Welcome.
This is a guided meditation for when you need a quick reset or if you're just starting your day.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seat or continue lying down if you're just waking up and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Another big inhale and sigh it out.
Last deep inhale and hold for one,
Two,
Three,
And let it all go.
Now breathe normally and focus your awareness on the breath.
If you listen closely you'll notice how your inhales and exhales sound almost like the ocean.
Each inhale sounds like a wave pulling back into the ocean.
Each exhale reminds you of the waves traveling into the shoreline.
On your inhales the water pulls backwards into the ocean and on your exhales the water travels forward.
And like the breath in a way similar to the ocean waves,
Life presents us with waves of emotions,
Energy,
Challenges.
And if we choose to pause and listen for a moment we'll find our flow with the ins and outs of life.
In this moment you can choose whether or not to pause and find your flow.
You can always easily return to your breath whenever you need a reminder to flow with the waves of life and you will immediately be transported back to the ocean back to the ocean.
With each inhale and exhale now take a deep breath and sigh it out.
Let it flow like water.
Gently flutter the eyes open and return to your day choosing your flow one breath at a time.
