Dream Atmospheres guide you into a deep pattern of sleep using a combination of soft spoken words to assist in fractional relaxation in conjunction with gentle music, sounds of nature, and a blend of Delta binaural beats to allow you to drift seamlessly into the soft warmth of sleep. This track utilizes the nature sounds of the Great Forest as found in the Mountain Monastery meditation series. The track begins with verbal guidance followed by an hour our soothing sounds before fading out.

In this exercise,

You will easily move into a pattern of profound,

Relaxation to help you drift into the soft warmth of sleep.

Take a few moments now to get comfortable.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

On the slow,

Deep inhalation,

Feel a sense of peace fill your body.

On the exhalation,

Let your body completely surrender into relaxation.

And now,

Bring your attention to your head.

Feel a soft warmth spread down through the top of your head.

Allow this area to gently relax.

Move this feeling down,

Down to your forehead.

Let the muscles in this area relax and soften.

And now,

The muscles in your face.

Feel the warmth spread to your whole face.

Relaxing more and more.

Be relaxing so that your whole head is enveloped in this pattern of warm relaxation.

Now feel this warmth begin to spread through your mind.

Sinking deeper and deeper within.

Moving inward now.

I liked the water and nature sounds. I like a bit more guidance to help me settle. I’ll return to this when I’m looking for music. βœ¨πŸ™πŸΌβœ¨
