Welcome to this Yoga Nidra session for enhancing your intuition,

The gut feelings that you have before you relax deeply.

This Yoga Nidra session for enhancing your intuition deep down to your unconscious mind,

Your other mind,

Subconscious mind.

The automated habits that you do can become ones that support you.

Become more intuitive because you trust those feelings that you know the feelings that you know it was right now.

Close your eyes if you haven't already.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold that breath until you intuitively know when it's right to breathe out.

Feel the tingling relaxation as you breathe out.

Tingles of relaxation through your body.

Have certain feelings.

And this is how you know that the intuition is right.

You get a feeling,

An aesthetic,

A tingling,

A sensation,

An emotion,

Energy and emotion.

Call it what you will,

You know exactly what it is when you knew you were right.

One of the principles of being a happy,

Successful person is to see the opportunities,

Is to see the golden linings ahead of time.

One of the traits of being a lucky,

Successful person is seeing the golden lining.

So if your gut feeling wasn't right,

You'll never know because you'll see the opportunities that arose in place of you doing the thing that you didn't do,

That you did something different instead,

That you were led by your heart and led by your gut.

You've trained for these many,

Many years,

These decades of experiences that you have to draw upon now as you relax into this relaxing,

Refreshing,

Restorative experience.

Deep yogic sleep.

Yoga nidra inside.

You have the opportunity to focus your mind inside and focus it on becoming intuitive simply by relaxing and letting go the worries and the critical thoughts that stop you from taking action and the intuition impulse that says let's go,

Do this.

That even if it wasn't the right thing,

The right thing always presents itself.

Things happen for a reason.

There's a useful frame to enjoy the world through.

There are many useful ways of enjoying and experiencing the world.

Accepting the notion that everything happens for a reason means there's a positive reason behind it happening and when you find that positive reason for it happening,

Almost instantly upon it happening,

You suddenly see the golden,

Beautiful,

Bright,

Shiny reason that you wouldn't have experienced if it wasn't for the thing you perceived as not going the right way for you.

An intuition backed up by this notion that everything happens for a reason.

A reason was to stay in the right direction on a slightly different path.

There are goals and ideas in the future.

There are experiences that present themselves.

There's a moment right now you can take another deep breath and simply hold that breath and just hold it until you intuitively know when it's right to let go into a relaxing experience.

The sensations in your body that allow thoughts in your mind to drift and turn towards the notion of intuition is what enhancing your intuition is.

Simply align the knowledge you have with that knowledge where you know it's right to go deep down inside and relax.

Find the most easy path that allows you to release and let go.

Let go.

Notice the tingling feeling.

Those are feelings of relaxation after exhaling.

And they were asked.

You don't necessarily know exactly what they are,

But when they happen,

You know they happen.

So a conscious mind,

A knowing hands of your unconscious mind has the knowing without you knowing how you know the surface of your mind.

That's the time to notice.

Noticing the knowing without knowing how you know you know so that you can notice noticing intuition and give it a color and an image in your mind.

Notice noticing what came to mind visually and so that you practice practicing being more intuitive by being more aware.

You just know it's the right thing.

You already know certain things are the right things.

And so it is.

And you know that when you know that you don't know how you know it,

But you just know it,

You know what that feels like.

The next time you feel sensation becomes crystal clear,

Your next sign invokes you.

Intuition incoming.

Listen to the gut feeling.

Notice and realize that you did that after the time.

Intuition gets stronger.

Intuitive.

Focus on activities you do.

The activity of being more successful,

More intuitive,

More in line to have more success from your intuition is something that allows your unconscious know this is intuition incoming.

And when you get that nature,

You choose to always see the decision of intuition takes you.

And just as you learn practice any new skill,

Return as a storm of samples of your intuition being sparked by the big eyes.

And in everyday ways,

The practicing patterns of intuition has a structure.

It is noticing guided and led by intuitiveness.

It is you to dismiss the second guessing,

The elaborate window dressing a new shiny object.

You know what's right for you.

And from your head,

Your heart,

Your brain cells,

Your brain cells,

Intuition,

Three centers of thought originates non-locally and allows you to be aware of where to focus your conscious.

There is where to focus your intention.

Intuitive to be aware of where you're walking purposefully.

A long path gives you and the people around you to see opportunity,

Measure success based on things and the experiences you do.

Measure your success and taking the opportunities that you notice that in the world around you is to take.

That's to say games to play,

Experiences today based on the feelings of intuition and the feelings of relaxation are a great state to start from.

Effortlessness,

Flow states,

Confidence,

Certainty,

Things that flow through your body can feel gratitude.

As you feel gratitude in your body,

Notice the sensation as you begin to turn your mind to a thing that you're grateful that you experience.

Feeling of gratitude inside.

Experience that you're so grateful.

Feel those feelings of gratitude and turn your mind to a physical thing that you are so grateful because it's useful to you as a person.

You're so grateful as in your life.

You feel so grateful.

Think of the gratitude of somewhere you've been that you're so grateful you got to go.

Add the feeling of gratitude together as your heart center open.

Gratitude feelings,

Heart center,

Full knowing that you can relax.

Relaxes over your body,

Spreading upwards to the shoulder and as you see your heart center,

Chakra,

Energy up towards your shoulders,

Towards your solar plexus.

As you relax and spread the relaxing feelings through your neck and jaw,

Relax more as the colors change,

Brighter blue,

So that you can feel relaxing waves.

Heart center,

Your solar plexus,

Your waist.

As you see the feelings and feel the waves of relaxation of oranges and reds,

Feelings that flow and emanate out,

Reciprocated.

As you notice,

Noticing the feelings tingling from your heart to your head,

Down to the tips of your toes,

Muscles in your legs,

Ankles and toes,

To the tips of your fingers and nose.

Relax every part of your body.

As you notice,

Noticing,

You can relax by simply focusing on relaxing feelings.

You can relax your mind again noticing the space in the center of your forehead,

Becoming aware of a sensation there.

That eye is the chakra of intuition.

Now,

Place your attention on that center of your forehead and notice that you can shift that feeling down the right hand side,

Past your eyes.

Feel that feeling round through your jaw,

To the bottom of your chin.

Relaxing and letting go as you continue to circle this feeling in the other side,

Knowing that if you shift your eyes and notion to your third eye through the center,

Then it's simply a question of how quick you can circle the sensation around your chin,

Around and back up.

The other side of your face,

Your intuition is the center of this red eye.

As you circle your consciousness,

And as you circle this energy going out,

You notice,

You become more intuitive.

Now,

I want you to walk to the center of your forehead.

Connect to a point at the very center of the center of the top of your head as you allow your crown chakra inside the center of your head to integrate your intuition that originates the way you understood in the way traditions,

And how you experience knowing that you integrate these notions,

Intuition,

Incoming.

You know it,

And you also know it now.

You can relax and flow with it.

Sensations that tingle and so as you relax now,

I allow the times in the future to allow you to feel really good.

You can only focus and notice what's right intuitively right,

And it makes you feel good.

So when we're about doing the right thing,

The place is to take a deep breath,

Intuition,

A place of gratitude,

Walking through life,

Ah,

Reorienting yourself into the space to come into the world,

The intuitive place,

Your attention on the third eye,

All worries,

Energy in through the third eye,

Shine well bright as you take a deep breath in,

Ah,

Lightening energy from your intuition,

The center of being attuned to noticing what you've got,

Feelings,

Take another deep breath in,

Breathe out,

Ah,

Open your eyes,

Be alive to the intuition,

To rely on the opportunities that you can take,

And simply learn from the mistake,

Now move forward,

Trust in you.
