I sometimes struggle so much with accepting myself. I catch myself resisting who I am and what makes me, Me. I find myself focusing on what I want to reject about myself. I am me. I am who I am. My relationship with myself is one I always have with me. How I talk to myself shapes the life that I live. I am human and I am evolving. I have grown through challenges. I have grown through pain. I have grown through struggle. I am learning and growing with each experience in my life. I am developing and improving with every problem I face and solve. I am transforming and evolving with each season that comes. I am evolving in my mind, Beliefs, And opinions. I am evolving in my words, Actions, And decisions. I am evolving with my time, Energy, And relationships. I am growing in my ability to make great decisions for myself and my life. I am evolving in how I save and spend my time. I am evolving in how I save and spend my money. I am evolving in how I save and spend my energy. I am continually evolving. I am evolving in my skill of discipline. I am evolving in my skill of self-care. I am evolving in my skill of adapting. I continue to learn, Grow, And evolve every day, Month, And year. I am evolving.
