My name is Jo Tucker.
This meditation has been created to help you with any feelings of stuckness,
Any feelings that you don't know quite what you want,
Quite what you need.
This is going to help clear it.
So let's get started.
I want you to find somewhere comfortable,
Lie back,
Sit down,
Feet firmly placed on the floor.
I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs and breathe out.
Another deep breath in through your nose and breathe out.
Coming now into your body,
Feeling yourself going deeper and deeper as you scan your body from top to toe.
Seeing the scan running through your mind,
Through your neck and down your shoulders,
Down your arms and your fingers,
Through your body,
Through your hips,
Down to your thigh,
Down your leg,
Through your feet and through your toe.
What I want you to notice when I say,
Where do you feel stuck?
Where does the sensation appear in your body?
Notice where in your body is there this feeling of stuckness?
Does it have a colour?
What shape is it?
Is it big or is it small?
Is it solid or is it transparent?
Is it moving?
Does it vibrate?
Does it make a sound?
Does that sound loud?
Quiet?
Does it have a specific feeling when you touch it?
Is it hot?
Is it cold?
Is it dry or is it damp?
Now you have that feeling,
That stuckness,
Fully in your conscious experience.
I want you to see yourself walking up to that stuckness until you're right next to it.
When you get there I want you to ask it a question.
Now the question we're asking is to your subconscious and so the first answer,
The very first response is the true response.
Know that you cannot get this wrong,
The answer simply is.
So now you're stood by that stuckness,
Ask the question,
Why are you here?
Why are you here?
What do you need?
What do you need to move on?
Now you have that answer,
Whether you're consciously aware of it,
You don't really know what the answer is.
Know that your subconscious has seen it,
Your subconscious will be able to take care of the next stage.
Standing there next to the stuckness,
I want you to put your hands out in front of it,
Palms up.
I want you to visualize everything that that stuckness needs.
Is it love?
Is it trust?
Is it space?
Give it what it needs through your hands.
Feel all of it balling in your hands like a bright white light ready to explode.
Take those balls of bright white light up to the stuckness and press your hands into it,
Watching the white light explode through the stuckness,
Separating the particles,
Splitting it,
Turning it to dust.
But as that dust is floating there in front of you,
I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and as you breathe out I want you to blow the dust,
Blow the dust hard until it hits the walls around you.
You'll see it as it hits the walls,
It sparks into a bright white light as it's absorbed into the walls around you,
Becoming whole again,
Becoming one,
Full of love,
Full of trust,
Full of knowing,
Full of safety.
I want you to take another deep breath in as you bring your hands down to your side and as you breathe out you're able to scan through your body from top to bottom.
Now have a look,
Is that stuckness still there or is it gone?
If it feels like there's some residual still there,
Go and have a look,
See what it needs and gift it what it needs.
Allow the stuckness to move on.
Coming back into this room,
Into your body,
Feel the air on your face,
Notice the sounds around you,
Wriggle your fingers and toe,
Bringing movement,
Bringing movement into your body.
When I count to three you're going to open your eyes,
One,
Two,
Three,
Back in the room.
