Today's theme is acceptance.
Let's become comfortable here now adjusting the posture as needed to experience this relaxing meditation.
Take a moment now to just settle and relax.
Close the eyes.
Acceptance doesn't mean liking,
Wanting,
Choosing or supporting.
Acceptance is an active process.
It must be practiced.
Acceptance doesn't mean that you can't work on changing things.
Acceptance doesn't mean you're accepting it's going to be that way forever.
We can practice acceptance toward our experience,
People,
Appearance,
Emotions,
Ideas and more.
Empowerment,
Freedom and happiness occurs when there is self-acceptance.
Simply accepting what is rather than what if moves you from feeling happy to actually being happy and more peaceful.
Bring acceptance into your meditation today.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Without forcing or judging,
Just observing the inhale and the exhale.
Take three deep breaths in and out,
Allowing yourself to relax more and more on each exhale.
Return your breathing to its natural rhythm,
Allowing yourself to naturally relax easily and effortlessly.
Bring yourself into the present moment.
Accepting this moment,
Allowing the past to be the past,
The future to be the future.
Know you are safe in this moment right now.
Accept this moment right here,
Right now.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head and allow relaxation to cascade down your face.
Allow your eyes to become heavy.
Relax your cheeks and your jaw.
Allow your tongue to find its place resting on the roof of the mouth.
Drop the shoulders and allow them to fall away from your neck.
Relax the arms and hands.
Return your focus to the breath and notice the rise and fall of the chest with each inhale and exhale.
If any thoughts or feelings arise,
Just return your attention to your breath,
Accepting this moment.
Allow for relaxation in the belly and the hips as you melt into the surface below,
Feeling fully supported.
Relaxation now flows down through the legs all the way to the feet.
Feeling relaxed now as if you're wrapped in a warm blanket of relaxation.
Continue to focus on the breath in this deep state of relaxation as you now relax into the breath and the intention of acceptance.
Acceptance of yourself,
This moment and anything else that comes to mind.
Just accept.
Feel into this acceptance with the relaxing,
Loving energy of your breath as you breathe into the heart space.
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
Relaxation now flows down through the legs all the way to the feet.
Feel relaxed now as if you're wrapped in a warm blanket of relaxation.

Begin to bring yourself back into the room moving your fingers and toes and take with you today the feelings of acceptance and when you're ready,
