Transcript

Find a comfortable place such as recliner or sofa to relax in and unwind for the next 30 to 45 minutes.

Making sure you will not be disturbed during that time.

Get into the most relaxing position and just allow your eyes to close naturally,

Easily and effortlessly by taking a couple of deep cleansing breaths.

With every breath you take in,

You're taking in positive energy into your body and mind.

And with every breath you exhale,

You're relaxing,

Releasing and letting go of any of the toxins,

Worries,

Illusions or discomfort.

Now bring your attention and focus on the sound of my voice,

On the sound of the music in the background and allow all the other sounds to help you drift into a deeper state of relaxation and calmness,

Peace and serenity.

If your conscious mind wanders,

It is perfectly alright.

For in a moment we will quiet down the monkey mind of the chatter of the conscious mind and easily and effortlessly help you drift into a deeper state.

And with another deep breath in,

Just finding your relaxation,

Your comfort.

Focusing on the body now,

Focusing on the mind now and beginning to gently release any and all chatter from the mind.

Visualizing and imagining a shelf to your right and onto that shelf,

You begin to release,

Relax and let go any and all tensions,

The thoughts,

The emotions,

The feelings that no longer serve you.

Just allowing one by one,

All those thoughts,

The negative thoughts,

The chatter,

Like journals,

Like pages,

Like books,

To be released onto the shelf to your right.

And you feel and you see the energy of those negatives floating onto that shelf one by one.

And with each one that you release and you let go,

You send it off with an affirmation.

As I release this negative in return,

I ask for love,

For peace,

For comfort.

And each one that you release,

You drift deeper and deeper.

And each one that you let go,

You drift deeper and deeper.

Remembering that you are in control and you can release and let go as much as you choose to.

You can release them all or some or most.

Whatever you decide is just perfect for you.

Just allow yourself with every breath to feel that relaxation gently taking over the body and the mind.

And as the process of the releasing continues,

You find yourself bringing your attention to the body now and just visualizing and imagining this beautiful light,

Pure white light,

A combination of all colors in the universe representing pure love,

Pure clarity and peace.

And as you now magnetically feel your body or see your body through that magnetic field pulling this energy and slowly through the bottoms of your feet,

Through the toes,

Through the heels,

You feel that energy moving through easily and effortlessly.

Through every muscle,

Tissue,

Fiber,

Cell,

Bone,

Nerve and nerve ending in the feet and you begin to feel gentle vibrations now.

Or you see that energy just flowing through you.

And as the feet relax,

Release and let go,

You feel that energy moving into the ankles now just like a wave of comfort,

Of healing,

Just moving through the ankles,

Gently pouring into the calves.

From the calves slowly into the knees and into the thighs,

Just like a wave that cleanses and clears the ocean,

This wave of love and light cleanses and clears your energy.

And you feel the vibrations of the peace,

The relaxation taking over as that wave moves into the hips now and into the abdomen,

Wrapping around all the internal organs,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Even deeper,

Paying attention to the emotions in the abdominal area if anything needs to be released,

Just surrendering it to that light now.

It is that easy.

And as you surrender all illusions to the light and allow that wave of energy to cleanse and clear you inside out,

From the lower back one vertebra at a time,

You move to the upper back and through the chest as that light fills the heart and the chest area.

If there's any tension there,

Surrendering that to the light and just watching your body slowly,

Easily and effortlessly going into a deeper state of peace and relaxation with every breath.

And from the shoulders now,

The light travels down the arms,

The elbows and out from the fingertips as that even releases and lets you go even deeper and out from the fingertips and the palms of the hands,

Realizing that the bottoms of the feet and the palms of the hands are the best areas to release energy and to receive in return.

So as you release the old,

The negatives from those channels.

In return you receive the love,

The light,

The peace,

The relaxation.

And from the neck area you feel that energy pouring in to the brain now,

The left brain,

The right brain,

Balancing the two sides.

And just feeling that energy lifting you up.

Feeling your energy,

Your frequency,

Feeling more and more at ease and at peace.

And from the top of your head,

Like a fountain beginning to feel that flow.

Through the crown chakra,

The energy of the light pouring out and that circle and cycle of energy flow,

Freely and effortlessly moving through you and around you.

Just completely at ease,

Completely at peace.

And with another deep breath in,

Going even deeper now.

As you visualize and imagine yourself standing on top of a staircase with five steps with each step down,

You go deeper and deeper.

And with a deep breath in and out with the left foot first going down with four,

More deeply relaxed with three,

More peaceful at two.

Going deeper and deeper with one and at zero you step onto the bottom of the staircase and look around and find yourself in the most sacred space.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Use the power of your imagination to feel yourself going deeper into that space.

Bringing the power of your imagination that child likes of.

Where is that perfect space in place for you?

Notice the colors around you,

Notice the beautiful energy of the peace surrounding you.

Notice the love that fills and overflows the space.

The soul sounds,

Bringing you deeper peace,

Deeper comfort,

Deeper relaxation.

And you explore the space.

Is it outdoors?

What colors,

What energies do you feel the breeze if it's indoors?

What do the walls look like and feel like?

Wherever this sacred space is for you is just perfect.

And begin to explore this space and find the most comfortable spot to sit or lie down and relax.

Is it in the grass?

Is it close to water?

Is it on a soft,

Beautiful,

Warm carpet or rug?

Wherever you find yourself is just perfect.

And as you settle down and unwind you find your body completely at ease,

At peace.

And you begin to gently move through your body,

Mentally,

Emotionally and spiritually and notice what you're feeling in each part.

What you're noticing,

What your body is telling you.

And each and every week as you allow yourself more and more time to feel this peace,

This comfort,

Your subconscious becomes programmed helping your mind and body work together as a team,

Maintaining your blood pressure at its optimal,

Balanced level.

