
30 Second Breath Centered Meditation To Relax Anywhere
This short session is intended to help destress and bring quick and easy relaxation, anytime, anywhere. It starts with an immediate thought awareness, followed by deep belly breathing and awareness of breath and body relaxation. This session is intended to be done in short bursts and repeated multiple times throughout the day. It can be done anywhere, anytime. Once a practitioner is comfortable with the process, the steps can be done simultaneously and repeatedly at any time of the day.
