Welcome to this Yoga Nidra session for embodying and empowering your authentic self.

As you allow during this experience your physical self to relax deeply.

As you take a deep breath in,

Hold that breath,

Hold that breath for just a moment.

As you breathe out and allow your eyes to close,

Feeling relaxation begin to start the process of going inside this experience.

Refreshing Yoga Nidra,

The yogic sleep.

You'll relax deep,

Not sleep,

It's like sleeping deeply in many ways.

Because you get to relax and allow your unconscious mind full access to the creative part of your mind to become more aligned to heal in the states of relaxing brainwaves.

Of deep theta,

And your unconscious knows those relaxing states of mind and body you've dissolved into before.

Now,

As you take a moment to make yourself comfortable,

Laying in Shavasana,

The relaxing pose,

With your palms facing upwards,

You can become aware first of the outer edge of your lips,

And they tingle as you relax.

And be aware of the sensations there as you go deep into this experience designed to help align your authentic self,

And the self that you present to the world,

The actions that you take,

The behaviours you make,

You are a more aligned human being,

In alignment with your values.

And as you place your attention on your lips deeply,

And as you move your focus of attention inside,

And be aware right there,

The inside of your mouth,

Can relax and relax you too.

And as you move your attention to the jaw muscles,

And allow them to soften and relax muscles around your jaw,

And you can move the muscles in your face and relax your jaw,

And the more you relax the muscles and tensions drift away,

You become aware of the muscles around your eyes,

Relax and soften,

And as you relax and soften those muscles,

Now you can shift the focus of your attention to the centre of your forehead,

And there,

In the centre of your forehead,

You can relax that point and gently become aware of,

And imagine the energy there,

Gently moving from your forehead down to your right eye,

Down jaw muscle,

The tip of your chin coming up the left hand side of your face,

Through the jaw,

Eye muscles,

Back to the centre of your forehead,

And round down again,

As you relax the rest of your body,

Rejuvenates you,

Keep that gentle movement,

The circling of energy,

Moving round for a second and third time,

You align the values that make you,

You,

Align those values with your conscious mind aligned,

Your unconscious mind allows you to step into the authentic self,

Present to the world on an ever increasing basis,

Now,

As you allow that tingling sensation in the centre of your forehead to move up to the top of your head,

And the energy centre there,

The crown chakra,

Tingles and relax your scalp,

All the way down through your ears,

Jaw,

Neck muscles,

Relax,

And you may be aware of the relaxing colour that accompanies this relaxing feeling,

Through into your shoulders,

Relax,

Now,

As you allow,

Both as you sleep and dream tonight,

Go deep inside the yogic sleep,

Now,

The sensations of relaxation down your shoulders,

Through your tips of your fingers,

Energy of relaxation,

Healing and alignment to your authentic true nature,

Is a wonderful compassionate human being,

Human is a miraculous gift,

That you share with the people around you,

See you,

As a more integrated and holistic being,

More authentic and true to your nature,

Shines through,

Now,

The sensation of relaxation and tingling,

Waves of relaxation spread from the tip of your head,

Through your neck,

Shoulders,

To your chest muscles,

Relax,

The colours of relaxation to bathe you in healing energy,

Now,

As feelings and sensations of relaxation take you deep inside,

This experience,

Yogic sleep,

Deeply down,

Relaxing feelings flow your stomach,

Through the core of your hips,

Relax,

Movement and sensation of relaxation of the body,

Deep down,

Inside,

Relaxation through the thigh muscles,

Can relax,

As tensions drift away,

So that today,

More and more,

You take more opportunities,

To be the you that is you,

Downside,

The values that you live from,

More and more,

Each and every moment of every moment,

Is an opportunity to be true to you,

And those around you,

See how you change,

Now,

Allow,

The authentic you to come to mind,

A little bit more clearly,

Aligned,

As the sensations of relaxation spread all the way down from the tip of your head,

Through your legs,

To your lower leg muscles,

Tingling through your ankles and feet,

Toes,

And who knows,

The possibilities and synchronicities that come to you are more aligned,

With synchronicities and chance happenings,

Chance happenings and random coincidences,

Incidences that happen together,

The relaxation of body and mind,

Help you become more aligned with your inner self,

Goes deep,

Deep,

Down,

Inside this experience,

Change at a cellular level,

Of healing,

At a cellular level,

Of recombining your beliefs and values,

Aligning with behaviours and actions,

And as you relax,

And see your authentic self,

Oopsies of it,

During your day,

As people respond to you in a new way,

Each and every time,

You notice,

Noticing how you're acting from a more authentic,

True place,

Place your attention on the good feelings that guide you in the direction that is right for you,

Know which way to go deeper into your authentic self manifests in the actions and the behaviours that you make and take and create for yourself,

A more aligned life of health,

Wealth and wisdom,

Now you know when you go on an aligned path,

You deeply to become the you that move towards the authentic self,

Changes from day to day,

You become you in different ways,

You think about yourself and who you are moving towards being,

Different being in the future,

Allows you the opportunity to be true to you,

Go deep into the yogic sleep,

Into the space for healing and health,

Drift into the space for healing and wealth,

The space to place your attention,

Things that allow you to feel love,

Feelings,

Sublime,

Taxation,

Guiding you with an inner knowing,

Intention of going deeper down the path of fully transparency of action,

Authenticity of self,

Boost health,

Abundance of joy and energy inside your body,

Create more energy,

More positive energy,

Now authentic and true for you,

Do have an internal compass that auto corrects and guides you with the feelings of true,

Fulfillment and enjoyment,

Abundance of health,

Wealth and happiness,

To create the life you deserve,

To share your gifts with the world,

Becomes a more wonderful place for you,

Those around you as you grow in new ways,

Deep down,

Shining through the inner light in you,

Shining from the inside out,

Walking in alignment,

Guided by your feelings,

Let you know the right way to go,

In any and every situation is an opportunity for you to align even deeper with the values that you hold and the beliefs you create and operate from this space,

Radiates a positive energy into the world,

Shining and aligning your path is a beautiful place,

Your attention in the direction you intend to move forward,

Effortlessly,

Following an aligned path,

Creating an experience,

Authenticity and action,

And seeing in others the good feelings in you,

Connect you to your dreams become reality,

As you manifest into this world your intentions are aligned and true,

And easy and effortless and they do come true,

As you move forward with the intention of being a better you,

As you allow deep down inside this experience,

As you sleep and dream,

Tonight,

Inside this experience,

Thousands of neural connections aligning,

Strengthening,

Making you more authentically aligned with the you that you know is the right way to be in situations that you have the opportunity to shine as an aligned human being,

And become aware of your body,

Aware of the changes taking place as you notice,

Noticing things that affirm that,

As you go about the day and in the days ahead,

You can notice the tip of your head tingling with relaxation and excitement,

Good feelings of being a good person,

Receiving good things come to you,

Are aware more and more of your body,

As you stretch your toes,

Stretch your fingers,

Move your body as ready to wake up the mind,

Fully aligned,

As you sleep and dream,

As you wake and dream,

As you open your heart,

As you open your mind,

As you open your eyes,

Wide open,

Deep breath in,

Fill your lungs with prana and healing energy to your very center of being more authentic now,

Wide open,

Aligned,

Relaxed and ready for everything that happens from this moment to the next.
