I am present with my breathing.
Turning your attention to your nose,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Continue your breathing,
Noticing the air coming in your nose and noticing the air coming out your mouth.
Placing one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach,
Noticing your breathing,
Getting deeper and slower.
And as you breathe in,
Feel your tummy expand like a balloon and release the air,
Noticing the rhythm in your breathing,
Keeping your breathing comfortable as you notice the tension release from your body.
Feel your awareness deepen as your breathing deepens.
Follow the path of the air coming in your nose,
Down through your chest to your tummy and now up and out through your mouth.
Breathing easily,
Breathing at your own pace,
Releasing toxins of all kinds.
Continue this belly breathing for your health,
Your well-being and for staying true to you.
Continue as you need to,
Taking care of your needs,
Being good to yourself and keep the breathing flowing,
Taking care of you and letting the breathing flow.
