Welcome.

This is a guided meditation to help you in creating your vision and goals.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat and do a quick body scan,

Checking in for any areas of discomfort and simply giving your body a wiggle or a shake if necessary to help you settle into a comfortable place.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Breathing in deeply through the nose and exhale with a sigh through the mouth.

Deep breath in and a long sigh out.

Last deep breath in,

Fill the lungs and sigh it out.

Shrug your shoulders,

Round your neck,

Further releasing any residual tension and begin breathing normally.

Bring your awareness to the chest,

Noting that as we inhale the chest rises and as we exhale the chest falls.

Each time the chest rises we create space and each time the chest falls we settle deeper into that space.

Breathing in,

Chest rises and creates space.

Breathing out,

Chest falls,

Settling deeper.

Now deepening your awareness to the heart.

As you breathe and expand the chest you allow more space for all of your heart's greatest desires to shine.

Imagine for a moment that within the chest there's a big ball of golden light and within this ball lies your heart's greatest desires for your best life.

All of your wildest dreams and aspirations floating in a shimmering ball of light.

This golden ball becomes a bit brighter each time you inhale and each time you exhale your reality fuses with this luminous ball that holds your dreams.

As the golden ball brightens you begin to notice its bright golden light is now in front of you.

Your curiosity allows you to safely walk forward towards the golden light.

You see yourself stepping closer each time you take a breath.

You notice the golden light becoming brighter with each step you take and pretty soon you find yourself standing in the ball of light that holds all of the wildest dreams and aspirations you have for your life.

Your reality is now fused with all of your heart's desires.

These dreams and aspirations have come to life before you and you begin to see,

Hear,

Feel all of the details as you become immersed in your wildest dreams.

Your curiosity takes you further and deeper and you begin to move in sync with what you see as if all of your dreams have come true and are happening right now.

You feel safe to let go and allow yourself to become fully immersed in your wildest dreams and desires for the moment.

Begin to consider what you notice in the space around you.

What is happening around you?

What do you see yourself doing?

What do you notice yourself wearing?

Is there anyone else with you?

Do you notice a familiar scent in the air?

What emotions are you currently experiencing?

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Slowly become aware of your present surroundings,

Bringing attention to all the sounds around you now.

Becoming aware of all that you currently smell and feel.

Notice where the ground meets your feet.

You are now infused with the essence of all that you've just experienced.

Slowly flutter your eyes open and reorient yourself back to this present space and time.
