This is a really simple technique to use when you can feel something in your body and you can't quite shift that feeling.
So what I want you to do is think about how your body is feeling.
Do you have any particular tension or something that's standing out to you?
Something that feels like it's perhaps trapped or kind of like the big red flag in your body.
So when you notice that feeling,
I want you to think about it a little bit more.
Does it have a colour?
Is it hot or cold?
Is it moving?
Is it solid?
Or is it perhaps like moisture?
How heavy is it?
When you look at it,
What is it doing?
Is it changing form as you breathe?
Just observing.
Is it lifting?
When you breathe air around it.
How does it look now?
Notice the differences.
Perhaps it's becoming lighter.
Perhaps it's changing form.
Keep breathing into that feeling,
Focusing on it.
Until it feels better than it did before.
Just notice the sensations.
