An energy recall meditation, great for if you are feeling overtired, anxious, had a long day/night (or morning perhaps). Perfect if you have been travelling and just want to feel back in your body again. Transcript

Find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit,

Where you won't be disturbed,

And close your eyes.

So as you close your eyes,

I want you to picture a woodland.

It's a beautiful woodland,

With rays of sunlight coming through the trees.

Wildflowers scatter the ground around you.

Butterflies flying through the rays of sun.

The sound of birds rustling in the trees.

And a beautiful pathway weaving its way through the woodland.

You begin walking along the footpath,

The sound of stones and dirt crunching beneath your feet.

But as you go deeper into the woodland,

Down a gentle slope,

You begin to feel the temperature drop slightly.

The sound of water in the distance is getting closer.

And eventually you approach a beautiful stream,

Rushing through the centre of the valley.

So clear that you can see the smooth stones beneath its surface.

Surrounded by willow trees,

In an almost fairy-like world,

Away from everything.

You take off your shoes now,

And you dip your toe into the water,

Testing the temperature.

And with confidence you step into that water.

Fully immersed,

Up to your ankles,

Feeling the smooth stones beneath your feet,

Gently pressing.

The rush of water moving over your toes.

And the temperature difference,

Where the water meets your skin.

As you stand there now,

You close your eyes,

And you notice pulses coming up through your feet from the earth.

Tears of beautiful white light,

Pulsing up through your legs,

Through your waist,

Through your stomach,

Through your back,

Up your arms,

To your head,

Through your fingers.

And with each pulse you begin to notice blockages held within your body.

As you focus on these blockages,

You begin to notice that the pulses of energy are moving and dispersing these blockages,

Gently loosening with each time it goes through.

Releasing the blockage,

Allowing it to spread evenly throughout your body.

As your body becomes clear,

Notice these pulsations leave your body,

Surrounding you,

Becoming bigger with each breath you take.

And as you breathe out,

Send these pulses to all the places you've been,

Everywhere you've visited,

Perhaps even places you've never been before.

As these pulses reach where they need to be,

Take a deep breath in now,

Bringing back the energy into your body,

Reinvigorating your body with the energy that was used.

Taking in as many breaths as you need,

Pulling back this energy now.

And as you feel it's all there,

Back again with your body,

Notice the pulses going back down now,

Back down into the stream,

Into the earth,

As the pulses are no longer needed,

Feeling fully clear,

Reenergized,

And back to yourself again.

You turn around now,

Stepping out of the water,

Feeling that tingly sensation as the water evaporates from your feet.

You walk up the bank now,

And turn around,

Looking back at the stream,

Feeling fully energized,

And ready to take on the day.
