During this meditation, I will take you on a journey inward. We will start by getting comfortable and then performing a quick body scan. We will use the breath to take us into a deeper state of relaxation as we go into our heart space. We will then let go of any fear, stress, or anxiety and breathe in the love and light of All That Is. We will then remind ourselves that it is okay to take time for ourselves and that taking this time is not a selfish act. It is an act of self-love and we are all worthy of self-love and respect. I really hope this meditation brings peace to all who listen.

Hi my name is John and I will be taking you on this guided meditation today.

I'd just like you to take a moment get yourself comfortable and when you're ready you can close your eyes.

I would now like you to just take a deep breath and breathe in that life force energy just feel it just coursing through your body and I'd like you to just take a moment to kind of just full body scan starting at your toes to your ankles,

Calves,

Your knees,

Thighs,

Your hips,

Your hips,

Your abdomen,

Chest,

Your arms,

Your fingers,

Your neck,

Your head.

Take a moment and really feel if there's anything that just feels stuck anything that feels tight just take another deep breath and just breathe that life force energy into that area and as you exhale just just imagine that whatever it is a tightness or that that pain imagine it going out with that exhalation.

Now I want you to just imagine going into your heart space so imagine there's this large comfy chair right in the center of your your heart space in this control room and imagine that it's the most comfortable chair you've ever seen or ever experienced and as you just sit down into it you just really sink down into the to just sit down into it you just really sink down into the the cushions from this chair you can just look around at your control center and visualize however you see this fine but you can see like a screen you can see a window you can see like a projector whatever you see is correct and just take a moment and just sit there and relax again just take another deep breath any thoughts just allow them to pass you by just don't hold on to anything too long just kind of acknowledge it and just allow it to float on by just let go of any worries or stress any anxiety any fear and just release them with your next exhalation you can visualize the sphere leaving your body is like a black cloud or or a murky fog that's just kind of being sucked out of you as you breathe out and then as you breathe back in just breathe in the light and love of all that is just allow that just allow that light to fill your entire being see it kind of flowing through you going through every cell and molecule kind of finding all those dark hidden places those places that we sometimes don't want to acknowledge that are there but just allow that that love and light to just search out those places and then just fill them fill you with peace just know that you are loved know that you are worthy of self-love you are worthy of self-respect you are worthy of this time sometimes we feel like we don't have a moment for ourselves that if we do take a moment for ourselves and we're being selfish really without taking care of yourself you're not able to take care of the others around you that need your love and support so yeah just take another couple deep breaths just really imagine that life force energy just flowing through you with each additional breath and just allow yourself to continue to sink deeper and deeper into your control chair and just let go of anything that no longer serves you and just let it go let it let it be free let it go into the light all it is i just want you to take one more slow deep breath i want you to just start coming back into the present moment coming back into your body slowly start wiggling your toes and your fingers and when you're ready you can just slowly open your eyes Namaste
