To regroup,

And to ground yourself with this simple breathing meditation.

Noticing where you are right now,

Becoming aware of your body,

Aware of your breathing,

Noticing yourself relaxing like your whole body is letting out a big exhale of relief.

Breathe as you need to right now.

Notice your breathing flow so smoothly as you bring your attention to your body,

As you focus your attention on your body.

Simple breathing,

You are a powerful presence.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Breathing in loving,

Positive energy,

Releasing fears and worries,

Going deeper into relaxation,

Purpose,

And safety.

Breathing naturally and comfortably,

Feeling soothing waves of relaxation flowing through you as you continue to breathe in and breathe out,

Finding your center,

What a calm and peaceful space this is.

You are worthy and deserving of this relaxation and ease.

Breathing comfortably,

And as you continue this comfortable breathing,

Notice a new fresh energy living inside of you.

Notice your batteries recharging,

Muscles rejuvenated,

Motivation restored,

And confidence rising.

Notice an even deeper relaxation as your breathing flows more smoothly and easily.

Feel the energy and optimism growing inside you,

Staying in your body and staying with your breath,

Going to a deeper restoration of your cells and your being.

With each relaxing breath,

Notice yourself anchored in who you are,

Who you were born to be,

And what you were born to do.

If you want to,

Pause and take a moment to give thanks for your body,

Your health,

Your consciousness,
