Alrighty,

We'll do a meditation now centered around letting go mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically.

So taking your time to get yourself situated into your preferred meditation posture.

Seated,

Lying down.

And allowing any last movements,

Adjustments to your posture.

And eventually coming to stillness.

We'll start our meditation together with three deep breaths.

Let's inhale through the nose.

Inside out.

Again inhale.

Inside out.

Lastly inhale.

And letting go.

And so we direct our attention,

Our awareness to our natural flow of breath.

We focus and anchor our awareness here.

Allowing the breath to move freely.

Perhaps we notice the sensation,

The mouth and nose.

The sensation of movement,

Chest and abdomen.

So we anchor our awareness to the breath.

Accepting that our mind will wander.

If and when we find ourselves lost in thought,

We simply become aware and make the conscious choice to return to our breath.

Make the conscious choice to let go of that thought,

That story that has compelled our attention and instead return our awareness to the present moment through our breath.

With each cycle of the breath,

Letting go,

Surrendering,

Accepting just how we find ourselves in this moment.

Understanding the moment itself,

The circumstances that surround us.

Letting go one breath at a time.

As we exhale,

Feeling,

Experiencing that sensation of letting go throughout the breath,

Throughout the body.

Exhaling and letting go.

Letting go of those thoughts within our headspace.

Not trying to manage those thoughts.

Not indulging in those stories.

Not avoiding suppressing those thoughts.

But rather letting go.

Allowing them to come and go as they please.

As we remain connected to every breath in and every breath out.

Letting go emotionally.

Perhaps there's an inclination to avoid feeling how we feel.

To judge our feelings in this moment.

We simply let go.

Allow ourselves to feel,

Allow our emotions to express.

Taking space one breath at a time.

With each cycle of the breath,

Letting go throughout the body,

Inviting a sense of ease with each exhalation.

Letting go throughout the lower half of the body,

The feet,

The legs.

Letting go throughout the arms and the hands.

Letting go throughout the torso,

The chest,

And the back.

Letting go throughout the neck,

Head,

And face.

Letting a furrowed brow,

A clenched jaw.

Letting go throughout the whole body.

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

And letting go throughout the whole body.

Tether to our breath.

Relaxed,

Releasing,

Surrendered.

Letting go physically,

Letting go emotionally,

Letting go mentally.

Letting go.

One breath at a time.

Let go.

Let go.

Taking space for emotions to move through.

Letting space for thoughts to come and go.

Honoring the space of awareness in which the body is held.

Letting go into that space.

Without and within.

Letting go.

You might wish to remain in meditation,

Feeling free to do so.

Otherwise we'll close out our meditation together with three deep breaths.

Letting go with each exhalation.

Together inhaling through the nose,

And letting go.

Inhaling and letting go.

And lastly inhale and let go.
