So taking a moment to make yourself comfortable.
When you're ready,
Slowly closing down the eyes.
And just start to guide your attention away from the day so far or what's to come.
Letting it rest on the sensations inside your body.
Just really feel into the body,
Finding out what it feels like to be you today.
Taking a long,
Gentle,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And then taking two more breaths in the same way.
And as you exhale,
Allowing yourself to let go of anything you may be carrying,
Any stress or tightness or feelings of tension.
When you're done,
Just allowing the breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Feeling into the weight of the body.
Press the hands resting in your lap.
Becoming fully aware of the sensations of your breath.
Feeling the wave as it inflates and expands in and contracts when you breathe out.
Being right here.
Now when you feel ready,
Slowly opening the eyes again.
Seeing if you can take this feeling of connection and presence into the rest of your day.
