting us and bringing and dropping in the miracles that help us to become more of who we are.
And finding our frequency that is our home and allows us to be that incredible creator,
Co-creator,
Collaborator,
In harmonious cooperation with all the oneness that is with divine connection and true light,
Healing,
Love,
Power,
And energy.
So it is.
And so we let it be.
And we ask with pure intention that this healing continue in each moment of now,
And now,
And now,
Across all time,
Space,
Dimension,
So that as these hearts are ready for these releases,
This healing meets that moment in now.