And as you achieve this by simply closing your eyes and inhaling fully and slowly and completely,

Filling your lungs with oxygen,

Allowing your chest to rise up and expand,

You're doing wonderful,

Holding your breath for a few seconds and then on two,

Three,

Exhaling completely and practicing that deep breathing,

Counting from one,

Two,

Three,

Slowly inhaling and holding for a second or two and now exhaling it fully on the count of one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Releasing all the past tension and present tensions and stress from the day from the week.

With each breath,

The stress lowers,

The tension lowers and your body and mind goes into a deeper state of relaxation and comfort,

Peace and tranquility.

As you continue to relax in this sacred space,

Feeling all the love and the peace surrounding you,

Your arteries release and your blood begins to flow through them easily and effortlessly and with every heartbeat,

Your blood pressure stabilizes,

Going back to a normal level for your body,

Perfectly balanced level for your body.

And you remember that your body can easily achieve this peaceful,

Relaxed and tranquil state by just keeping the eyes closed and taking a couple of deep cleansing breaths or bringing more oxygen to your lungs,

Mind and heart allows you to drift into a deep,

Peaceful space within.

And with every breath,

You release an excessive constriction from the arteries and your blood pressure automatically stabilizes,

Going back to a safe,

Secure and healthy range for your body.

And as you now drift deeper and deeper and just allow your body to feel that for a moment,

Feeling the gentle breeze around as you drift even deeper now,

Feeling all your senses heightened and able to clearly hear and feel the sounds of nature and or your surroundings wherever you may be,

Smelling the sweet scents of love,

The essence of peace of your outside feeling the flowers,

Smelling them and going deeper with every gentle smell of sweetness,

Of peace,

Of comfort,

Hearing the gentle sounds in the background of beautiful vibrant colors that surround you,

For every color brings you more peace.

As you move forward on this journey of complete,

Balanced heart rate,

Blood pressure,

You find yourself becoming more and more deeply relaxed in your sacred space,

Feeling the love around you,

Feeling completely safe and secure in this space.

Now as you go deeper and deeper,

You come across this beautiful image of this body of water if you're outdoors or a beautiful mirror if you're indoors.

You walk towards it and you see the reflection of your entire body in this crystal clear water or a mirror and as you move closer to it,

Notice how it shows you the perfect image of your body healthy inside out like an x-ray vision and as you look closer and closer you can see every vein,

Every artery,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

Your internal organs,

Bones and notice how perfectly balanced and aligned each part of you is.

Focus on your chest area now and see your heart beating in your chest effortlessly just like a perfect and healthy heart does.

Notice the blood flowing through your arteries energizing your mind and body.

As you focus on your healthy heart and body now,

You easily,

Effortlessly breathe in and out continuing to open your chest and lungs and from now on you find yourself no longer experiencing shortness of breath or tightness in your chest because those illusions of false fears have now completely dissolved away.

As you feel a deeper sense of peace and comfort,

Take another deep breath in.

As you find your mind,

Your body feeling crystal clear,

Focused,

Present and you find an inner desire to begin and continue to live a positive,

Healthy and happy life.

From now on you find yourself each day dedicating to a more healthy diet.

Your decision to turn illusions from the past into positive actions becomes easy and effortless for you.

It suddenly becomes easier for you to make healthy food choices.

As every healthy food choice that you make,

You nourish your body,

Your mind and most importantly your heart and each time that you make a healthy food choice,

It's refreshing to your body as you keep your body and mind hydrated,

Nourished,

Filled with love and as you begin to give yourself permission to drink more pure,

Fresh water daily,

You allow yourself and your body to cleanse and be nourished,

Your mind be nourished and each and every day becomes better and better and your relaxed state of being helps your heart and blood vessels to respond in positive ways and your healthy food choices also begin to help your heart and blood vessels to respond in positive ways.

As you now feel the rich and healthy blood flowing through your blood vessels enhancing the well-being of your entire body,

Mind and internal organs,

You are now completely in control of your well-being.

As with each breath you are able to bring serenity and peace to every area of your physical body,

Mental body,

Spiritual body.

Your blood pressure and cardiovascular system is restored to a safe,

Healthy and balanced level.

From now on each and every pleasant and positive thought that runs through your mind brings you more health,

More balance,

More peace and tranquility.

Health and wellness is yours.

Allow it and let it flow through you.

Keep in mind that even when I count you out and you come back to your conscious and awake and aware state,

This powerful feeling and imagery of wellness and balance,

Balanced heart rate,

Balanced mind and body remains with you each and every day.

Before I bring you out let yourself go even deeper and allow these beautiful images to gently fade away bringing back the powerful feelings of well-being and balance with the body with the mind into the present.

In a moment I will count you from zero up to five with each count.

You will begin to feel more alert,

Awake with a positive sense of well-being,

Feeling surrounded by pure love and light.

With a completely normal,

Balanced blood pressure,

Heart rate,

Mind and body,

Completely balanced,

Completely peaceful.

And now with a deep breath in with zero we always go deeper and shut the gates to your subconscious mind,

Blocking you fully and completely from any and all negatives from the outside world,

Situations and people.

As the magnetic field that you are finding yourself magnetizing to yourself from this moment on more positive thoughts,

Emotions,

Feelings and experiences.

So with zero we also go deeper and we thank the self and all the love that is around us for giving ourselves permission to do this beautiful healing work.

And with one slowly and calmly coming up,

Two more physically aware and alert,

Three more mentally alert,

That fills your entire mind and body with peace and balance,

With four your eyes are slowly opening and five is always eyes open wide awake,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five your eyes are open and you are wide,

Wide awake.

Now you may choose to stay in this relaxed and peaceful state,

Allow your mind and body some time to fully come back to the present,

Into the room.
