Before we begin welcoming healing into your body,

Find a comfortable place such as a recliner or a sofa to relax in and unwind for the next 30 to 45 minutes,

Making sure you will not be disturbed during that time.

Get into the most comfortable position possible and just allow your eyes to close naturally,

Easily and effortlessly by taking a couple of deep cleansing breaths.

With every breath you take in,

You're taking in positive healing energy into your body.

With every breath you exhale,

You are releasing from the body all the toxins,

Worries,

Fears and discomfort.

Now bring your attention and focus to the sound of the music and the sound of my voice,

Remembering to focus more on the sound of my voice and allow all the other sounds to just help you drift into a deeper state of relaxation,

Calmness,

Peace and serenity.

If your conscious mind wonders,

It is perfectly alright because when your body relaxes,

Your subconscious opens its gates wide,

Allowing all the healing through.

And even between my words,

You will have the tendency to go into a deeper state of relaxation.

Visualize and imagine beautiful rainbow-colored healing energies beginning to fill your surroundings.

As they wrap you from head to toe in their beautiful energy,

Fiber and cell in your body begins to vibrate in their loving and healing energy.

These vibrations allow you to easily go into a deeper state where healing begins.

Welcome the emerald green light now.

As it begins to gently fill the bottoms of your feet with its eternal loving energy,

Feel the comfort of the healing energy in your body now.

As you bring your attention to the bottoms of your feet,

Notice what you're feeling,

Perhaps warmth,

Coolness,

Tingling sensations are not much at all,

Which is just perfect for you.

It wraps itself around every internal organ,

While the emerald green light cleanses and clears,

It energizes and heals,

Dissolving anything from the body that does not belong.

The emerald green light continues its healing path up your body and wrapping itself around your lungs and heart now.

As it wraps itself around the lungs,

Your breathing becomes easier and effortless.

Because the powerful vibrations from the emerald green light are healing your heart from any and all past negative emotions,

Imagine that once you enter this garden,

Your inner healing abilities intensify.

The minute your feet touch the vibrant green healthy grass,

A magical connection happens.

As through every pore in your body,

As you move deeper into the garden,

Notice the beautiful vibrant colors of the trees,

The plants,

The flowers,

And even animals that are there,

Butterflies flying around.

And everything you see and or touch in this garden fills your body with healing.

Now move deeper into the garden and notice an eternal waterfall that is coming down from the sky.

See how loving and welcoming this waterfall is.

Feeling safe and secure.

Look towards this waterfall and immerse your entire body under it.

Feel the water touching and covering your entire body from head to toe.

And the temperature of the water is just perfect for you.

As it covers your entire body externally and internally.

It flows through your crown chakra,

Cleansing and clearing your entire mind on a conscious,

Subconscious and super conscious levels.

And on its way down through your body,

Cleansing and clearing the entire internal body as well.

And this cleansing is happening on the deepest cellular level.

As it dissolves on its way down,

All illusions of fears,

Worries and negatives.

And while this eternal cleansing and healing water flows through you and over you,

Your immune system kicks in.

And it begins to destroy and dissolve any remaining abnormal cells.

Because your body knows how to heal itself.

It has done it many times before.

And once again it has begun that natural process of healing.

As you stand under the waterfall,

Your blood flows through your entire body easily and effortlessly without any obstacles,

Without any blockages.

Circulating and bringing fresh oxygen and repair cells that know exactly what to do.

Bringing your power of health and healing back into your body.

While your blood flows through your body and heals,

It also dissolves and washes away any and all waste,

Discomfort and negatives that no longer belong in your body.

Leaving every inch of your body at peace.
