I am loosening my muscles.

I am relaxing my body.

I am closing the day.

I am safe in this bed.

I am comfortable and at ease.

I surrender all that is out of my control.

I release the worry and the stress.

I am fully present in this moment.

I anchor myself in gratitude.

I feel my breathing slowing down.

I notice my breath getting deeper and deeper.

In this moment now,

I feel safety and I am okay.

I feel the tension oozing out of me,

Allowing emotional weight to rise up and out.

I sink even deeper into my mattress.

I adjust my position.

I adjust my thoughts.

I adjust my perspective.

I am ready for a good quality rest.

I am prioritizing a great sleep.

I am giving myself time and space to rest,

To recover,

To sleep.

I am in bed and it's time to recharge,

Rejuvenate,

And reset.

I am ready for a great night's sleep.

I welcome and amazing quality sleep.

I embrace sleep.

I love sleeping.

I am sleeping well now.
