Gathering my thoughts now.
Taking a deep breath.
Settling into my body.
And before I think about the week ahead,
I think of my values.
I call on and I identify the values that are most important to me in life.
And from this place,
Leading from my values,
I do a thought download.
I look at my calendar for this week.
I have an action plan for managing any grumpiness.
And I come up with the goals I want to accomplish this week.
I'm able to prioritize my most important tasks.
I am disciplined,
Creative,
And resourceful on how,
When,
And where these important tasks will get done.
Right here and now is a space to refresh my brain and my body.
To renew my focus and to set the tone for this week.
I am clear on my purpose and my mission.
I am clear on how this week fits in with my long-term goals.
I set beautiful boundaries on where I'm placing my energy and attention this week.
I make time to exercise and recharge my mind,
Body,
And spirit.
I live in gratitude and ambition.
I live in contentment and determination.
I listen for when I need to be careful and when I need to be carefree.
I listen to my body,
My inner wisdom,
And my gut instincts.
I have a singular focus.
And I'm making things happen.
I will come to the end of this week with a sense of accomplishment,
Knowing the big and the little decisions I made added up to a job well done.
I did what I needed to.
And I took care of myself.
I'm starting my week and getting things done.
Looking forward to when I can put my feet up and relax.
