So if you would just take your hands and put them on your heart,
Go within,
Close your eyes and say hello to your heart.
Take this moment to cherish your heart and to cherish everything it brings you.
First we discover being conscious and choosing,
Making choices.
And then we discover heart consciousness,
Making those choices with full guided love and wisdom that comes straight from our heart.
The power within our heart,
Within our imaginal cells,
We are always creating.
We are creating our reality now.
We do so with heart consciousness,
Shifting,
Lifting,
Loving,
Sending vibrations that just go out in waves.
We are part of the ocean of consciousness.
Just take this moment to revisit everything that we've found and release it,
Release it.
Release all that is not in alignment,
That is not in the light,
That is not in pure harmony with our true heart,
Our heart-led path,
Our heart-led wisdom,
Our conscious heart choices.
Just one more time revisiting quickly,
Bringing our power to the releases so that they continue for anyone and everyone who feels and hears this,
Either by recording or by energetic energy,
Releasing lack of control,
Knowing it is no longer true,
Embracing our sovereignty,
The truth that is in each of us,
And cherishing our connection,
And embracing our power in a heart-conscious,
Loving,
Shift-the-world kind of power of beauty and love,
Compassion and peace,
Harmony and communication.
See the world that way,
Free of depression.
Right now,
Envision it,
Let's create it with our imaginal selves,
Free of rejection,
Free from stubbornness,
Washing away all guilt,
Letting it go,
And completely recognizing that shame is not the truth and it serves no place and we release it with a breath of kindness.
And lastly,
We recognize that we have fully,
Completely released the suggestion and untruth that there is not enough,
There is enough,
There is more than enough,
There is abundance.
And what we don't have yet,
We simply create because we can,
We do,
We are co-creators with the divine.
In this beautiful space,
We are grateful for the healing,
We are grateful for the connection,
We are grateful for this divine truth that ripples through our veins and is our birthright to allow us to co-create as children of God,
As part of this beautiful universal consciousness.
So it is,
And so we let it be.
And we embrace our voice and we lift this planet in absolute adoration and cooperation.
So it is,
And so we let it be.
And for just a minute,
Let's expand from where we are and just let our beings go further and further and further and bringing with us our families,
Our communities.
And we just get bigger and bigger and we float above our countries and our continents.
On out into the universe,
Rippling above the earth,
Throughout the cosmos,
In the atmosphere of the earth and also in the atmosphere of the universe.
And we just float here,
At any last remnant of vibration that is no longer serving us.
We let the gentle breezes of the universe blow it away with a breath of kindness.
We let those vibrations go willingly and purposely,
With full purpose,
With full gratitude that we can and do.
Breathe it in.
And now as we come back to where we are,
With deep breath of peace,
Blowing that out,
Peace.
Deep breath of compassion,
Sharing out compassion.
Deep breath of balance,
Sharing compassion and balance all around and throughout all of the spaces we've been in today.
And lastly,
A deep breath in of pure love,
Put your hands back on your heart.
Feel the love at the top.
And now blow that love out all over yourself.
