It's a question we often answer without answering the question at all.
It's hard sometimes to land in yourself when it's easier not to.
The distractions,
The roles we play,
Do we even play them well?
Do not numb your beautiful.
Do not hide your depth.
Come back baby.

The only way of being is being you.
And you are wonderful.
Now try and get comfortable.
Find a comfortable position.
You can either sit cross legged or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
And allow for your spine to be straight but with no strain.
And maybe tuck your chin in ever so slightly just to ease up any tension on your neck.
You can rest your hands palms up on your thighs or allow for your hands to gently touch in your lap.
Now go ahead and close your eyes.
Breathing through your nose,
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
And again in.
And out.
And one more time.
And this time allow for the exhale to be longer than the inhale.
So breathe in.
And out.
Now you can guide your breathing back to a natural pace with a comfortable ease.
Just get comfortable in your breath.
And bring your attention to your face.
Relax your face.
Release any tension.
There might be tension between your brows.
Behind your eyes.
Just release.
Relax your jaw.
And feel the air on your skin.
Just feel it.
What does it feel like?
Relax your shoulders.
Allow them to drop and get heavy.
They work so hard all day holding your frame.
Let them rest now.
Now notice the weight of your arms.
Notice any sensations.
How is the air touching your skin?
Notice your hands.
Feel all that energy underneath the skin.
Feel it underneath your fingertips.
In your palms.
The buzzing.
The vibrations.
The hot.
The cold.
Take a deep breath.
And follow that breath all the way down into your chest.
Feel the oxygen expanding your lungs.
Easing your shoulder blades.
Follow your breath down your lower back.
And down into your belly.
And just see what's going on there.
Just notice.
Allow your belly to be soft.
Soft and heavy.
Release the core.
Release the chores.
Release and let ease.
Follow your breath down to your sit bones and feel the weight of your body.
Where do you end?
And where does that seat start?
Or is there a beginning?
Is there an end?
Feel how gravity is holding you so safely.
You are safe.
Follow your breath down your thighs.
Your knees.
Your lower legs.
And your feet.
And stop here for a while.
There is so much life in your feet.
Carrying on without you having to do anything but breathe.
Feel all that energy.
Rooting you to earth.
Filling you with life.
And take a deep breath.
And again.
Now feel your body as a whole.
You know from the inside out.
Feel all the sensations.
The comforts.
And the discomforts.
The hot.
The cold.
Feel your gentle heartbeats.
Calling you home.
Put your hands on your heart now.
And just let them rest there.
Breathe into your heart space.
Let your hands melt into the heat of your heart.
And put some love here.
Feel the love.
Be the love.
This is your home.
This is your truth.
This is where you belong.
Allow yourself to land,
Baby.
You are home.
Now just sit here for a while and breathe into belonging.
Breathe into your authenticity,
Your highest self.
Your home.
Your heart.
And when you feel ready,
Gently start moving your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Roll your shoulders.
Gently move your head from side to side.
Allow for a soft movement of your waist.
From side to side.
And release some of that beautiful energy from your spine.
And when you are ready,
